Objective We sought to investigate the attitude to the evaluation of nursing undergraduate innovative talents quality by post audience and undergraduate nursing students and to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents and quality standard construction. Methods Using convenient sampling method,we selected the medical staff, patients and junior undergraduate nursing students as the research object.A questionnaire survey on the nursing undergraduate innovative talents quality evaluation was carried out. Results The attitude to nursing undergraduate innovative talents quality evaluation from high to low was physicians, nurses, hospital patients and junior undergraduate nursing students.Different populations had different expectations for nursing undergraduate innovative talents. Conclusions To cultivate the nursing undergraduate innovative talents,we should not only focus on the ability of nursing scientific research and innovation, but also should be based on the moral and occupation quality.Only giving full consideration to demands and expectations of the nursing undergraduate innovative talents by all post audience, can we evaluate the talent quality more professionally, scientifically and systematically.

Objective To Investigate the effectiveness of transobturator inside-out tension-free urethral suspension for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods Eighteen cases were operated on with urethral suspension by using transobturator artificial meshes from August 2005 to February 2006. Dissection was performed alongside the urethra bilaterally by way of the anterior vaginal wall. A transobturator mesh was passed through the vulva and was positioned without tension underneath the urethra. Results The operative time ranged 10~25 min (mean, 15?3 min), and the estimate blood loss was 10~20 ml (mean, 15?2 ml). An indwelling catheter had been used for 3 d because of urinary retention in 1 case. All of the patients were successfully cured and normal voiding without complications was achieved postoperatively during 6 months of follow-up. Conclusions Transobturator inside-out tension-free urethral suspension is simple and minimally invasive, with low complication rate and little risk of bladder injury. It is a safe and effective technique for the surgical treatment of female urinary stress incontinence.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects as well as adverse durgs reactions of chemotherapy involving oxaliplatin in treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).METHODS:28patients with advanced NPC underwent chemotherapy with5-Fu,tetrahydrofolic acid calcium, and oxaliplatin for21days as one cycle, the therapeutic effects were evaluated after two cycles.Meanwhile the retrospective comparative study was made between the chemotherapy and the regular chemotherapy with5-Fu,tetrahydrofolic acid calcium, and platinum.RESULTS:Similar effects were observed in both regimens. How?ever, there were great differences in incidence ofⅢandⅣgrade nausea and vomiting,as well as renal function indices(P

Objective To study the effect of Chinese traditional medicines on human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts in vitro, and determine their effective dosage. Methods Traditional Chinese medicines were cultured with human hypertrophic scar fibrob lasts(Fb)and normal dermal Fb,MTT colorimetr ic assay and cell growth curve were used to compare the influence of ethanol extracts fromChinese tradi tional medicines on the Fb growth activity and growth cycle.Results(1)Chinese gall markedly inhibited the proliferation of Fb derived from hyp ertrophic scar and normal skin, and was more effective on the former in a dose-dependent m anner(0~400?g /mL)during 72h of treatment.(2)The half inhibition concentration o f Chinese gall ethanol extract was 100?g /mL.The morphology of Fb did not change when its concentration was below 400?g /mL,as compared to colchicine(

Objective To understand the cognition of nursing undergraduate innovative talents of college nursing graduates, provide the basis for training and evaluation of nursing undergraduate innovative talents and establishing evaluation system. Methods Using the method of qualitative research,in-depth interviews were carried out in 13 nurses who had received full-time undergraduate nursing education from a comprehensive hospital. The acquired data were collected and analyzed, and the topics were put forward. Results The demands of clinical post for undergraduate nursing talents were many-sided.The explicit achievements such as specific topic submission, articles printed, patented invention, etc.were the most intuitionistic evaluation for innovative talents. Most of the nursing students during the learning period could not understand the importance of innovation ability in nursing work, and were lack of motivation to obtain related knowledge. Many undergraduate nurses chose self-development after work simply for professional title promotion, lacking the simplicity for innovation or for solving practical problems. Conclusions For cultivation of innovative talents, school should take students as the starting point, and the different competency as orientation, perfect cultivation mode of innovative talents. The hospital should provide learning, studying abroad opportunities for nurses, construct the innovation team of department. In addition to explicit results, internal innovation consciousness and innovation spirit should also be concerned in evaluation.

Objective: To investigate the rule of the alignment of the major and minor segments of the maxillary alvedar bone in infants with comp lete unilateral cleft palate (CUCP).Methods: 30 models of CUCP were used in the study,Markers on the model were designed. The lenth, width, midline and the malposition of minor and major segments on both sides of the cle ft were measured and analyzed. The models of 9 normal infants were employed as th e controls. Results: In CUCP group, the width of alvelar arc h was found significantly larger ( P
7.Payment Reform of Medical Insurance Payment: Commentary of International and Domestic Research Progress and China's Practice
Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(4):36-39
The reform for medical insurance payment was the important method for standardizing medical service provider behavior, controlling costs and improving efficiency, which was also the important measurement for further improve and implement the reform of drug and health system.Since the new medical reform in 2009,the central and local government had paid more attention on the role of medical insurance payment reform.Local medical departments of different places implemented reform pilots.Through summarizing the foreign and domestic researches around capitation, bundle payment and global payment, the experiences and effectiveness of these pilots were evaluated so as to provide corresponding policy implications.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of entecavir (ETV) or adefovir dipivoxil (ADV) monotherapy in treatment of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with mildly elevated ALT.Methods One hundred and seven HBeAg-negative CHB patients with ALT elevated by 1-2-fold of upper limit of normal (ULN) were enrolled in this prospective study.Sixty patients were assigned to receive ETV monotherapy and 47 patients to receive ADV monotherapy for at least 96 weeks. The ALT and HBV DNA levels were measured every 3 months. The liver biopsy was performed in 35 patients prior to therapy.Drug resistance and adverse reactions were documented. Results Four cases in ETV group and 2 cases in ADV group were lost in follow-up.Among 35 patients with liver biopsy,30 (86%) cases had significant fibrosis (stage 2-4) or inflammation (grade 2-4).At weeks 96,serum ALT was normalized in 67% (30/45) cases of ADV group, and 95% (53/56) cases of ETV group (x2 =13.33,P < 0.01) ; the proportion of patients with undetectable HBV DNA in ADV and ETV groups was 78% (35/45) and 100% (56/56) respectively (x2 =13.81,P < 0.01).No drug resistance occurred in ETV group, while 2 patients in ADV group were found with virological breakthrough and were confirmed to be of variants associated with ADV resistance. No adverse reactions were observed in either group during the trial. Conclusion Present study suggests that most HBeAg-negative CHB patients with mildly elevated ALT have significant fibrosis or inflammation and entecavir monotherapy was more effective than adefovir dipivoxil monotherapy in treatment of the patients.
