Objective On the issues of students' lack of representative collection of literature in problem-based learning (PBL) courses of TCM integrated experiments, to try to explore the litera-ture studying and reading route. Method Totally 41 full-time seven-year medical postgraduate of Shanghai University of TCM were randomly divided into two PBL classes, that are class A (n=20) an class B (n=21). Three PBL units were carried out in class A and class B by parallel; the oriented literatures were provided by tutors alternately, and after PBL courses, the appraisal were performed by students and tutors independently, using SPSS 19.0 for data analysis, t test to compare between groups. Results First, the students' assessment indicated that the 75% (15/20) students of Class A and 80.9%(17/21) students of Class B of class gave a good evaluation of the teaching method. Two classes had more than 80% of the students who thought the literature teachers provided was representative and instructive and over 60.0% students of both classes thought that the teaching measures could improve the classroom efficiency and after-school learning efficiency. The tutors' assessment revealed that there were no significantly differences between the quantity of these references in PPT (P>0.05) made by students in A class and B class in PBL unit 2 and unit 3; but an increasing trend did exist after the leading literatures were provided and the discussions among students were focusing and rele-vant and the teaching goal was achieved . Conclusion The route of providing a small amount of oriented literatures by tutor is positive in PBL courses of TCM integrated experiments, while the design of teaching experiment, the specific way of providing oriented literatures, the quantity and quality of literatures, and even the internal connection between them, all needs further optimization.
3.Development of the Korean version of ICF e-Learning tool
Journal of Korean Physical Therapy 2019;31(2):88-93
PURPOSE: The aim of the study was to develop a Korean version of an ICF e-Learning tool (KICF e-Learning tool). METHODS: The process of translation and adaptation of the ICF e-Learning tool was followed: two translators developed the Korean versions independently, and a consensus version of the translation was then produced. An expert committee, which was composed of five experts from physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and social welfare, reviewed the consensus Korean version to make a beta version of the tool. A field test was conducted to determine if the Korean version of the tool was easy to understand and suitable to use in ICF learning. Feedback from the field test were used for the final adaptation of the KICF e-Learning tool. RESULTS: One-hundred and twenty-six volunteers (40 males and 76 females) were invited to examine the KICF e-Learning tool. The participants reported various levels of ICF knowledge from none to very good. Forty-eight participants reported no knowledge of ICF. The majority of participants (n=84) reported that Korean terms or expression in the tool were easy to understand and one-hundred fourteen participants would recommend the tool to another person. The Korean cases would be helpful for a Korean audience to study the ICF using the tool. CONCLUSION: The KICF e-Learning tool was developed and is ready for use by the public for the consistency of ICF education. On the other hand, development of an advanced module will be needed.

4.Functioning Characteristics of Patients with Neck Pain: ICF Concept Based
Journal of Korean Physical Therapy 2019;31(4):242-247
PURPOSE: This study examine the functioning level and quality of life (QoL) of people with non-specific neck pain and neck pain with radiculopathy using the neck disability index (NDI), functional rating index (FRI), and short form of health survey 36 (SF-36) and each of linked lCF code lists of those scales. METHODS: Each item of the NDI, FRI, and SF-36 were linked conceptually to the ICF code, and the lCF code lists of those scales were produced as iNDI, iFRI, and iSF-36, respectively. Seventy-nine patients with neck pain filled the instruments and its linked ICF code lists. The subjects were divided into two groups based on the diagnosis, non-specific neck pain (Group1), and neck pain with radiculopathy (Group2). A group comparison was performed using an independent t-test. The Pearson correlation coefficient was also used to analyze the relationships between each scale and the linked ICF code list. RESULTS: The participants in Group 2 experienced more difficulties in their daily activities than those in Group 2 when examined in NDI and FRI (p<0.05). This result was also found consistently in the ICF code lists, iNDI and iFRI (p=0.05). On the other hand, the QoL did not show a difference between groups (p=0.06). A strong correlation was observed between the instruments and linked ICF code lists: NDI and iNDI (r=0.90), FRI and iFRI (r=0.91), and SF-36 and iSF-36 (r=−0.61). CONCLUSION: These findings suggest that the concept of each item in NDI and FRI could be linked to the ICF codes when examining patients with neck pain, but the items of SF-36 were found to be linked and expressed in ICF.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2019;35(12):1007-1009
Objective:
To analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization cost by back propagation(BP)neural network.
Methods:
Inpatients with a total of 50 611 were collected from the hospital information system in a tertiary hospital. BP Neural network modeling was developed by SPSS 22.0 software to study the factors which influence the hospitalization cost.
Results:
The hospitalization expenses prediction accuracies of training sample and test sample were 81.1% and 79.0% respectively. The top three factors were pharmaceutical cost(100.0%), general medical operation cost(88.8%)and disposable medical materials cost(60.7%).
Conclusions
The results show that BP model is suitable for dependent variable with the hospitalization expenses. The pharmaceutical cost, disposable medical materials cost and general medical operation cost were greater influencing factors than others. We should take actions by improving the treatment level and measures, so as to reduce the economic burden of patients and society

Background:
Recombination activating gene2 (Rag2) knockout (KO) mice are used widely in various research fields, including vaccine development, transplantation studies, and hematopoiesis research, but few studies have compared their phenotypes. This study examined whether there were differences in the immunophenotypes between Rag2 KO mice derived from different sources. In particular, the changes in the organ weight, histological structure, and subpopulation of T and B cells were compared in the spleen and thymus of C57BL/6-Rag2em1hwl/Korl (Rag2/Korl KO) and B6.Cg-Rag2tm1.1Cgn/J (Rag2/J KO) mice.
Results:
The weight of the spleen and thymus similarly decreased in the Rag2/Korl and Rag2/J KO mice compared to their wild type (WT) mice, even though the other organs were kept at the same weight. A slight difference between the Rag2/Korl and Rag2/J KO group were detected in the number of white blood cells (WBC), lymphocytes (LYM), red cell distribution width (RDW), and platelets (PLT). In addition, the white pulp of the spleen and the cortex region of the thymus decreased in both Rag2 KO mice compared to WT mice. On the other hand, significant differences in the number of CD8+ T and B cell subpopulations between WT and Rag2 KO mice were observed between Rag2/Korl and Rag2/J KO group, while the CD4+ T subpopulation was maintained similarly in both groups.
Conclusions
These results suggest that Rag2/Korl and Rag2/J KO mice exhibit similar immunophenotypes in the spleen and thymus except for the differences in the number of CD8+ T and B cell subpopulations.
