Objective:To investigate the influence of different decoction containers on the chemical components in Fufang Baidu decoctions to provide scientific evidence for the establishment of rational decoction method for traditional Chinese medicine decoctions. Methods:The method of UPLC was adopted to study the influence of different decoction containers on the content of astilbin, forsytho-side A and forsythoside in Fufang Baidu decoctions. Results:With the different containers, the content change regularity was as fol-lows:porcelain pot >stainless steel pot> decocting machine of Chinese herbs> earthen pot> glass pot. Conclusion:Decocting ma-chine for Chinese herbs can be an substitute for traditional boiling utensils.

Objective To explore the scanning technique and image quality of coronary artery imaging with dual-source CT without oral Betaloc preparation in the patients with high heart rate. Methods 412 cases were undergone coronary imaging with dual-source CT (including plain and enhanced scans) ,among them, there were 30 cases with heart rate more than 100 bpm.Multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP) and volume rendering (VR) were performed using contrast-enhanced images. The image quality was classified into 3 grades, and coronary segments named according to AHA standard were evaluated. Results The average heart rate during enhanced scan in the 30 cases was (115.6?11.8)(101~139)bpm,the average breath hold time was (5.7?1.2) s.The best reconstruction phase was in the systolic phase. Altogether 424 coronary segments were evaluated, among them 93.9%(398/424)belonged to the first grade,5.0%(21/424)belonged to the second grade, and 1.2%(5/424) belonged to the third grade. Conclusion Without oral administration of Betaloc preparation, good coronary artery images can be obtained in the patients with high heart rate by dual-source CT.

Objective To understand prevalence, control of hypertension and intake of sodium and potassium among residents aged 50-69 years old in Zhejiang Province. Methods A multi?stage random cluster sampling method was used to select 3 032 residents aged 50-69 years old in Zhejiang Province. The demographic characteristics, prevalence and control of hypertension were collected through a questionnaire survey, and physical measurement was also performed. The stratified random sampling method was used to detect the level of sodium and potassium in the 24 h urine of 676 subjects. The total amount of 24 h urinary sodium ≥102.55 mmol and the ratio of 24 h urinary sodium and potassium content ≥2 were defined as excessive. Results The prevalence of hypertension (95%CI) was 56.89% (54.39%-59.40%), and the awareness, treatment and control rate of hypertension were 58.25% (55.01%-61.49%), 45.37% (42.10%-48.65%) and 19.75% (17.01%-22.50%), respectively. 78.99% (n=534) of residents had excessive 24 h urinary sodium, and 95.41% (n=360) of residents had excessive ratio of 24 h urinary sodium and potassium. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in residents aged 50-69 years old in Zhejiang Province was at a high level, and the control of hypertension was not satisfactory in 2017. Most of residents have excessive level of sodium intake and the level of sodium and potassium intake was not balanced.

OBJECTIVE:To compare the che mical composition differences of raw and fried processed Glycyrrhiza uralensis , and provide reference for clarifying the regularity of chemical composition change before and after processing and material basis of differential use of raw and fried G. uralensis . METHODS :UPLC-Q-TOF-MS technology was used to detect the composition of raw and fried G. uralensis . By comparing the retention time ,relative molecular weight and other information of the compounds with the databases such as METLIN ,Agilent MassHunter PCDL Manager off-line component identification workstation and references ,the chemical compositions of the compounds were preliminarily identified. Principal component analysis (PCA)method was used to observe the overall distribution trend of samples. Orthogonal partial least square (OPLS-DA)method was used to screen differential compounds [VIP >1.0 and | P(corr)|≥0.5 as criteria] and analyze the content changes of differential compounds. RESULTS :A total of 31 common compounds were preliminarily identified from the raw and fried G. uralensis . PCA analysis showed that raw and fried G. uralensis could be separated well. OPLS-DA analysis result showed that 15 characteristic differential compounds were screened out from raw and fried G. uralensis ,including 13 flavonoids and 2 coumarins;the contents of 8 flavonoids compounds such as licoflavone A ,glycyrrhizin and glabridin and so on in G. uralensis were significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while the contents of 5 flavonoids components such as glycyrrhizinol ,glycyrin A and 2 coumarins components such as 2′-4′-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-3-coumarim and hedysarimcoumestan B were significantly decreased (P<0.05) after honey-fried processing. CONCLUSIONS :Before and after processing ,there are obvious differences between some flavonoids and coumarins , which may be the main material basis for differential use of raw and honey-fried G. uralensis .
