Objective To establish stable and convenient atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine selenium concentration.Methods The samples were digested by nitric acid-perchloric acid and the selenium was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with step-flow injection technology in NaBH4 acid and 100 g/L K3Fe(CN)6 system.Results The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 5%,the concentration of detection limits was 0.81 ?g/L and the recovery rate ranged from 93.1% to 102.2%.Conclusion Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was convenient and reliable in determining solenium,the digest method of test tube was better than that of normal electrothermal board.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and its effect on the serum levels of inflammatory factors.Methods:123 cases treated and diagnosed as bronchial asthma in our hospital from February,2014 to February,2016 were randomly divided into the observation group (65 cases) and control group (58 cases).The serum levels of IL-17,IL-33,MMP-9,pulmonaryfunction,quality of life,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.3％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.03％,P＜0.05).After therapy,the serum level ofIL-17,IL-33 in both groups were largely decreased compared with those before therapy (p＜0.05),and those of observation group were significantly lower than the control group (p ＜0.05);the serum level of MMP-9 in both groups showed no statistical difference compared with that of before therapy.Similarly,the level of FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC of observation group were obviously increased compared with those before therapy (p＜0.05) and were significantly higher than those of the control group (p＜0.05);the quality of life in the observation group was better than that of the control group based on the SGRQ score (p ＜0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder was effective on the patients with chronic bronchial asthma,which could control the inflammatory reactions,improve the pulmonary function as well as the quality of life.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of bevacizumab combined with docetaxel in treatment of advanced cervix cancer.Methods Seventy-five patients with advanced cervix cancer accepted in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2016 were selected and divided into observation group with 43 cases and control group with 32 cases according to different treatment methods.Patients in control group were given docetaxel,and patients in observation group were combined with bevacizumab on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,life quality and pharmacoeconomics of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total efficacy and clinical control rate of observation group were all higher than control group with statistically significance (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse reaction rate of two groups had no difference.Total efficacy of life quality improvement was 83.72％,which was obviously higher than control group 62.50％ with statistically significance (P ＜ 0.05).The average cost of observation group was (83 ± 10) thousands,of control group was (18± 6) thousands.The cost of observation group was obviously higher than control group with statistically significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Using bevacizumab combined with docetaxel in treatment of advanced cervix cancer has better effect clinical but costs much than docetaxel.We should set on treatment according to patients' own situation.

BACKGROUND:Intensity-time (I/T) curve examination is a monitoring technology used for diagnosis of nerve damage,muscle disease and prognostic evaluation using current stimulation and qualitative or quantitative analysis.It also has significance to the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Whether it can be used in LDH prognostic evaluation is poorly understood.OBJECTIVE:To explore the effectiveness of I/T curve in diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of LDH.METHODS:I/T curves of 113 LDH patients were measured by CX-3 electrodiagnostic equipment,and the results were compared with their unaffected sides and analyzed after physiotherapy.A total of 253 curves were measured,including 107 biceps femoris,101 gastrocnemius and 45 tibialis anterior muscle curves.All patients were sequential treated by traction,medium frequency,ultrashort wave,electric acupuncture as well as infrared radiation following I/T diagnosis,once a day,10 days for a course,with 10 days interval in 3 courses,I/T curves were performed after 3 courses.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by using I/T results combined with clinical symptom and physical signs.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The first estimated percentage by I/T curved line were 36.36% (controlled by normal nerve),62.85% (controlled by part of the denervated),0.79% (controlled by the completely denervated) and 63.64% (controlled by total abnormal nerve).After the physiotherapy,the effectiveness of the complete recovery was 92.86% by the normal nerve as well as 58.82% by the abnormal nerve.Above all,the practical value could be concluded from the diagnosis,evaluation and effectiveness of LDH used by I/T curve line.The therapeutic effectiveness controlled by the normal nerve is much better than that controlled by the abnormal.

Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of balloon pulmonary angioplasty (BPA) in the treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). Methods: A study was conducted on 25 patients consisting of 10 males and 15 females with CTEPH who received BPA treatment from February 2017 to May 2018 in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University. The changes of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP), tricuspid annulus systolic plane excursion (TAPSE), six-minute walking test (6WMD), right ventricular basement diameter and WHO cardiac function grading were compared before and after treatment with BPA using paired t test. Results: Twenty-five patients received a total of 50 BPA treatments, and among them, 12 patients received two or more times. The mPAP decreased from (50.4±9.9) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) to (39.9±10.6) mmHg before and after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (t=9.7, P<0.001); BNP decreased from (513.5±357.3) pg/ml to (106.3±137.53) pg/ml, and the difference was significant (t=3.2, P=0.006); TAPSE increased from (16.2±2.8) mm to (18.0±2.4) mm, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-5.7, P=0.002); the right ventricular base diameter decreased from (45.9±6.9) mm to (41.2±7.3) mm, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.6, P<0.001); 6WMD increased from (371.1±86.8) m to (467.7±76.1) m, with statistical significance (t=-6.4, P<0.001); WHO cardiac function grading was improved from (2.4±0.7) to (1.2±0.4) after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.8, P=0.021). Pulmonary artery injury occurred in 3 patients and 2 patients had hemoptysis.The hemoptysis was stopped after arterial embolization. No other complications such as pulmonary edema occurred. Conclusion BPA may improve clinical status and hemodynamics of patients with CTEPH, which offers an alternative approach of treatment in patients with inoperable CTEPH.
