Objective To discuss the features,such as clinical symptoms,pathologic morphologies,immunohistochemical staining of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma and microglandular hyperplasia of the uterine cervix in order to improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis.Methods s:Histopathologic characteristics of total hysterectomies in 2 cases of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma and 1 case of cervical microglandular hyperplasia based on the formalin-fixed,paralfin-embedded and hematoxylin-eosin stained tissue were analyzed retrospectively.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CEA,p53,PCNA,and Ki-67 in all 3 cases.Results The main clinical symptoms of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma were watery leucorrhea and enlargement of the cervix.The pathological findings of MDA included hyperplasia of the glands with cytological minimal atypia,invasion effects into the stroma could be observed in some glands and abortive glands with desmoplastic changes,or edema and inflammatory infiltration around the glands were also observed.The invasion presented in the deep part of the cervix as well.The patiant of MGH had a history of oval contraceptive use.Histological features of MGH included tightly packed glands in different sizes and shapes,presentation of inflammatory cells in stroma and glandular lumens,and focal epithelial cell pleomorphism and hyperchromatism but without mitosis.CEA was positive in all two MDA cases,but the tissue of MGH was negative for CEA.The expressions of the other four markers had no difference between MDA and MGH.Conclusions For patients with watery discharge and/or hypertrophy of cervix,the deep ( ＞ 5 mm ) biopsies should be performed.The immunohistochemical staining for CEA,p53,CA125 and ER has adjuvant diagnostic values.It is extremely important to recognize that MGH is an entirely benign lesion.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of trimetazidine combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP) complicated with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: From January 2016 to September 2018, 60 UAP patients complicated with CHF in Taizhou Cancer Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given ticagrelor, while the observation group was given ticagrelor + trimetazidine.The clinical efficacy, angina attack, cardiac function indicators, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (χ²=4.043, P<0.05). With in 3 months after treatment, the number of angina attacks (6.59±1.32)times and the duration of single angina pectoris [(2.24±0.92)min] in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(t=4.277, 4.076, all P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction [(49.36±6.25)%] and stroke output [(76.29±5.31)mL] of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (t=4.066, 4.093, all P<0.05), and the level of brain natriuretic peptide [(378.32±27.82)μg/L] of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (t=4.152, P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 6.67%, which of the control group was 3.33%, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ²=0.351, P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of ticagrelor and trimetazidine can effectively reduce the attack of angina pectoris, improve cardiac function and has less adverse reactions.It is effective and safe for UAP patients complicated with CHF.

OBJECTIVE: To establish an amino acid assay for the determination of β-lactoglobulin in Anti-HPV biological protein dressing. METHODS: Under acidic conditions, β-lactoglobulin is hydrolyzed into free amino acids, separated by cation exchange chromatography, and derivatived after ninhydrin column. The chromatogram at 570 nm is collected. The content of β-lactoglobulin in the sample is indirectly determined by measuring the lysine content obtained by hydrolysis. RESULTS: β-lactoglobulin has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 77.28~309.12 μg/mL ( CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, specific, accurate and reproducible, which is suitable for the quantitative analysis of β-lactoglobulin in anti-HPV biological protein dressing.
