2.Early Kinesitherapy Intervention for Synthetic Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

It's observed that periarthritis of shoulder is treated with early kinesitherapy intervention combining with diathcrmy. The clinic observation with curative effect the severity of periarticular tenderness prewith posttreatment and the mobility of the shoulder pre-with posttreatment between the treatment and control groups are different. The statistical values are X2=12.55,P<0.005,X2=14.10,P<0.005,X2=14.51,P<0. 005 respectively. The method can shorten the course of treatment.
3.Activation of NF-κB and acinar cell apoptosis in hyperiipidemic rate with severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperlipidemia (HL) on the pancreatic injuries during acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) as well as the activation of nuclear factor kappa B ( NF-κB) and pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis. Methods Fifty SD male rats were randomly divided into control group, hyperlipidemia ( HL) group, ANP group and HL + ANP group. Rats in control group were fed with balanced diet for 2 weeks, and underwent opening and closing of the abdomen. Rats in HL group received fat emulsion lavage, and then underwent opening and closing of the abdomen. Rats in ANP group were fed with balanced diet for 2 weeks, and were induced by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate into the bili-pancreatic duct to establish the ANP model. Rats in HL + ANP group received fat emulsion lavage for 2 weeks, and were induced by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate into the bili-pancreatic duct to establish the ANP model. NF-κB p65 and Fas, FasL protein expression were determined by immunohistochemical method and the apoptosis in pancreatic acinar cell were detected by TUNEL. Results Two weeks after fat emulsion lavage, rats in HL and HL + ANP group had significantly higher serum level of lipid. Lipid vacuoles were present in some pancreatic cells in the rats of HL group, and middle number of inflammatory cells infiltration was found, the activation of NF-κB was slightly enhanced; and the expression of Fas, FasL was also enhanced. Apoptosis index increased from (0.62 ±0.28)% to (3.3S ±1.12)%. Massive pancreatic tissue necrosis, large amount of inflammatory cells infiltration was found in ANP group. NF-κB p65 was present in large number of pancreatic nucleus. The expression of Fas and FasL was also increased; the apoptosis index was (2.20±1.78)%. The degree of pancreatic necrosis was greater in HL + ANP group than that in ANP group (3.4 ± 0.7 vs. 2.4 ± 1.1, P <0.05). The positive rate and density of NF-κB expression was higher than that in ANP group; and the expression of Fas and FasL was decreased more than that in ANP group; the apoptosis index was (0.93 ± 0.87)% , which was significantly lower than that in ANP group (P <0.05). Conclusions High level of lipid can increase the activation of NF-κB and inhibit the acinar cell apoptosis, and decrease the expression of Fas and FasL, increase the pancreatic tissue necrosis, therefore in order to attenuate the injury of pancreas, it is essential to control blood lipid.
4.Exploration of Plasma Levels of Catestatin in Patients With Different Blood Pressure and Metabolic Status

Objective: To analyze plasma levels of catestatin (CST) in patients with different blood pressure (BP) and metabolic status.
Methods: Our research included in 3 groups: Control group,n=60 subjects with normal BP from physical examination in our hospital; 131 patients with essential hypertension (EH) were divided into 2 groups: Isolated EH group,n=90 and MS (metabolic syndrome) group,n=41. Plasma levels of CST, norepinephrine (NE) were examined, the ratio of CST/NE was calculated, and those indexes were compared among different groups.
Results: Compared with Control group, plasma levels of CST and the ratios of CST/NE were decreased in Isolated EH and MS groups,P<0.05-0.01. As BP increasing, plasma levels of CST were gradually decreased; compared with Isolated EH group, plasma level of CST and CST/NE were reduced in MS group,P<0.05.
Conclusion: Plasma levels of CST and the ratio of CST/NE were obviously decreased in EH patients, CST was even lower in MS patients which implied that CST might be involved in the development of EH and MS.
5.Application of platelet parameters in tumor patients with radiochemotherapy

