1.Aberrant gap junction and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):582-585
Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):693-696
In the past decades, more and more mutant genes that cause inherited retinal diseases have been found.Meanwhile, many naturally occurring animal models have also been found to show similar gene mutations and phenotypes as the human inherited retinal diseases, which have led to the development of a variety of therapeutic strategies for those traditionally incurable inherited diseases. These models include rod degeneration (rd) mice, such as rd1 model,rd10 model and nmf137.To compare the efficacy of these strategies, this article briefly reviews the recent progress in the treatment of the mouse models with mutations in the subunit of rod phosphodiesterase (Pde6b)gene by pharmaceutical, stem cell and gene therapy in order to find a more effective treatment for retinal degeneration.

6.Clinical significance of expression of interleukin 10 and interleukin 17 in patients with acute gastritis
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;(34):32-34
Objective To study the expression ofinterleukin 10(IL-10) and interleukin 17(IL-17)in patients with acute gastritis, and analyze the clinical significance. Methods The expression of IL-10 and IL-17 in the serum of 58 patients with acute gastritis (gastritis group) and 40 healthy cases (control group) was detected by ELISA.The patients in gastritis group included 23 patients of slight degree,18 patients of middle degree and 17 patients of severe degree. Results The level of IL-10 in gastritis group [(108.321 ±12.302) ng/L] was significantly higher than that in control group [(17.883 ± 13.802) ng/L] (t =18.143,P < 0.01).The level of IL-17 in gastritis group [(127.418 ± 11.410) ng/L] was significantly higher than that in control group [(30.335 ± 14.549) ng/L] (t =22.493,P < 0.01).The level of IL-10 and IL-17 in slight degree, middle degree and severe degree patients was significantly increased [IL-10:(33.486 ± 14.568)ng/L,(106.189 ± 13.583) and (123.875 ± 14.892) ng/L;IL-17:(68.209 ± 9.332),(129.856 ± 11.456),(208.165 ± 12.854) ng/L](P< 0.05).The level of IL-10 had positive correlation with IL-17 (r =0.79,P<0.01).Conclusions IL-10 and IL-17 participate in the pathogenesis of acute gastritis and they have high correlation.IL-10 may restrain IL-17 cells and control the progress of inflammation.
7.Evidence-based and individual corticosteroids therapies for bronchopulmonary dysplasia
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(12):815-819
Despite survival of extremely preterm infants has increased over recent years,bronchopul-monary dysplasia( BPD) remains both a major cause of mortality and one of the most common complications with implications into adulthood on respiratory and neurologic health. Steroids have a clear beneficial effect on BPD,but there is much debate surrounding the use of corticosteroids on the prevention and treatment of BPD. Careful consideration of the available data along with the clinical characteristics of the individual infant is required before being introduced into therapy.
8.Comparison of the effect of different administration methods of carboprost tromethamine for the treatment of scar uterus with cesarean resection
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(5):767-770
Objective To compare the clinical effect of different administration methods of carboprost tromethamine for the treatment of scar uterus with cesarean resection. Methods 120 cases of puerpera with uterine scar uterus and postpartum hemorrhage tendency were selected, and the history of cesarean section was once and more than once.According to the digital table, they were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases),the observation group was divided into single carboprost tromethamine administration group(30 cases) and sub carboprost tromethamine administration group (30 cases). The clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the incidence rates of postpartum hemorrhage(13.33%,10.00%)were significantly lower than 28.33% in the control group(χ2 =10.844,6.822,all P <0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of the single carboprost tromethamine administration group and sub carboprost tromethamine administration group(13.33% vs.10.00%)showed no statistically significant difference(χ2 =0.538,P >0.05).24h postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group[(263.11 ±137.04)mL,(359.98 ±212.35)mL]were significantly lower than those of the control group[(461.52 ±127.67)mL](t =5.795,2.247,all P <0.05).24h postpartum hemorrhage of the sub carboprost tromethamine administration group[(263.11 ±137.04)mL]was significantly less than that of the single carboprost tromethamine administration group[(359.98 ±212.35)mL,t =2.097,P <0.05].There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions among the three groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Carbo-prost tromethamine can significantly reduce the bleeding rate of uterine scar again after cesarean section, sub carbo-prost tromethamine administration can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding in postoperative 24h,it is worth popularizing in clinical.
9.Robot-assisted therapy for lower limb rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(1):52-54
Cerebral palsy,a group of motor disorders, does serious harm to children's physical and mental health, and the majority of patients need rehabilitation through life-time.However,the traditional methods of rehabilitation medicine are mainly dependent on the rehabilitation manipulation, which brings heavy and long term burden to family and society. With the rapid development of biomechanics and rehabilitation engineering technology,a new type of the rehabilitation robot, through the integration of rehabilitation medicine, biomechanics, mechanics, electronics, computer science and robotics, and many other disciplines, combines the active and passive exercise and fits the normal movement patterns to achieve the purpose of rehabilitation. The paper,by focusing on taking the rehabilitation robot as an example, summarizes the progresses of the application of rehabilitation robot in children with cerebral palsy,to provide new ideas for the development of children's rehabilitation technology.
