OObjective] To explore the version and academic achievements of“Yan Hou Lun”. [Method] Finding of the bibliography of books about the version, one by one to check. And analyse the content of the book, summarize the academic achievement.[Result] There are three versions. This book has written tonsillitis, and other common diseases of throat. Diagnosis of disease, according to the lesion site and colour and lustre. It promotes the use of external power.[Conclusion]It can be divided into two versions of the system. It is a throat book appearing earlier, has a certain clinical practicability.
2.Determination of Trace Iron(Ⅲ) in Human Hair by Emulsifying Agent OP-XO Spectrophotometry

Objective To make a method to determine trace iron (FeⅢ)in human hair. Methods Based on the coloured reaction between XO and Fe(Ⅲ)in the medium of HAc-NaAc(pH=3.2)with the presence of OP, FeⅢ was determined by spetrophotometry. Results It was found that when pH=3.2 and in the presence of OP, iron(Ⅲ) reacted with XO to form a stationary complex. The maximum absorption wave of Fe(Ⅲ)-XO was 570 nm, as OP was added, it moved to 590 nm, and the sensitivity was increased obviously when the molar absorptivity of the complex reached 3.67?105 L/(mol?cm) from 3.04?104 L/(mol?cm), the linear range for the content of Fe(Ⅲ)was 0.0~0.8 ?g/ml(0.0~20.0 ?g/25 ml), the regression equation of calibration graph was A=0.00236+0.542c(?g/25 ml)with a correlation coefficient of 0.997 6, detection limit was 6.09?10-6 g/L, RSD=0.97% and rate of recovery was 96%-99%. Conclusion The method can be used for the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ)in human hair samples.
3.Relationship of obesity to microalbuminuria in Chongqing natives

Objective:To investigate the relationship between microalbuminuria(MAU)and obesity in Chongqing natives.Methods: Four hundred and seventy eight subjects over 30 years old were selected at random from health examination population.They were divided into 3 groups according to the Body Mass Index(BMI)diagnostic standard of〈The Guide of control and prevention of overweight and obesity in Chinese aduhs〉,control group(Con group),over weight group(Ow group)and obesity group(Oh group).MAU were tested in all groups and invested with every item in Ob group.Results:The prevalences of over weight and obesity in the present study were 40.0% and 7.3% respectively.The MAU in Ob group was more than that in Con group (P
4.Analysis of the clinical curative effect of central venous catheter drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of central venous catheter drainage in treating pleural effusion.Methods 100 cases with pleural effusion were treated by the central venous catheter drainage.The curative effect,complications and adverse reactions were observed.Results Ater treatment for 12 ~ 28d,catheter drainage of 100 patients were all successful at the first time.The clinical effect:completely relieve 40 cases(40.0%),clinical partial remission 47 cases(47.0%),inefficient 13 cases (13.0%),and the total effective rate was 87.0%.There were some complications:pneumothorax 1 case,hemorrhage 2 cases,infection 1 case,pleural reaction 3 cases,pain 3 cases,subcutaneous emphysema 2 cases and take off the tube 1 case,the incidence rate of complications was 13.0%.Conclusion Central venous catheter drainage in t.reating pleural effusion has significant curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
5.Network values: theoretical construct and preliminary development of questionnaire

ObjectiveTo explore the theoretical construct of network values and design the network values questionnaire.MethodsThis research was to design the network values questionnaire based on an open-ended inventory survey,overviews of former studies and counseling of experts.Through stratified sampling,832 college students were investigated by the network questionnaire.The data were examined by item analysis,factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis.ResultsThe network values was a multi-dimensional construct which had three factors.The three factors cumulative total explained variance was 50.719%,52.545% and 50.510%.The questionnaire's internal consistency reliability was 0.931 and 0.809-0.874 for the three subscales.The questionnaire's split-half reliability was 0.902 and 0.772-0.864 for the three subscales.ConclusionThe theoretical construct of network values is rational.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.
6.Study on Bioequivalence of Domestic Oxcarbazepine Dispersible Tablets

OBJECTIVE: To study the bioequivalence of domestic oxcarbazepine dispersible tablets. METHODS: 20 healthy male volunteers were randomly given oxcarbazepine dispersible tablets (test tablet) and oxcarbazepine tablets (reference tablet) via p.o. The plasma concentration of active metabolite (MHD) of oxcarbazepine were determined by HPLC. 3p97 software was used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters and the bioequivalence of oxcarbazepine were evaluated. RESULTS: After treatment main pharmacokinetic parameters of test tablet vs. reference tablet were as follows: Cmax(4.231?0.841) ?g?mL-1 vs. (4.350?0.861) ?g?mL-1; tmax(4.13?0.43) h vs. (4.28?0.44) h; t1/2(14.17?2.66) h vs. (14.44?2.09) h; AUC0~60 (113.00?22.25) mg?h?L-1 vs. (118.11?14.20) mg?h?L-1; AUC0~∞(126.35?20.94) mg?h?L-1 vs. (130.54?16.17) mg?h?L-1. The relative bioavailability of test tablet to reference tablet was (95.67?12.80)%. CONCLUSION: Two kinds of tablets were bioequivalent.
7.Effect of Outer Membrane Protein on Drug Resistance of 59 Strains of Escherichia Coli

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of outer membrane protein on drug resistance of 59 strains of cefoxitin-resistant Escherichia coli.METHODS:PCR method was performed on test strains to identify OmpF gene.The outer membrane protein(OMP) profiles were studied by sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).Sensitivity of 20 kinds of antibiotics to test strains was tested by Microdilution.RESULTS:Among 59 strains of Escherichia coli,OmpF gene were positive in 29 strains(49%),of which 20 strains were among 25 strains which produced AmpC enzyme.30 OmpF gene-negative strains had not occurred OmpF protein bands,of which 13 strains missed OmpC protein bands simultaneously.Among 29 strains of OmpF gene-positive bacteria,4 stains missed OmpF protein bands.59 strains were all resistant to many types of antibiotics.CONCLUSION:Deletion of OmpF gene and protein is the main reason for non-AmpC enzyme production strains resistant to cefoxitin.Porin loss bring about primarily cefoxitin-resistant property but little impact on other antibiotics.

The author reviewed the indication of acceptance of HLA mismatch kinds and the prediction of the results by selecting the measures such as pretreatment,mobilization,stem cells disposal,immunity reconstruction,graft failure management in order to improve the engraft rate.
9.Cerebral collateral circulation and ischemic stroke

The establishment of cerebral collateral circulation is a secondary compensatory mechanism after cerebral ischemia.The expression of endogenous angiogenic growth factors is up regulated,angiogenesis and arteriogenesis are initiated,and the establishment of collateral circulation is accelerated after cerebral ischemia.Some drugs may promote the establishment of collateral circulation after ischemic stroke and improve the prognosis of patients.
10.Pay attention to the automated body fluid cytology analysis and quality control

Automated body fluid cytology analysis has been accepted by clinical laboratories gradually.The improvement of efficacy and analytical precision can overcome some defects of traditional manual method,such as time-consuming and poor repeatability.To make use of the advantages of automated fluid cell analysis technology,the automated method and microscopic method must be combined by setting review rules.Meanwhile,more attentions must be paied to sample collection and specimen preservation at pre-analytical stage,verification of instrument performance at analytical stage and necessary clinical communication at post-analytical stage.Only if a complete system of quality management,standardization of procedures,result validation and interpretation is implemented in the routine work,the clinical significance of body fluid cytological analysis can be recognized in clinical practice.
