Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.
2.Evaluation of intense pulsed light in combination with rb-bFGF on facial telangiectasia

Objective To explore the treatment outcomes of intensive pulsed light (IPL) in combinationwith rb-bFGF in patients with telangiectasia.Methods A total of 57 patients with telangiectasia were randomly divided into 2 groups:group A,IPL540nm (n=32);group B,IPL with rb-bFGF (n=25).The intense pulsed light with 540 nm wavelength,energy density of 14-17 J/cm2 and pulse width of 10-12 ms was used for 3-5 times at intervals of 4-5 weeks.Results Fifty-seven patients completed the Study with maximal 5 treatment sessions,100% improvement was observed in 15.62% and 64.00% at group A and group B respectively after 1-2 treatment sessions,but in 62.5% and 84% after 3-4 treatmentsessions.There was significant difference in treatment sessions between the groups A and B (P
3.Robot-assisted therapy for lower limb rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy

Cerebral palsy,a group of motor disorders,does serious harm to children's physical and mental health,and the majority of patients need rehabilitation through life-time.However,the traditional methods of rehabilitation medicine are mainly dependent on the rehabilitation manipulation,which brings heavy and long term burden to family and society.With the rapid development of biomechanics and rehabilitation engineering technology,a new type of the rehabilitation robot,through the integration of rehabilitation medicine,biomechanics,mechanics,electronics,computer science and robotics,and many other disciplines,combines the active and passive exercise and fits the normal movement patterns to achieve the purpose of rehabilitation.The paper,by focusing on taking the rehabilitation robot as an example,summarizes the progresses of the application of rehabilitation robot in children with cerebral palsy,to provide new ideas for the development of children's rehabilitation technology.
4.Comparative study of the efficacy of vasopressin and oxytocin in intramural myomectomy

Objective To compare the application effect of vasopressin and oxytocin in intramural myomectomy. Methods 50 in -patients for myomectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group.By injecting oxytocin around hysteromyoma in the control group,and vasopressin in the observation group,hysteromyoma size,number,operation time,amount of bleeding,postoperative hemoglobin,normal body temperature recovering time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were compared in two groups.Results Operation time of the observation group was (86.4 ±1.8)minutes,which of the control group was (112.4 ±1.5)minutes,the difference was statistically significant (t =78.462,P <0.05).Blood loss of the observation group was (68.8 ± 27.6)mL,which of the control group was (130.8 ±37.5)mL,the difference was statistically significant (t =9.415, P <0.05).Postoperative hemoglobin of the observation group was (9.6 ±3.6)g/L,which was higher than (5.4 ± 2.6)g/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significance (t =9.872,P <0.05).The hysteromyoma size of the two groups showed no significant difference (P >0.05 ).The comparing of normal body temperature recovering time,hospitalization time,anal exhaust time of the two groups were not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion Hemostasis effect was evident after applying vasopressin in myomectomy,which can significantly reduce blood loss,shorten surgery time and reduce hemoglobin changes,it′s better than oxytocin and is worth in clinical application.
5.Preparation and Quality Control of Dexibuprofen Syrup

OBJECTIVE:To prepare Dexibuprofen Syrup and establish a method for its quality control.METHODS:Dexibuprofen Syrup was prepared with dexibuprofen as main ingredient and the content of dexibuprofen was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The preparation appeared as yellowish or yellowish-brown sticky liquid and its property was in line with the standard specified in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2005 Edition).The linear range of dexibuprofen was 0.100 6~0.502 8 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 9)and its average recovery rate was 99.65%(RSD=0.64%).CONCLUSION:This preparation is simple and feasible in preparation technology and controllable in quality.

7.Pharmacokinetics of Lidocaine Via Epidural Injetion in Patients With Hepatic Dysfunction

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics of lidocaine via epidural injection in patients with mild hepatic dysfunction.METHODS:The blood concentration of lidocaine was determined by polarized fluorescence immuno-assay,rapid blood drug concentration detector(TDx)and kit.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters could be described as one-compartment model.CONCLUSION:The pharmacokinetics of lidocaine via epidural injection in patients with mild hepatic dysfunction is comparable with that in subjects with normal liver function.

10.Establishment renal calculus rat model induced by calcifying nanoparticles

Objective To establish renal calculus rat model induced by calcifying nanoparticles .Methods We extracted and cultivated calcifying nanoparticles from clinically diagnosed patients with nephrolithiasis .Forty adult male SD rats were divided into 4 groups (n=10 each):group A(given an intravenous injection of calcifying nanoparticles) ,group B(given an intravenous injection of calcifying nanoparticles and taken Shenshitong granules) ,group C(given an intravenous injection of calcifying nanoparticles and intraperitoneal injection of gallium nitrate) ,group D (as normal control) .Eight weeks later ,all rats were sacrificed .The kidneys were examined for pathology .Results Histopathological studies revealed calcifying nanoparticles induced renal tubular epithelial cells fatty degeneration and renal tubular crystallization ,and caused renal interstitial infiltration with inflammatory cells .The forma‐tion of renal crystals in group A was more obvious than those in group B and C(P<0 .05) .In group D ,no crystals were formed and no pathological changes occurred .The levels of urinary calcium and urinary creatinine(of All group) at one day before the observa‐tion period (T2 ) were higher than those at 4 weeks after injection(T1 )(P<0 .01) .The levels of urinary calcium and serum creati‐nine in group A and B and C were significantly higher than those in group D at T2 (P<0 .05) .The levels of urinary calcium in group B and C were lower than that in group A at T2 (P<0 .05) .However ,there were no apparent differences of the levels of serum calci‐um and urinary creatinine between groups at T2 (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Calcifying nanoparticles could cause renal tubular epithelial cells injury ,which leads to the formation of kidney stones .
