The paper describes legal issues that may exist in the process of hospital informatization construction closely related to medical treatment activities, including hospital network safety, records during the medical treatment and electronic signature, provides information technology strategies for these issues and ongoing legal methods, as well as gives thoughts on perfecting legal construction in hospital informatization management by referencing foreign experiences.

Based on the analysis of the problems of traditional medical literature retrieval teaching,taking North Sichuan Medical College as an example,the paper discusses the reform practice of medical literature retrieval course teaching from the aspects of enriching teaching contents,constructing literature retrieval excellent resource shared course,online practice and examination platform and controlling teaching quality strictly,etc.

The paper investigates 31 foreign representative clinical knowledge base,analyzes development status including the establishment and maintenance institutions,user version control,localization application,clinical evidence resources,clinical specific content representation,evidence quality evaluation criteria and so on,summarizes revelation for domestic clinical knowledge base construction.

Around the ontology construction,diagnosis rule construction,ontology inference mechanism and so on in the process of ontology-based construction of medical knowledge base,the paper states respectively the involved key technologies and methods in each link,lists the examples of the construction of the domain knowledge base through relevant technologies,explores the best method of constructing the medical domain knowledge base.

The paper follows the preparation rules of health information data element standards,studies the catalog of statistical data element of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the preparation contents,ideas and methods of value field code,prepares and forms Comprehensive Statistical Data Element Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Classification and Coding for Value Domain of Comprehensive Statistical Data Element of Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to provide reference standard and basis for the standardization and informatization in the statistical field of TCM.

Taking Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Southwest University as an example,the paper states the deployment of m-health network,and puts forward several wireless network optimization schemes such as wireless environment optimization,channel capacity improvement,code efficiency increase and user access restriction through clinical business traffic monitoring and data analysis.Through the result,this scheme can improve the performance of the wireless network effectively.

Taking the pulse signal as an example,the paper designs mobile medical system software on the smart phone,uses mobile phone to collect the pulse signal and realizes transfer and analysis form self-organized medical data sharing network,so as to meet the user's demands better.

The paper analyzes the current situation of integration in healthcare industry and the difficulties in the construction of healthcare big data platform,proposes the construction of healthcare big data platform by Cloud P2P network,and the platform framework including the five layers of resource layer,sense/access layer,transfer layer,service layer and application layer.

〔Abstract〕 Based on elaborating the problems existed in traditional programming course, taking Beijing University of Chinese Medi-cine as an example, the paper puts forward interest teaching method, carries out comprehensive teaching reform from preparing lessons, classes, after-school three aspects, points out the key problems in implementation.Practice shows that this mode could stimulate students′learning interest and initiative and achieve good results.
