Objective To study the effect of different prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) combined with tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?) to the IP3-Ca2+ pathway mediated by membrane TNF-?R of fibroblasts. Methods The lung fibroblasts of breed mouse were primarily cultured. 10 ?g/L TNF-? and 10 ?g/L TNF-? combined with PGE2 of different doses were added to culture medium of fibroblasts. At some observation time, the expression of TNF-?R on the cellular membrane of fibroblasts was detected by the method of immunohistochemistry, the level of IP3 in cells was detected by the method of radioimmunoassay and the contents of Ca2+ in fibroblasts by the method of flow cytometry. Results With doses of PGE2 increasing at 30 s time point and 60 s time point, the cpm value of IP3 of fibroblast decreased gradually. The cpm value of IP3 significantly increased when the dose of PGE2 was 1.0 ?g/L,but obviously lower when the dose of PGE2 was 2.0 ?g/L at 120 s time point. The expression of TNF-?R and the contents of Ca2+ decreased in a dose-dependent way with the dose of PGE2 increasing. Conclusion Certain dose of PGE2 could suppress the effect that TNF-? enhance the cell proliferation of fibroblast by the IP3-Ca2+ pathway mediated by membrane TNF-?R of fibroblasts.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2) measure-ment for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients combined with atherosclerosis .Methods The concentrations of LP-PLA2 ,cho-lesterol(CHO) ,triglyceride (TG) ,low density lipoprotein(LDL) ,high density lipoprotein(HDL) were measured for 47 T2DM pa-tients combined with atherosclerosis(patient group) and 94 healthy people who just underwent healthy examination and were proved to be healthy(control group) ,meanwhile the age and gender information of those people were collected .Then the tests results were compared between the two groups .Results There was no significant difference in age ,gender ,CHO ,HDL ,TG ,LDL between the two patient and control group(P>0 .05);Plasma LP-PLA2 level in patient group was higher than that in control group ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the LP-PLA2 level was the risk factor with statistical significance(P<0 .05) .Conclusion LP-PLA2 concentration is an independent risk factor for athero-sclerosis in T2DM patients ,and its measurement has certain value for the diagnosis of atherosclerosis in T2DM patients .

Objective To compare the effectiveness of two kinds of limb length measurement in total hip arthroplasty (THA) with modified Hardinge approaches on equal length of lower extremities. Methods Clinical records of 151 patients who had been through one-side THAwith modified Hardinge approaches for the first time in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Two limb length measurements were applied: 84 patients were measured using X-ray normal side control (group A) and 67 patients were measured using location method of Kirschner pin (group B). The operation duration, blood loss during operation, length difference of lower limbs, the incidence of unequal length of lower limbs, hospitalization time and Harris scores of hip function were compared between two groups. Results All of 151 patients completed the follow-up visit. The duration of operation in group Awas statistically longer than that in group B[(107. 32±12. 01) min vs (94. 56±15. 39) min)] (P<0. 05). The length difference of lower limbs in group Awas significantly smaller than that in group B[(1. 08±0. 52) mm vs (3. 79±1. 54) mm)] (P<0. 05). The blood loss during operation, the incidence of unequal length of lower limbs, hospitalization time and Harris score of hip function in two groups were not statistically different. Conclusion Between two methods mentioned above, X-ray normal side control (group A) was more accurate than the location method of Kirschner pin(group B) in length control of lower limbs, but it took longer duration of operation than group B.
