[Objective]Modify Xuejiejiawei Granule judgment toxic particles to guide its clinical drug safety.[Method]Make different dosages,give the mouse to fill stomach,from the observing mouse's physiological condition to judging the medicine toxic.[Result]36 mice after given the medicine observation period do not have an example to die,after the dissection the internal organs have non-pathological changes.[Conclusion] Looking at Xuejiejiawei Granule from the medicine toxic effect,the Xuejie adding the taste pellet is a safe medicine.
3.Therapeutic effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion plus medications for senile osteoporosis and its effect on serum BMP-2 and OPG levels

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion plus medications on senile osteoporosis (SOP), and to explore the related mechanisms. Methods: A total of 70 elderly participants with osteoporosis were randomly divided into an observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the conventional drugs. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Before and after treatment, assessed the visual analog scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI) scores, determined the bone mineral density of the participants' lumbar spine (L2-L4) and left femoral neck, and detected the participants' serum bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) levels. Results: After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment (both P<0.05), and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density values of the lumbar spine and left femoral neck in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment (both P<0.05), and the bone mineral density values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ODI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (both P<0.05), and the ODI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum BMP-2 and OPG levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Heat-sensitive moxibustion plus medications for SOP can significantly relieve patients' pain, improve dysfunction, and increase bone density, which may be related to the improvement of the serum BMP-2 and OPG levels.
4.Role of long non - coding RNA in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy

Long non-coding RNA ( LncRNA) is a class of transcript (>200 nucleotides) that do not encode proteins. It plays an important role in epigenetic regulation and gene expression at transcriptional or post transcriptional level. The abnormal expression of LncRNA may lead to various pathological processes. Diabetic retinopathy ( DR ) is a multifactorial disease. Recent studies have shown that many specific expressions of LncRNAs are closely related to the genesis of DR. In this review, we summarized the recent advances in the function of LncRNA, the regulatory mechanisms of LncRNA involved in the development of DR, and the related therapies.
5.Study on Reducing Capacity and Identification of Aerobic Denitrifiers

Objective To research reducing capacity and identification of aerobic denitrifiers WXZ-15 and WXZ-19. Methods Four factors three levels [L9(34)] orthogonal experiment was adopted to determine the best experimental condition for reducing capacity of aerobic denitrifiers WXZ-15 and WXZ-19.The tests were conducted to study the reducing capacity to reduce nitrate in the presence of NO2-and NO3-. Partial 16S-rRNA analysis was used to identify aerobic denitrifiers WXZ-15 and WXZ-19. Results The result of range analysis showed the best experiment condition of WXZ-15 aerobic denitrifier,in which COD/N was 10,rotating speed was 160 r/min,the inital NO2-concentration was 200 mg/L,initial pH was 7.5,and that of aerobic denitrifier WXZ-19,in which COD/N was 10,rotating speed was 160 r/min,inital NO2-concentration was 50 mg/L,initial pH was 7.5. Comparing experiment showed that the TN removing rates of aerobic denitrifiers WXZ-15 and WXZ-19 were 85.65% and 45.23% respectively,using NO3-as nitrogen source. While the TN removing rates of aerobic denitrifiers WXZ-15 and WXZ-19 were 52.32% and 35.40% respectively,using NO2-as nitrogen source. Conclusion Aerobic denitrifiers WXZ-15 and WXZ-19 are Delftia tsuruhatensi and Pseudomonas putida respectively.The reducing capacity of aerobic denitrifiers WXZ-15 and WXZ-19 is strong.
6.The expression of HSP70 during experimental tooth movement in rats.

