Compound Danshen Dripping Pills has curative effect of angina pectoris,coronary heart disease,and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which is widely used in clinic.With the development of basic research and clinical pharmacology,it is particularly important to carry out more comprehensive and systematic quality control.At present,fingerprint technology is developing rapidly and has been recognized by many countries.In this article,we summarized the research situation of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills and its raw materials from two aspects of chromatography and spectroscopy (such as LC,CE,IR,NMR and so on).It will provide reference or the further establishment of a reasonable quality control method.

Objective To investigate the changes of plasma bone morphogenetic protein-4 (BMP-4) levels in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and rosuvastatin intervention effect on BMP-4 level.Methods Fifty-two patients with CHD and 35 health people were enrolled in this study as CHD group and control group.ELISA method was used to detect the concentration of plasma BMP-4.Analyzed the relationship between plasma BMP-4 and blood lipids,flow-mediated dilation (FMD),nitric oxide (NO),cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2),malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD).And observed the changing of plasma BMP-4 before and after rosuvastatin intervention.Results Plasma BMP-4 level in CHD patients was (7.53 ± 1.20) μg/L,higher than that of control group ((3.81 ± 0.79) μ g/L,t =3.541,P =0.006).After rosuvastatin treatment,plasma BMP-4 level in CHD patient was decreased from (7.53 ± 1.20) μg/L to (5.40± 0.98) μg/L (t =1.436,P =0.001).Plasma BMP-4 level was positively correlated with COX-2,MDA,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol (r =0.395,0.350,0.274,0.288 respectively,P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜0.05).But,it was negatively correlated with NO,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,SOD,FMD (r =-0.291,-0.253,-0.476,-0.320 respectively,P ＜0.01 or P ＜0.05).COX-2,SOD and FMD were independent risk factors of plasma BMP-4 in patients with CHD.Conclusion Oxidative stress and endothelial dysfunction are in patients with CHD.Rosuvastatin treatment can remarkably reduce plasma BMP-4 level,alleviate vascular endothelium injury induced by oxidative stress and improve endothelial function in patients with CHD.

Objective : To understand the prevalence of overweight and obesity, and the influencing factors among students aged 7-22 years in Zhejiang Province. Methods : Stratified random cluster sampling was used to randomly select students aged 7-22 years in 11 prefectures of Zhejiang Province in 2019. Height and weight were measured. The general information, dietary habits and living habits of students were collected using the Student Health Status and Influencing Factors Questionnaire. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of overweight and obesity. Results : A total of 33 800 respondents were included, 7 685 (22.74%) were overweight/obese, 4 729 ( 13.99% ) were overweight, and 2 956 ( 8.75% ) were obese. The multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that boys ( OR=2.059, 95%CI：1.949-2.175), not living on campus( OR=1.306, 95%CI: 1.214-1.405), history of alcohol consumption ( OR=1.158, 95%CI：1.083-1.238 ), average daily consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages in the past week ( less than once, OR=1.214, 95%CI: 1.103-1.336; once and more, OR=1.431, 95%CI: 1.259-1.626 ), average daily consumption of fries in the past week ( less than once, OR=1.171, 95%CI: 1.065-1.288; once and more, OR=1.266, 95%CI: 1.102-1.454 ), and average daily consumption of sweets in the past week (less than once, OR=0.727, 95%CI: 0.658-0.802; once and more, OR=0.504, 95%CI: 0.444-0.572) were associated with overweight and obesity in students. Conclusion The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity among students aged 7-22 years in Zhejiang Province are 13.99% and 8.75%, respectively, which are associated with boys, not living on campus, and consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages, fries, sweets and alcohol.

Among 2625 patients with type 2 diabetes,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,HbA1C,triglyceride,ApoB,serum uric acid,highly-sensitive C reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor α levels,and common carotid artery intima-media thickness in hypertriglyceridemic-waist ( HTWC ) phenotype group were higher than those in non-HTWC group,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and ApoA1 levels were lower( all P＜0.05 ).HTWC phenotype was an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis of carotid artery in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (OR 1.45,95％CI 1.07-1.96).

