1.Aberrant gap junction and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):582-585
Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.
2.Research progress in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa degeneration with phosphodiesterase 6b gene mutation mouse
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):693-696
In the past decades, more and more mutant genes that cause inherited retinal diseases have been found.Meanwhile, many naturally occurring animal models have also been found to show similar gene mutations and phenotypes as the human inherited retinal diseases, which have led to the development of a variety of therapeutic strategies for those traditionally incurable inherited diseases. These models include rod degeneration (rd) mice, such as rd1 model,rd10 model and nmf137.To compare the efficacy of these strategies, this article briefly reviews the recent progress in the treatment of the mouse models with mutations in the subunit of rod phosphodiesterase (Pde6b)gene by pharmaceutical, stem cell and gene therapy in order to find a more effective treatment for retinal degeneration.
3.Reliability-based Design for Rehabilitation Training Instruments
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(3):211-212
On the basis of status and technical characteristics of rehabilitation training instrument in China, this article summarized theconcept and significance of reliability-based design, introduced the technical target of rehabilitation training instruments and the procedureof building a reliability model. The future prospect of applying reliability-based design to rehabilitation training instruments is also discussed.
5.Antibiotics Usage in Emergency Room of Our Hospital
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE To analysis the antibiotics usage in emergency room of our hospital and to provide basis for rational clinical use and scientific management of antibiotics.METHODS The data about consumption quantity and consumption sum of antibiotics in emergency room of our hospital during Oct 2007-Oct 2008.10.1 were retrieved by computer management software in the department of emergency pharmacy for the analysis of the clinical use of antibiotics using the method of defined daily dose.RESULTS The proportion of antibiotics in the total in respect of consumption sum was 45.26%,within the scope of
6.Causes Analysis and Solutions to B-D test failure
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
The B-D test is one of the important parameters for examining sterilizing effect of the pulsation vacuum pressure sterilizer, which has to be performed before application to sterilization. So before high pressure antisepsis,we must carry on the B-D test of the pulsation vacuum pressure steam sterilizer. With the causes analyzed, some solutions are put forward to enhance the reliability of B-D test failure.
7.An update on transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(6):552-554,571
Necrotizing enterocolitis is an acute gastrointestinal disease in infants.Recent studies have reported that approximately 25% to 35% infants receiving packed red blood cell transfusions develop transfusionrelated necrotizing enterocolitis. The pathogenesis of transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitis is not clear. This article reviews previous researches and current theoretical perspectives of transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitts.
8.Diagnostic significance of immunophenotyping in the patients of myelodysplastic syndrome
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
The myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)is a group of clonal haematopoietic stem cell diseases characterized by ineffective haematopoiesis, dysplasia and aberrational expression of cell surface markers. Therefore, immunophenotyping of blast cells, granulocytes and monocytes is helpful to distinguish between MDS and non-MDS.The immunophenotyping is a complicated process. So the uniform diagnostic standard is the key to the comparabe and reliable results.
9.Pharmacokinetics of Lidocaine Via Epidural Injetion in Patients With Hepatic Dysfunction
China Pharmacy 2001;12(2):97-
OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics of lidocaine via epidural injection in patients with mild hepatic dysfunction.METHODS:The blood concentration of lidocaine was determined by polarized fluorescence immuno-assay,rapid blood drug concentration detector(TDx)and kit.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters could be described as one-compartment model.CONCLUSION:The pharmacokinetics of lidocaine via epidural injection in patients with mild hepatic dysfunction is comparable with that in subjects with normal liver function.
10.Comparative study on several diagnostic methods for bacterial vaginosis
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(8):764-765,767
and more rapid. It can provide new evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of BV.
