Purpose To study the clinical features, pathological manifestation and immunohistochemical phenotype and improve the diagnosis and treatment of myoepithelial carcinoma in salivary glands. Methods Histomorphology and immunohistochemical phenotype were analyzed after the sections were stained with routine HE and immunohistochemical methods, and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results The tumours were predominantly composed of pale-stained clear cells. In some cases,plasma-like cells, epithelioid cells and spindle cells were also seen. The cells were arranged in nest, solid or cords.Mitosis was easily seen, cytological atypia was obvious and necrosis existed in 4 cases. The results of immunohistochemical staining showed that CK was expressed in all cases.EMA was expressed in 8 cases.p63 and CK5/6 were expressed in 11 cases.S-100 was expressed in 10 cases.vimentin was expressed in 4 cases.Calponin was expressed in 2 cases.SMA was expressed in one case. The proliferation index of Ki-67 was 5% to 40%.Conclusion The histological changes of myoepithelial carcinoma cells are diverse, and pathological and immunohistochemical methods are helpful for improving the rate of right diagnosis.Sugery is the main treatment for myoepithelial carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE To explore the advantage of exposure recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroidectomy. METHODS Exposure the recurrent laryngeal nerve was performed deliberately in 452 cases during thyroidectomy. The larynx was examined with laryngoscope before and after operation. RESULTS Of the 452 cases with 748 exposed recurrent laryngeal nerve, only 14 cases (1.88%) occurred temporary recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy, and 2 cases (0.27%) occurred permanent recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy. CONCLUSION Exposure the recurrent laryngeal nerve during thyroidectomy can protect the nerve from surgery injury.

Self-biting is a chronic disease, which cause wound to take effect on mink growth and pelt quality. In this study, we firstly adopted RAPD (random amplification polymorphism DNA) technique based on the reproducible 26 polymorphism primers screened from 100 random primers to analyze hereditary constitution of the samples from healthy minks and self-biting minks, respectively, at molecular level to aim to discuss the causes of self-biting. The results showed that 29 straps showed polymorphism among amplified 105 straps, of which the polymorphism rate is 27.62%. Between healthy and sick mink groups, the amplified DNA fragment through different primers indicated different distribution frequency. The similarity coefficient of mink groups is 0.8471 and genetic distance (variation) index is 0.1529. Through primer S356 (whose sequence is CTGCTTAGGG), we amplified different straps between healthy and sick mink. The amplified 1000 bp DNA fragment in the sick mink groups can preliminarily serve as molecular genetic label to distinguish from healthy and sick mink groups to gradually remove the mink individual of self-biting, achieve to purify mink groups and reduce economy loss of mink breeding industry. This work provide theoretical basis for further study on molecular breeding and disease prevention of mink.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2007;21(3):110-112
OBJECTIVE:
To introduce a new transcranial endoscopic approach of glossopharyngeal neurotomy to treat glossopharyngeal neuralgia.
METHOD:
The clinical data, the operative technique, the operative effect and the result of follow-up of two patients were presented. Through reviewing pertinent literature, we discussed the therapeutic advancement of glossopharyngeal neuralgia and the preponderance of transcranial endoscopic approach of glossopharyngeal neurotomy.
RESULT:
The two patients both have satisfied outcomes and remained free of disease after surgical treatment. The endoscopic surgery has many significant advantages, such as rigorous operation, little injury, precise therapeutic effect, few complication, and so on.
CONCLUSION
Transcranial endoscopic approach of glossopharyngeal neurotomy is an ideal method to treat glossopharyngeal neuralgia.

Chinese Journal of Cardiology 2017;45(4):323-328
Objective:
To investigate the effect of natural active compounds apigenin (API) on the proliferation of rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and related mechanisms.
Methods:
VSMCs of primary cultured SD rats were obtained and the cytotoxic effects of API (0, 10, 20, 40 and 80 μmol/L) was explored by CCK-8 method. Impact of LPS (0, 0.1, 1, 10 and 100 μg/ml) on VSMCs proliferation and the impact of API (0, 10, 20, 40 μmol/L) on LPS (10 μmol)-induced VSMCs proliferation by CCK-8 methods. Using EdU and FCM method, we observed the effect of API on proliferation of VSMCs induced by LPS. VSMCs proliferation and cell cycle were also assessed by EdU method and FACS in 10 μg/ml LPS, 10 μg/ml LPS+ 40 μmol/L API and equal volume DMSO treated VSMCs.
Results:
(1) CCK-8 cell vitality test showed that cell vitality was not affected by 0-40 μmol/L API, while cell vitality was significantly reduced by 80 μmol/L API (57%), which was significantly lower than in blank group (