Objective To evaluate the curative efficacy and adverse events of in vitro hyperthermia in combination with chemotherapy for treating patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma .Methods Seventy-five patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma by pathologic diagnosis admitted in Beijing Friendship Hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into Group Combination ( hyperthermia and chemotherapy ) and Group Chemotherapy at the ratio of 1∶1.All the patients were treated for 4 cycles and the clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results After being treated for 4 cycles, the number of the patients in Group Chemotherapy who had complete response(CR), partial response(PR), stable disease(SD), progressive disease(PD) was 0, 10, 10 and 17, the objective response rate (ORR) was 27.0%, and the disease control rates (DCR) was 54.1%, which in Group Combination was 0, 18, 15 and 5, and 47.4% and 86.8%, respectively.DCR between the two groups was statistically significantly different ( P=0.002 ), but there was no statistical significance on DCR(P=0.069).In Group Combination, the pain relief rate and physical fitness improvement rate was 92.1% and 84.2%, which were significantly higher than 21.6% and 27.0% in Group Chemotherapy, which had statistical significance ( both P<0.05 ).The median survival time and 1-year survival rate in Group Combination was 8.8 months and 31.6%(12/38), which in Group Chemotherapy was 17.86 months and 27.0%(10/37), and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups .The adverse events in two groups were mild , and no digestive tract reaction with III and IV degree and bone marrow suppression with IV degree were observed .Conclusions DCR and symptom improvement rate in Group Combination were higher than those in Group Chemotherapy , while the adverse events were mild , and patients could tolerate .This combination therapy was worthy of clinical application .

Objective To evaluate the association between the concentration of particulate matter (PM2.5)and asthma attack in children.Methods The computer and databases were used to search the key wordsAsthma andChild were searched by means of the subject headings ( Asthma andChild) and free words (Asthma * , Child *andPediatric * etc.),moreover PM2.5 was searched on the basis of free words such asPM2.5, Particulate Matter *which were linked withAND in PubMed and Medline database.Furthermore,the key words asthma AND (Child OR Pediatric OR Infant) AND (PM2.5 OR Particulate Matter OR Inhalable Particles) for keywords were searched in CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases.The literatures included those from the initial computer database up to those of December 2014 from computer database.Meanwhile manual research was added to screen literatures according to the standards of inclusion and exclusion.Newcastle-Ottawa Scale was employed to assess the quality of the included literatures including selection,comparability and outcomc.Data wcre synthesized and analyzed by Rcvman5.3 and Stata12.0 version for statistical analysis,heterogeneity test,sensitivity analysis,subgroup analysis,and so on.Results A total of 17 literatures involving 1326573 children were included.The findings from quality assessment involved 2 studies for 8 scores,2 for 7 scores,7 for 6 scores,5 for 5 scores,and 1 for 4 scores,respectively.The result of Meta-analysis showed that the combined the odds ratio (OR) of PM2.5 with childhood asthma attack was 1.06,and 95％ confidence interval(CI) was 1.03-1.08.Subgroup analysis showed that the OR on the asthma hospital visit equaled to 1.03 (95％ CI 1.01-1.06),and the OR on the asthma symptom equaled to 1.11 (95％ CI 1.06-1.16),moreover,subgroup analysis between developed and developing countries showed that the OR of the asthma on developing countries corresponded to 1.04 (95％ CI 1.02-1.06),and the OR of the asthma on developed countries corresponded to 1.06 (95％ CI 1.03-1.09).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between concentration of PM2.5 and asthma attack in children.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical treatment effects of sea buckthorn oil for in different size traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane in different size. METHOD: Prospective, randomized study of 199 outpatients with traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane who were enrolled between December 2012 and December 2014 after informed consent. The patients were divided into treatment group (101 cases) and control group (98 cases). According to the size of the perforations, patients in each group were divided into large perforation group, middle perforation groups and small perforation group. The cases in large perforation group, middle perforation groups and small perforation group were 36, 34, 31 in treatment group and 35, 33, 30 in control group. The patients in treatment group were treated with sea buckthorn oil once a week, while the patient in control group were self-healing and checked once a week. All the patients were followed-up in two months. The healing rate of two groups was applied for the evaluation indicator of clinical effect. We compared the healing rate, average healing time and phological change of tympanic membrane of patients at the first and second month. RESULT: The total healing ratio of patients in treatment group is 62.4% and 79.2% compared with 29.6% and 57.1% in control group at the first and second month (P < 0.05). There is statistical significance between the healing ratios of middle, large perforation groups in treatment group and control group (P < 0.05). There is no statistical significance between the healing ratios of small perforation group in treatment group and control group (P > 0.05). The average healing time of large, middle and small perforation group at the second month are significantly shorter than the control group. CONCLUSION It is better to apply observation method and let it self-healed for small traumatic tympanic membrane perforation according to its higher healing ratio. While, it is better to apply sea buckthorn oil method for middle and large traumatic tympanic membrane perforation according to its lower healing ratios. Sea buckthorn oil treatment is benefitial for increasing the ratio of perforation healing, shorten the healing time, resumpting of the middle ear function earlier, helping most of the patients to avoid operation and the reduce medical expense. Therefore, it is valuable to promote the method in clinical treatment.

