1.Aberrant gap junction and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):582-585
Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.
2.Research progress in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa degeneration with phosphodiesterase 6b gene mutation mouse
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):693-696
In the past decades, more and more mutant genes that cause inherited retinal diseases have been found.Meanwhile, many naturally occurring animal models have also been found to show similar gene mutations and phenotypes as the human inherited retinal diseases, which have led to the development of a variety of therapeutic strategies for those traditionally incurable inherited diseases. These models include rod degeneration (rd) mice, such as rd1 model,rd10 model and nmf137.To compare the efficacy of these strategies, this article briefly reviews the recent progress in the treatment of the mouse models with mutations in the subunit of rod phosphodiesterase (Pde6b)gene by pharmaceutical, stem cell and gene therapy in order to find a more effective treatment for retinal degeneration.

5.Congenital heart diseases caused by chromosome abnormality
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(1):55-58
Chromosome abnormality has recently been recognized as an important cause of congenital heart diseases(CHD).The tiny fragment deformity of the chromosome may lead to many abnormal genes expression.Recent studies have disclosed that CHD is a part of syndrome attributed to chromosome abnormality. This article reviews chromosome abnormality caused by trisomy chromosome, chromosome deletions,Tuner syndrome and Kleinfelte's syndrome as well as incidence, type, mechanism and prognosis of its complicated CHD.
6.Clinical significance of expression of interleukin 10 and interleukin 17 in patients with acute gastritis
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;(34):32-34
Objective To study the expression ofinterleukin 10(IL-10) and interleukin 17(IL-17)in patients with acute gastritis, and analyze the clinical significance. Methods The expression of IL-10 and IL-17 in the serum of 58 patients with acute gastritis (gastritis group) and 40 healthy cases (control group) was detected by ELISA.The patients in gastritis group included 23 patients of slight degree,18 patients of middle degree and 17 patients of severe degree. Results The level of IL-10 in gastritis group [(108.321 ±12.302) ng/L] was significantly higher than that in control group [(17.883 ± 13.802) ng/L] (t =18.143,P < 0.01).The level of IL-17 in gastritis group [(127.418 ± 11.410) ng/L] was significantly higher than that in control group [(30.335 ± 14.549) ng/L] (t =22.493,P < 0.01).The level of IL-10 and IL-17 in slight degree, middle degree and severe degree patients was significantly increased [IL-10:(33.486 ± 14.568)ng/L,(106.189 ± 13.583) and (123.875 ± 14.892) ng/L;IL-17:(68.209 ± 9.332),(129.856 ± 11.456),(208.165 ± 12.854) ng/L](P< 0.05).The level of IL-10 had positive correlation with IL-17 (r =0.79,P<0.01).Conclusions IL-10 and IL-17 participate in the pathogenesis of acute gastritis and they have high correlation.IL-10 may restrain IL-17 cells and control the progress of inflammation.
7.Comparison of gatifloxacin and fleroxacin on respiractory infections
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(6):832-833
Objective To compare the clinic effects of gatifloxacin and fleroxacin on respiractory infections. Methods 160 patients of low-moderate respiractory infections were divided into observation group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases).Under common therapy, the observation group accepted gatifloxacin injection while the control group accepted fleroxacin injection. The effective rate, bacterial clearance rate and untoward effect were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group (88.8% vs 72.5%,x2 =3.16,P < 0.05).The bacterial clearance rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group (90.0% vs 78.8%,x2 =6.28,P < 0.05).There were 5 cases of nausea and vomiting in observation group while 3 cases of nausea and 2 cases of nausea and vomiting in control group. The diverse of untoward effect of two groups had no significance (x2 =0.03,P > 0.05).Conclusion Gatifloxacin has a better clinic effect than fleroxacin.Gatifkoracin doesn't increase the untoward effect on respiractory infections.
8.Analysis of the clinical curative effect of central venous catheter drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(12):1807-1808
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of central venous catheter drainage in treating pleural effusion. Methods 100 cases with pleural effusion were treated by the central venous catheter drainage. The curative effect, complications and adverse reactions were observed. Results Ater treatment for 12 ~ 28d,catheter drainage of 100 patients were all successful at the first time. The clinical effect:completely relieve 40 cases(40.0%),clinical partial remission 47 cases(47.0%),inefficient 13 cases (13.0%),and the total effective rate was 87.0%.There were some complications:pneumothorax 1 case, hemorrhage 2 cases, infection 1 case, pleural reaction 3 cases, pain 3 cases, subcutaneous emphysema 2 cases and take off the tube 1 case, the incidence rate of complications was 13.0%.Conclusion Central venous catheter drainage in t.reating pleural effusion has significant curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
9.Prognostic Indicators for Infants Infected HCMV Virus after Ganciclovir Treatment
Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(9):940-942
Objective To study the IE and pp67 mRNA expressions in infants infected human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) after ganciclovir treatment. Methods The values of total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), alanine amino-transferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were detected in patients with HCMV before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. The HCMV-DNA was detected by quantitative PCR. The expression levels of IE mRNA and pp 67 mRNA were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results HCMV DNA stopped copying and the infected in-fants were cured following the traditional criterion, however, RNA expression was still tested in part of these infants. Conclusion It should be identified for mRNA expression when HCMV-DNA copies were hardly identified in these infants to prevent from relapse.