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of the platelet parameters in tumor patients before or after radiochemotherapy.Methods The platelet parameters(PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW)were detected in 65 cases of tumor patients before and after radiochemotherapy by the Sysmex XN-1000 automatic hemacytology analyzer.Then the detection results were com-pared with those in the control group.Results Compared with the control group,PLT and MPV before therapy in the tumor pa-tients were significantly increased(P <0.01),but PCT and PDW had no statistical differences between the two goups(P >0.05). PLT,PCT and MPV after radiochemotherapy in the tumor patients were significantly lower than those before treated(P <0.01 ), but no statistically significant difference in PDW was found(P >0.05).Conclusion The measuration of platelet parameters in the tumor patients with radiochemotherapy has certain clinical significance to observe the status of the bone marrow suppression and es-timate the state of illness.
6.Clinical Observation on Bushen Huoxue Cupailuan Decoction in the Treatment of Infertility Induced by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Bushen huoxue cupailuan decoction on clinical effects and related index-es of infertility induced by polycystic ovary syndrome. METHODS:A total of 120 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney de-ficiency and blood stasis selected from our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random num-ber table,with 60 cases in each group. From the 5th day of menstruation,control group was given Clomiphene citrate capsules 50 mg,qd;observation group was given 200 mL of Bushen huoxue cupailuan decoction,morning and night. Atreatment course lasted for 3 menstrnal cycle,both groups were treated for 1-2 courses. The number of follicles,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume and serum hormone levels (INS,LH,FSH,PRL,T,E2) were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment. The pregnancy rate were compared between 2 groups after treatment. RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the num-ber of follicles,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume or serum hormone levels between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the number of follicles,endometrial thickness and ovarian volume in 2 groups were all increased;the improvement of observation group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of FSH and E2 in 2 groups were increased significantly;the level of serum hormone in observation group was significantly better than control group,with sta-tistical significance(P<0.05). The pregnancy rate of observation group was 63.33%,which was significantly higher than 46.67%of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Bushen huoxue cupailuan decoction can effectively im-prove serum hormone lever,ovary condition and pregnancy rate in the infertility patients induced by polycystic ovary syndrome.

8.Clinical evaluation of two gene diagnostic techniques for the detection of drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the effect of probe melting curve analysis and gene chips on detecting drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis against isoniazid and rifampicin. Methods Drug resistance was detected by gene chip and probe melting curve analysis in 46 cases of patients with sputum smear positive specimens, with L-J culture as the gold standard. Results In all the 46 cases, the detection of drug resistance genes against isoniazid was performed by probe melting curve analysis and gene chips, achieving the coincidences of 91.3% and 80.43% with those by L-J culture, respectively. The detection of drug resistance genes in 38 cases administered with rifampicin was conducted as well by the two techniques, achieving the coincidences of 84%and 89.4% with those by L-J culture. There were no significant differences between the two methods (P > 0.05). Conclusion The gene chip direct detection and probe melting curve analysis are of high value in diagnosis of tuberculosis, and they can be regarded as a diagnosis method of choice for tuberculosis. Both have the priorities of timesaving, high sensitivity and specificity.
10.Bioinformatics screening of up-regulated protein kinases and their inhibitors in nasopharyngeal cancer

Objective To screening up-regulated protein kinases and their inhibitors in order to provide new targets for molecular thera-py of nasopharyngeal cancer.Methods GEO database and SAM software were employed to screen the up-regulated protein kinase gene in nasopharyngeal cancer.Based on DAVID database,the regulating functions of kinases were identified.The inhibitors of up-regulated kinase genes were identified by Selleckchem database.Literature mining was used to screen the potential anti-cancer drugs.Results Totally 2360 differentially expressed genes including 21 up-regulated protein kinases (CHEK1,CHEK2,PRKDC,AURKA,VRK2,STK17A,MELK,NU-AK1,TRPM7,MASTL,AXL,BUB1,BUB1B,CDK4,TTK,CDC7,CASK,AKT3,TBK1 and PBK)were identified in the whole genome profi-ling (Fold Change≥2,P <0.05).The results of function analysis showed the up-regulated genes were enriched in 10 function terms such as‘protein amino acid phosphorylation’‘phosphorylation’‘phosphate metabolic process’‘mitotic cell cycle’‘cell cycle phase’‘regulation of cell cycle’,and so on.The Selleckchem database analysis showed there were 9 up-regulated protein kinases equipped with 51 inhibitors which were proved already.The results of literature mining showed that 18 inhibitors of them had a few studies (less than 10 literatures)in cancer terms,and there was a potential to become new drugs to treat nasopharyngeal cancer.Conclusion A total of 21 up-regulated protein kinases were identified,and they might promote the nasopharyngeal carcinoma by regulating functions such as the cell-cycle control pathway.Their ki-nase inhibitors may have a potential role in anti-cancer treatment,which provided a new target point for molecular therapy of nasopharyngeal cancer.