Objective:To explore the characteristics, diagnosis, and treatment of precursor B-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia with C- MYC rearrangement (preBLL) in children. Methods:The clinical data in 2 cases of childhood preBLL in Department of Hematology, Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics in June and August 2019 were summarized and analyzed.Results:Both cases were acute lymphoblastic leukemia with precursor B-cell immunophenotype.Hepatosplenomegaly and peripheral white blood cells were significantly increased, and the morphology of bone marrow was L3. C- MYC rearrangement was discovered by cytogenetic tests.Both children have received the treatment of the mature B-cell tumor protocol (FAB/LMB96), and early remission was developed in 1 case with TP53 gene mutation but relapsed thereafter and died finally.Another case had reached sustained complete remission after treatment. Conclusions:Children with preBLL is rare, and routine C- MYC rearrangement should be performed in children with Precursor B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia whose morphology of bone marrow was L3.Its treatment needs to be further studied, and multi-center clinical trials need to be actively conducted to analyze and summarize large numbers of cases to identify effective protocol and improve the prognosis.

Objective: To investigate the status and influencing factors of abnormal spinal curvature among middle school students in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide insights into formulating intervention measures of abnormal spinal curvature among students. Methods: Middle school students were selected from 90 counties (cities or districts) for abnormal spinal curvature screening using the stratified random cluster sampling method based on the Student Common Diseases and Influencing Factors Program in 2022. Basic information, nutritional status, sedentary time and sleep time were collected through questionnaire surveys and physical examination. Influencing factors for abnormal spinal curvature among middle school students were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: Totally 93 988 students were recruited, and 92 559 students responded effectively, with a response rate of 98.48%. There were 48 578 males (52.48%) and 43 981 females (47.52%). A total of 1 690 students with abnormal spinal curvature were detected, accounting for 1.83%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the students who were female (OR=1.331, 95%CI: 1.204-1.471), lived in suburb areas (OR=1.254, 95%CI: 1.135-1.385), were at ages of 14 years and above (14 to 16 years, OR=1.252, 95%CI: 1.108-1.414; >16 years, OR=1.273, 95%CI: 1.090-1.486) and had sedentary time greater than 10 h/d (OR=1.162, 95%CI: 1.034-1.305) might have higher risks of abnormal spinal curvature, while the students who were overweight or obesity (OR=0.491, 95%CI: 0.426-0.565), regularly adjust the heights of the desks and chairs (OR=0.883, 95%CI: 0.797-0.979), and slept 8 hours or more per day (OR=0.850, 95%CI: 0.765-0.945) might have lower risks of abnormal spinal curvature. Conclusions The prevalence of abnormal spinal curvature among middle school students in Zhejiang Province is associated with gender, region, age, nutritional status, regularly adjusting the heights of desks and chairs, sedentary time and sleep time.

Objective: To investigate the situation and influencing factors of school bullying experienced by primary and middle school students, so as to provide the basis for formulating school bullying intervention measures and promoting students' physical and mental health development. Methods: All the counties (cities, districts) in Zhejiang Province were stratified to urban and suburban areas, primary, junior high and senior high school students were selected using a stratified cluster sampling method. Basic information, lifestyle and school bullying were collected through questionnaire surveys. Factors affecting school bullying experienced by primary and middle school students were analyzed using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: Totally 137 846 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 97.17%. There were 72 526 males (52.61%) and 65 320 females (47.39%). There were 47 561 primary school students (34.50%), 47 701 junior high school students (34.61%) and 42 584 senior high school students (30.89%). A total of 3 987 students suffered from school bullying, accounting for 2.89%. The proportions of being maliciously teased, being intentionally excluded from group activities/isolated, being teased about physical defects or appearance, being hit/kicked/pushed/shoved/locked in a room, being threatened, and being extorted for money were 2.04%, 1.18%, 1.11%, 0.86%, 0.84% and 0.83%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the students who were males (OR=1.122, 95%CI: 1.048-1.202), lived in suburban areas (OR=1.322, 95%CI: 1.233-1.418), lived in areas with medium (OR=1.086, 95%CI: 1.006-1.173) or underdeveloped (OR=1.298, 95%CI: 1.191-1.415) economic level, had higher academic levels (junior high school, OR=1.380, 95%CI: 1.270-1.499; senior high school, OR=1.210, 95%CI: 1.083-1.351), lived on campus (OR=1.489, 95%CI: 1.372-1.616), engaged in fights (OR=6.029, 95%CI: 5.585-6.509), attempted to smoke (OR=1.320, 95%CI: 1.128-1.545), drank (OR=1.735, 95%CI: 1.575-1.912), were scolded and beaten by parents (OR=1.972, 95%CI: 1.822-2.135) and were obese (OR=1.240, 95%CI: 1.132-1.360) were more likely to experience school bullying. Conclusion The harm of school bullying to the physical and mental health of primary and middle school students should be taken seriously, and active policy measures should be adopted to strengthen intervention.
