1.Research progress of the association of STIL with malignancies and its potential mechanism
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(9):646-648,封4
The hyperamplification in centrosomes give rise to a series of biochemical events including formation of multipolar spindle, abnormal segregation of chromosome and aneuploid, promoting the performance of chromosome instability, which is the main pathogenesis of multiple human malignancies.STIL participates in the formation of centrioles, activates CDK1/CyclinB1 complex and promotes mitotic entry. Moreover, it regulated expression of related downstream genes through Sonic Hedgehog signal pathway. Thus, STIL correlates with gastric and pancreatic carcinogenesis and progression. We aim to review the structure and function of STIL, association with malignancies and its potential mechanism.

Objective To investigate the expression pattern of STIL in gastric cancer and effect of silencing STIL on biological behaviors of SGC-7901 cell line. Methods The expression of STIL at mRNA and protein level were detected by qPCR and Western Blot, respectively.SiRNA against STIL was constructed and transfected into SGC-7901 cell line. The effect of Si-STIL on cell proliferation, cloning ability, cycle distribution and apoptosis was detected by MTT,colony-forming assay and flow cytometry, respectively. Results STIL was aberrantly expressed in gastric cancer compared with that in paratumor tissues.Downregulation of STIL level, inhibition of proliferation and cloning ability, increasing apoptosis and blocked cell cycle at S phase were observed after SGC-7901 cell line was treated with Si-STIL.Conclusion STIL was overexpressed in gastric cancer.STIL gene silencing effectively inhibited cell growth, transition of metaphase and promoted apoptosis of SGC-7901 cell line.
6.The design and implementation of real-time MPEG-2 video transmission in telemedicine system.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2002;26(6):427-429
It is particularly important for telediagnosis to transmit diagnostic video in real time. Firstly, we introduce image compression, multithread and multicast technology, then a solution is provided for the real-time video transmission system based on TCP/IP LAN.

Tutor system has been widely applied in the cultivation of talents, such as undergraduates, graduate students and young scientist.Scientific research tutor system promotes the interaction between tutors and students, and improves the level of personnel training. In view of the problems of cultivation of the young scientists in hospital, we established a model of cultivation of young scientists by setting mentors. After a preliminary practice, more significant results have been achieved.

Since HantavaxTM, formalin inactivated Hantaan virus vaccine (10,240 ELISA units/ml), has been developed in 1990 to prevent against haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) caused by Hantaan or Seoul virus, it has been commercially available in Korea. Twenty-one healthy people were booster shot once and twice after primary basic vaccination with HantavaxTM. Seroconversion rates were measured by immunofluorescent antibody technique (IFAT), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), high density composite particle agglutination (HDPA), and plaque reduction neutralization test (PRNT). Seroconversion rates of 21 vaccinees at one year after primary basic vaccination were 52.3%, 95.2%, 0.0%, 47.6%, and 28.6%, and 13 vaccinees of one month after 1st booster vaccination were 100%, 100%, 30.7%, 100% and 100% by IFAT, ELISA (IgG, IgM), HDPA and PRNT, respectively. Seroconversion rates declined slightly by twenty months, and they were 84.6%, 92.3%, 0.0%, 84.6% and 69.2% by IFAT, ELISA (IgG, IgM), HDPA and PRNT, respectively. Seroconversion rates of 9 vaccinees at three months after 2nd booster vaccination were 100%, 100%, 0.0%, 100%, and 88.9%, and 16 vaccinees at one year after the 2nd booster vaccination were 87.5%, 93.8%, 0.0%, 87.5% and 81.3% by IFAT, ELISA (IgG, IgM), HDPA and PRNT, respectively. Based on the above result HantavaxTM has proved a vigorous anamnestic response after the 1st and the 2nd booster vaccination and has persisted higher fluorescence, agglutination and neutralizing antibody titers in vaccinees.

0.05)and 1.464(95% CI 1.061- 2.020,P=0.02),respectively in hemorrhagic stroke patients after adjustment for age, gender, ethnieity, cigarette smoking and alcohol drinking. However, the ORs of mortality and morbidity were not significant in various pulse pressure groups in ischemic stroke patients. Conclusion The elevated pulse pressure was associated with increased risk of in-hospital morbidity only in hemorrhagic stroke patients.

Objective To summarize brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features and differential diagnosis of sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. Methods The clinic data of 8 probable Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease cases in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively from January 2009 to June 2014. We mainly analysed the characteristics of brain MR and the causes of misdiagnosis. We had followed up the family members of these patients on the progress and progno?sis of disease. We also analyzed the differential diagnosis of sCJD. Results All the patients presented with rapid progres?sive dementia and mental abnormal behavior as the main clinical manifestations. All the patients had abnormal routine EEG and five of them had a periodical sharp wave complexes. The brain MRI of the 8 patients showed high signal intensi?ties in cerebral cortex (and/or basal ganglia) on diffusion weighted images (DWI) and 5 of them had caudate nucleus and (or) putamen involvement. The lesions were first appeared in DWI imaging as“ribbon-like”high signal, followed by Flair as high signal intensities. lesions were low signal intensities on T1WI and high signal intensities on T2WI. Five pa?tients were misdiagnosed. 2 cases were misdiagnosed as having cerebral infarction,1 case was misdiagnosed as having vi?ral encephalitis, 1 case was misdiagnosed as having Alzheimer's disease, 1 case was misdiagnosed as having vertigo and 1 case was misdiagnosed as having corticobasal degeneration. Conclusions The brain MRI of the sCJD patients showed a certain characteristic. DWI is the most sensitive tool in the detection of lesions which is useful in the early diagnosis of this disease. We should distinguish sCJD form ischemic cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, and other progressive de?mentia identification.
