· AlM:To compare the therapeutic effects of different surgical methods in treating pterygium patients and to observe tear film stability.
· METHODS: A total of 120 pterygium patients ( 120 eyes) were divided into three groups, each 40 cases (40 eyes).Data including SchirmerⅠtest (SⅠt), tear break-up time ( BUT) , corneal fluorescein staining ( CFS) were recorded preoperatively and postoperatively to evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgery and the effects of tear function changes.
·RESULTS:There were no significant differences in BUT in group A before the operation and one month after operation.Groups B and C showed significant difference before and after operation, but differences were not statistically significant ( all P<0.05 ); One month after operation, there was significant difference in CFS among group A, B and C (P<0.05), but the difference was not satistically significant between groups B and C; After 3mo, BUT in group A was not significant difference compared with the preoperative; but there was significant difference in groups B and C (P<0.05).When
compared it between groups B and C, there showed no significant difference; Group A showed no significant difference in SⅠt compared with preoperative, SⅠt of groups B and C were significant differences compared with preoperative (P<0.05), but no significant difference between the two groups; After 3mo, CFS of preoperative group A and group B and group C had no significant difference. After 10mo follow - up, there was axsignificant difference ( P<0.05 ) in recurrence rate in group A comparing with groups B and C, there were differences between groups B and C, but no statistically significant.Surgery is more likely to relapse in summer than in winter.
·CONCLUSlON: Pterygium excision combined with self-corneal limbal stem cell transplantation and Tenon capsule closed is an ideal surgical to reduce the recurrence and improve tear film function to some extent.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(11):1215-1217
Objective To establish a multivariate reference range for ECG while considering the relation between multiple variables. Methods A total of 777 female undergraduates in a university were taken as the subjects and the P-wave amplitude was taken as an example to establish a multivariate reference range for P-wave amplitude by using Mahalanobis Depth Function. Results P-wave amplitude of the female undergraduates was established as follows, for a 95% CI of multivariate reference range,Depth≥0.035 521 6. Conclusion Multivariate reference range for ECG obtained in this study allows for a comprehensive utilization of the ECG data and can help the clinical diagnosis using ECG.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
In present paper,we studied three kinds of method of assay for IL-1:thymocyte proliferation assay;L_(?) cell proliferation assay and pyrogen assay.Stimultaneously we used ~(125)I-UdR in stead of ~3H-TdR.The results show that all of three kinds of method of assay for IL-1 can measure IL-1 activity of supernatants from cultured rat alveolar M? stimulated by LPS in vitro. It suggests that ~(125)I-UdR can incorporate into DNA synthesis of cell and mouse fibroblast cell line L_(?) can response to IL-1 of supernatant from cultured rat alveolar M? stimulated by LPS.

Objective To obtain the optimal solid dispersion prescription of the extract of Fructus Cnidii. Methods The release rate t63.2 was used as index and uniform design was used to investigate the effect of PEG,PVP,and Poloxamer on the release of the solid dispersion of the extract of Fructus Cnidii. Results PVP,PEG can delay the release of osthole from the solid dispersion, and tween-80 can promote its release. Conclusion The optimal solid dispersion prescription consists of tween-80(10.2 %),Poloxamer(79.8 %) and the extract(10 %).

Clinical Medicine of China 2021;37(1):1-6
Objective:To explore the risk factors of neurological complications after interventional treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysms(RIAS), and to establish a predictive model of nomogram. Methods:The clinical data of 89 patients with RIAS who underwent endovascular treatment in Nanyang Second General Hospital Affiliated to Xingxiang Medical University from January 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively studied. The clinical imaging data were collected and followed up for 6 months. The patients were divided into two groups: no neurological complications group (61 cases) and neurological complications group (28 cases). To analyze the clinical indicators and the possible related factors of neurological complications after RIAS interventional therapy.A nomogram was established to score the influencing factors, and a scoring prediction model was constructed; the clinical calibration of the model was evaluated by consistency index (C-index) and calibration curve, and the clinical differentiation of the model was evaluated by nomogram relying on ROC curve. Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Hunt-Hess classification ( OR=4.927, 95% CI: 1.189-20.426, P=0.028), Fisher classification ( OR=4.633, 95% CI: 1.012-21.208, P=0.048 ), aneurysm cyst xiaofu ( OR=5.918, 95% CI: 1.104-24.948, P=0.015), wide carotid aneurysm ( OR=4.381, 95% CI: 1.029-18.645, P=0.046) and treatment Strategy ( OR=4.887, 95% CI: 1.235-19.329, P=0.024) is an independent risk factor for nerve-related complications after RIAs interventional therapy. The predictive model of nomogram showed that Hunt-Hess classification (grade IV, V) was 100, aneurysm bleb (with) 98, treatment strategy (stent implantation) 95, wide-necked aneurysm (yes) 92 and Fisher grade (grade III, IV) 81; the C-index of the predictive model was 0.871; the nomogram relied on ROC curve AUC 0.871, and the treatment strategy (stent implantation) was 95; the Fisher grade (grade III, IV) was 81; the C-index of the predictive model was 0.871.The sensitivity and specificity were 85.71%(24/28) and 77.05%(47/61) respectively. Conclusion:Hunt Hess classification, Fisher classification, aneurysmal sac caruncle, wide necked aneurysms and treatment strategies will affect the occurrence of neurological complications after RIAS interventional therapy. The nomogram established by this method can provide intuitive and reliable reference for clinical practice.

Finite element method (FEM) is an effective mathematical method for stress analysis, and has been gradually applied in the study of biomechanics of human body structures. This paper reviews the construction, development, materials assignment and verification of FEM model of cervical vertebra, and it also states the research results of injury mechanism of whiplash injury and biomechanical response analysis of the cervical vertebra using FEM by researchers at home and abroad.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(3):26-31
Objective To study the effect of fund support on cited times of Chinese papers on AIDS by controlling the influence of confounding factors. Methods The effect of publication time of fund-supported papers and non fund-supported papers, h-index of authors, IF of journals on accumulated cited times of each academic paper was controlled by propensity score matching. The cited times of matched fund-supported papers and non fund-supported papers were compared by paired t test. Results The balance of confounding factors which were unbalanced before matching was achieved between fund-supported papers and non fund-supported papers after matching. No significant difference was found between fund-supported papers and non fund-supported papers after matching. Conclusion Fund support does not affect the cited times of Chinese papers on AIDS, which shows that fund support can not noticeably improve the academic level and impact of Chinese papers on AIDS.