Objective:To observe HSP70 expression during experimental tooth movement in rats.Methods:Orthodontic appliance was placed between the maxillary right first molar and maxillary central incisors of 30 adult SD rats.The rats were killed at 1,3,5,7,14 d after orthodontic force application,samples of experimental teeth with periodontal tissue were prepared for immunohistochemical examination of HSP70 expression.Result:Strong expression of HSP 70 in periodontal ligment was observed at 1 and 3 d after orthodontic force application,positive at 5 d and weak positive at 7 and 14 d.Conclusion:HSP 70 is expressed in periodontal ligment at different levels in different stages during orthodontic tooth movement.
7.Introduction of limb reservation operation for an infected and all muscles and intermuscular vessels necrosed leg

Objective to study the factors of delaying survival of the ankle and foot which were linked with leg only by skin, fascia and tibia after all the infected and inactivated muscles and intermuscular vessels had been removed, and to study the effect of artery blood supply reconstruction to avoid the necrosis and ischemia contracture of the foot. Methods The leg was linked with ankle and foot by the tibia which was covered only by skin and fascia after all the muscles, interosseous membrance, intermuscular vessels and fibula had been removed. And then the artery blood supply for the injured limb was reconstructed by stages. Results The sense of haphalgesia, with normal temperature and color, recovered in the injured limb 7 months after operation, no contracture and deformity happened in the food muscles and joint, and the patient may smooth stand and walk with a stick freely. Conclusion The necrosis and ischemia contracture of foot was delayed by reticular collateral circulation among skin, deep and superficial fascia and tibia of the injured limb, although the blood supply was very little after all the muscles and intermuscular vessels had been removed because of infection and necrosis. Finally the injured limb was reserved successfully by artery blood supply reconstruction. The clinical effect was satisfactory.

9.Application of key technique on the reservation and function reconstruction of a leg with delayed necrosis in all intermuscular vessels

Objective To establish an effective technique in reservation and function reconstruction of a leg, in which all the muscles except gastrocnemius necrosed induced by the delayed necrosis of all the intermuscular vessels, the foot was linked only by skin, fascia and tibia. Methods The leg was linked with foot only by the skin, fascia, caput mediale of gastrocnemius and tibia when all the muscles, intermuscular vessels and fibula were removed. The direct island flap of tibialis posterior artery was cut from the healthy limb and used to cover the 4/5 length and 1/3 circumference of bone-fascia raw surface, then to anastomose the both arteries of the flap and the caput lateral gastrocnemius when dividing the pedicles. As soon as the raw surface healed, fuse the ankle in the functional situation and fix the flexor and extensor tendon in the proper situation. Results With sufficient blood supply from the skin and fascia of the flap, the raw surface healed soon, the severe ischemia pain relieved, and the circulation and sensation recovered gradually. The crutching and walking function of the leg reconstructed at last. Conclusion When all the necrotic intermuscular vessels and muscles except caput mediale of gastrocnemius were removed, the necrosis may be delayed by means of reticular collateral circulation among skin, deep and superficial fascia and tibia of the injured limb. However, the blood supply is very little, the severe ischemia wound and ischemia pain can't be healed. Through the tibialis posterior artery direct island skin flap of the healthy leg to cover the dystrophic wounds, the blood supply of the leg can be improved. As a result, the leg survives and its function is reconstructed, and an eternal axial-pattern artery for the wound leg through arteries anastomosis is rebuilt.
10.Antioxidant Effect of Selaginella Medicinal Plants and Its Quality Review

This paper aimed to introduce and review the antioxidant and material base of selaginella medicinal plants.On the basis of the systematic identification of selaginella medicinal plants,we found that the ethyl acetate extract and flavonoids could inhibit the activity of XOD,LOX or/and COX-2 to some extent.Fourteen biflavonoids,one flavonoid and five flavonoid glycosides have been isolated from three resource plants,among them five compounds were firstly reported and fifteen compounds were firstly isolated in selaginella plants.Amentoflavone (AME),robustaflavone and robustaflavone-4''-dimethylether are three common characteristic constituents of selaginella plants,which can act as marks of common active ingredients and be applied to evaluate the quality of selaginella.Further studies found that some plants had stronger anti-Coxsackie virus and anti-tumor effects,and their mechanisms were associated with inhibiting multiple oxidase and mitigating harm of free radicals due to whole function.
