cloned human have been put forward from gestation to practice study,but the cloning will face many problems about society ,ethic and law,such as family,prepotency or low birth,social identity,population etc.All should be solved by the means of the social control including morality policy and law,etc.

As a common issue,information asymmetry has been a hot topic in the micro-economy field.It is also prominent in clinic as well as the medical insurance.The low efficiency and unfairness caused by information asymmetry will lead to a series of ethical problems.To solve the problems,the construction of moral system and rule are needed.

With the rapid development of therapeutic colon-technology,we see the daylight of its clinic use.But, at the same time,there are many social,ethical problems.We think, cloning human embryo and extracting stem-cells should be protected ethically. The fusion of the cells of human and rabbits violates the principles of life such as dignity.harmony and independence.Cloning organs of animals and transplanting them to patients can not shun the social and ethical problems and those of the law. So, the first and most important thing is to formulate the norm of the law and that of the athics.

Based on practice of video-cases teaching,this paper put forwards four sorts of contradictions,which are the contradiction between time limitation of classroom and expressing limi-tation of video cases,the contradiction between relative independence of video cases (part)and con-sistency of teaching objective (entirety),the contradiction between apparentness of video cases (phe-nomenon)and depth of teaching content (essence)and the contradiction between variability of video case class and control of class by teachers. This paper suggested teaching principle of part conforming to entirety. Meanwhile,it indicated that classroom video case teaching should have strict design, closely coordinated class discussion and teachers should be good at guiding and summarizing. Through these efforts,the above four contradictions can be resolved and designed video case teaching obtained good effect.

Objective To study the relationship among depression associated type 2 deabetes mellitus (T2DM) and personality and quality of life.Methods A total of 246 cases of hospitalized T2DM patients were investigated by schedule tables:self-rating depression scale (SDS),Eysenck personality questionaire (EPQ) and adjusted diabetes-specific quality of life scale (A-DQOL).According to the results of SDS,patients were divided into depression group (171 cases) and non-depression group (75 cases).Correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out for the collected data.Results There were differences in satisfaction,influence,anxiety Ⅰ,anxiety Ⅱ,neuroticism and extraversion between the two groups(P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Depression extents was related to the quality of life,neuroticism,extraversion and course(r =-0.243-0.392,P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Anxiety Ⅱ,satisfaction and course enter the regression equation of depression (β =-0.205-0.322,P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Conclsion Anxiety Ⅱ,satisfaction and course are key factors inducing depression in T2DM.Neuroticism and extroversion may be the predisposing personality characteristics in T2DM patients with depression.In clinical work,it is helpful for treatment by changing personality and mood of patients.

Objective:To investigate the current situation of network ethics among the college students , to pro-vide evidence for cultivating correct network ethics .Methods:A survey was conducted in 1200 students with a self-designed questionnaire .Results:College students in the network ethics exist conflicts .They eager to trust but face a crisis of confidence , tool enhancements but responsibility fall , network security but network open , virtual but reality.Conclusion:The government should strengthen the network legislation and network credit system , should increase the development of network security technology so as to build networks ethical norms .Colleges should pay attention to culture the social responsibility , and promote the quality level of network ethics among the college students .
