Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
Objective:To explore the effects of statins in recurrence cerebral infarction.Methods:579 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into aspirin group(286 cases)and the atorvastatin group(293 cases),and the patients in both groups were given aspirin as routine treatment, however, the patients in atorvastatin group were Also administered atorvastatin 20 mg every night. The duration of follow-up was 6 to 36months.Results:57 patients suffered new cerebral infarction during follow-up period in aspirin group(19.9%); On the other hand,28 patients suffered new cerebral Infarction during follow-up period in the atorvastatin group(9.6%).There was asignificant differentce between the two groups(P
2.Effects of alpha-lipoic acid on serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and high sensitive-C reactive protein in patients with early diabetic nephropathy
Clinical Medicine of China 2012;28(1):32-34
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of alpha-lipoic acid on serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and high sensitive-C reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels in patients with early diabetic nephropathy (DN).MethodsA total of 61 patients with early DN were randomized into treatment group (n =31 ) and control group ( n =30 ).The two groups were both treated with dietary control and oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin.Meanwhile, the treatment group was additionally given alpha-lipoic acid 300 mg/d by intravenous infusion for 20 days. The levels of sICAM-1 and hs-CRP in each group were detected. Results The levels of sICAM-1 and hs-CRP were decreased significantly in alpha-lipoic acid treatment group after 20 days of therapy ( [ 198.03 ±23.67] μg/L vs [271.17 ±34.66] μg/L,[5.16 ±0.43] mg/Lvs [7.95 ±0.88]mg/L,P <0.01 ).Conclusion alpha-lipoic acid may decrease the expression of slCAM-1 and hs-CRP,and that may be one of the mechanisms to postpone the progress of early DN.
3.Influence of erythropoietin therapy with oral iron supplementation on red blood cell distribution width in chronic heart failure patients with anemia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(18):2777-2780
Objective To analyze the effect of erythropoietin therapy with oral iron supplementation on red blood cell distribution width (RDW)in chronic heart failure patients with anemia. Methods 148 patients of chronic heart failure with anemia from September 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were included and randomly divided into two groups with the random number table, with 74 cases in each group. The control group were treated with convention-al anti heart failure therapy, the treatment group were treated with erythropoietin and oral iron supplementation on the basis of routine treatment for four weeks.RDW was tested by automatic five classification blood analyzer. The correla-tion between RDW and other detection indexes was analyzed. Results The levels of RDW in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group[(13.08 ±0.792)vs (14.32 ±0.864),t =-8.974,P <0.01].Before treatment, bivariate analysis in the treatment group showed that RDW had positive correlation with NT-proBNP and high -sensitivity C -relative protein (hs -CRP)(r =0.783,P <0.01;r =0.870,P <0.01),but negative correlation with serum creatinine (Cr)and hemoglobin (r =-0.338,P <0.01;r =-0.743,P <0.01).Af-ter treatment, bivariate correlations analysis in the treatment group showed that the difference of RDW was positive correlation with the difference of NT -proBNP,high -sensitivity C -relative protein (hs -CRP)(r =0.783,P <0.01;r =0.680,P <0.01),but negative correlation with the difference of hemoglobin(r =-0.459,P <0.01),and no correlation with the others (Cr,UA,LDL,TC,TG and LVEF).Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti heart failure treatment, erythropoietin therapy with oral iron supplementation against anemia could improve heart func-tion of CHF and decrease the levels of RDW.RDW may be served as one of observing indexes of the worsening and effect judgment in chronic heart failure patients with anemia.
4.Hyperhomocysteinemia, Genetic Polymorphism of Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase and Cerebrovascular Diseases
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(07):-
Hyperhomocysteinemia is one of the independent risk factors of cerebrovascular diseases. Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T gene mutation often results in the increase of plasma homocysteine levels, but the relationship between the genetic polymorphism of MTHFR and cerebrovascular diseases is not significant.
5.Influence of Ethics Education on Ethical Beliefs of Dual Relationship of Trainees Attending Training of Psychological Consultation
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Objective: To explore the Influence of ethics education on ethical beliefs of dual relationship of trainees who attend training of psychological consultation. Methods: Use of questionnaire, written and directed by "psychological counseling and treatment of ethical issues questionnaire(trainee attending psychological consultation training)" as a tool to evaluate, within the framework of Guangdong 368 trainees to investigate. Results: Compared with two groups of trainees,in refer to the ethical beliefs of dual relationship, the latter group who has a higher option of "not sure" shows varying degrees of decline in most of the items in the questionnaire. Two teams of trainees reach an identity of 80% or more(10 items in total) in the ethical judgment of dual relationship(choose "not").Two groups show significant differences in judging 5 items of the entries(p

8.Technology and Application of Dual-source CT Urography
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the technology and application of dual-source CT urography. Methods 56 cases with clinical symptoms and dual-source CT urography were analyzed retrospectively through conventional plain scan, arterial phase scan, venous phase scan, which gained data were reconstructed 3D images of MPR, MIP, CPR and VR, and the im- ages were analyzed. Results The 3D images of kidneys, ureters and bladder were reconstructed successfully, which showed clearly the detail of the entire urinary tract and the local fine structure, morphology, taking shape and the relationship with the surrounding tissue through rotating and zooming. Conclusion Through the dual-source CT to scan the entire urinary tract is suitable for a variety of data acquisition of three-dimensional reconstruction, which can greatly enhance the focal positive rate and diagnosis rate.
9.Application of Chaihu Guizhj Decoction in the Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(5):372,400-
Although it has been widely used clinically,Chaihu Guizhi decoction was seldom reported being used to treat infantile diseases. In the recent years.more and more children have been caught by Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections(RRTI),Chaihu Guizhi decoction should be paid attention for its good effects in treating RRTI.This article summarized related reports on this subject.hoping to provide evidence for reasonable application of Chaihu Guizhi decoction in treating pediatrics diseases.
10.Comparison of Value Between MRU and CR in Excretory Urography
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Objective To discuss the value of MRI in clinical diagnosis. Methods Images between CR excretory urography and MRU were compared, which came from the results of 36 cases who were examined by both CR and MRU.Results The spiral MRU images were better than those of the CR excretory urography, and at the same time, the relationship between the parenchyma of the renal, renal pelvis, ureter, bladder and the urinary organs and adjacent tissues were displayed clearly. Conclusion The scanning time of MRI is shorter. The machine can not only reconstruct powerfully but also work out better images, and the result is better than MRI which can't detect pathological changes in detail in its images. Therefore MRI can be replaced by MRU if the higher cost can be afforded.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):80-81]
