1.Femtosecond laser promotes the proliferation and differentiation of human gingival fibroblasts on pure titanium surface
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(34):5428-5432
BACKGROUND:Currently, the implant surface is optimized to promote the osseointegration of artificial dental implants, which has become a research focus in recent years. But the femtosecond laser is less reported to modify the titanium surface so as to promote fibroblast proliferation and differentiation. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of femtosecond laser on the proliferation and differentiation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts on titanium surface. METHODS: Human periodontal ligament fibroblasts were respectively inoculated on different titanium surfaces of the three groups (femtosecond laser group, TiO2 particle blasted group and pure titanium group). Then differentiation and proliferation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts were observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:There was a significant difference in the surface roughness among these three groups, and compared with the pure titanium group, the attached cels were more in the femtosecond laser group and TiO2 particle blasted group. mRNA expressions of RUNX2 and OSX were highest in the femtosecond laser group folowed by TiO2 particle blasted group and pure titanium group in order. These findings indicate that pure titanium treated with femtosecond laser has fine biological property and may be more feasible for human periodontal ligament fibroblasts to attach, grow and proliferate.

Korean Journal of Pediatric Infectious Diseases 2014;21(3):167-173
PURPOSE: This study aimed to examine the changes in the outbreak of acute gastroenteritis, rotavirus gastroenteritis after the introduction of the rotavirus vaccine in Korea. METHODS: The current study investigated the number of inpatients in the pediatric ward of Inje University Sanggye Paik Hospital during the periods of 2005-2006 and 2011-2012. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 2,840 patients <5 years of age who were hospitalized at Inje University Sanggye Paik Hospital in these time periods. RESULTS: When we compared 2 separate sets of data from before (2005-2006) and after (2011-2012) vaccine introduction, there were statistically significant decreases in the number of patients who were hospitalized for acute gastroenteritis across all of the groups of patients <5 years of age except those <2 months of age. The number of patients with rotavirus gastroenteritis in all age groups declined except for children <2 months of age and those 2-5 months of age. CONCLUSION: These results show that after the introduction of a rotavirus vaccine in Korea, the incidence of rotavirus gastroenteritis decreased in 6-59-month-old patients hospitalized for acute gastroenteritis.

8.Analysis of the Effects of Different Disinfectants on Results of Antibiotics Skin Test
China Pharmacy 2015;(23):3285-3286,3287
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the effects of different disinfectants on results of antibiotics skin test, and to improve the accuracy of the judgment results of antibiotics skin test. METHODS:1 500 patients undergoing antibiotics skin test of penicillin and cephalosporin were randomly divided into group A and group B with 750 patients in each group. Group A was given 75% etha-nol disinfection, and group B was given iodine disinfection. The incidence of false positive results were compared after disinfected with 2 kinds of disinfectants. RESULTS:The incidence of false positive result in group B was lower than in group A,with statisti-cally significant difference (χ2=10.004,P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:For skin disinfection of antibiotics skin test, iodine is better and safer than 75%ethanol.
9.Construct a Harmonious Physician-Patient Relationship to Achieve the Win-Win Pattern between Doctors and Patients

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
The currently unfavorable physician - patient relationship has lead to a total loss of interests from multiple sides of hospitals, patients, medical staff, medical education and the society, which specifies in the wellbeing loss of patients and the whole population. The social stability has also been affected. The health care reform should aim to minimize the conflicts between doctors and patients, thus the above mentioned losses will be diminished and a harmonious physician - patient relationship will be built up and the win - win pattern of benefits between doctors and patients will also be realized.Multiple efforts from the government, society, hospitals, medical staff, and patients are all needed to achieve such a goal.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Polymerase chain reaction was employed to amplify the HBV X gene from plasmid pCP10, and the product was cloned into pVR1012, then transfected HepG2 cells and cotransfected HepG2 cells with reporter plasmid pSV lacZ HBx protein produced by HepG2 cells was measured by ELISA method The activity of ? galactosidase was measured by a kit, which reflected the transactivating function of HBx protein The results showed that HepG2 cells transfected by pVR1012 X could express HBx protein The expression of ? galactosidase in HepG2 cells transfected by the pVR1012 X was 3 2 fold higher as that of control plasmid It is suggested that the recombinant plasmid pVR1012 X can be expressed in mammalian cell line, and has transactivating effect on SV40 early promoter
