China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To standardize the operation of monitoring work of the adverse drug reaction in our hospital.METHODS:Based on the newly revised reporting and monitoring administration measures on adverse drug reaction,a detailed specification on a series of operations such as the finding, collection, analyzing, evaluation, feedback, sorting and quantization check of the drug adverse reaction(ADR)and the organization of the drug adverse reaction monitoring in our hospital was formulated.RESULTS:ADR reporting cases increased year by year in our hospital after the specification was formulated.CONCLUSION:This specification is feasible in operation, which can be put into practice well.

4.Changes of ventricular relaxation, contractility and compliance and their effects on cardiac pump function during the development of chronic high output heart failure
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
Changes of ventricular relaxation, contractility and compliance and their effects on cardiac pump function during the development of chronic high output heart failure were studied in the animal model produced by establishment of combined aorto-caval fistula (ACF) and unilateral renal artery stenosis (RAS) in rats.In the present study, all the rats with ACF+RAS showed the characteristics of high output hear failure of varying degree, the cardiac index rised significantly even at rest, while pump function reserving force (CORF) decreased to different extent. The resu(?)lts show that with the aggravation of cardiac pump function deterioration, ventricular relaxation and contractility decreased progressively, the ventricular diastolic compliance rised significantly. With stepwise regression analysis, the changes of ventricular relaxation, comtractility and compliance have different effects on cardiac pump function at different stage of heart failure.
5.EFFECT OF LITHIUM ON HIPPOCAMPUS NEURO NITRIC OXIDE SYNTHASE PROTEIN AND GENE EXPRESSION OF LEAD-EXPOSED RATS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(06):-
Objective: To investigate the antagonistic effect of lithium on the neurotoxicity of lead acetate and the possible mechanisms. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, Pb group and four Pb+ LiCl groups fed with feed containing 3, 30, 300, 3 000 mg/kg LiCl respectively. All Pb exposed groups were given distilled water containing 0.2% PbAc. The changes of nNOS protein and gene expression in rats hippocampus were studied by ABC immunohistochemistry and the semiquantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method. Rusults: Compared with the control group, the number of nNOS positive neurons in CA1 area and the nNOS mRNA content of hippocampus of LiCl (3, 30 mg/kg) groups were increased, while those of Pb-exposed rats were significantly decreased. Compared with Pb groups, the number of nNOS positive neurons and the nNOS mRNA content of Pb+LiCl (3,30,300 mg/kg) groups were increased. In dentate gyrus, the changes of the number of nNOS positive neurons coincided with the changes in CA1 area, but those in CA3 area showed little difference. Conclusion: Low dose of lithium could resist the lead neurotoxcity obviously.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
Objective:To study the effect of taurine on protection against lead toxicity in cultured cortex neurons. Methods:Put taurine and different concentrations of lead acetate in cultures of cortex neurons and observe the length of dendites and the growth activity of neurons. Results:At the concentration of 10-8 mol/l lead acetate the growth of cultured cortex neurons were decreased and even the cells died. Taurine at the concentration of 1.6?10-3 mol/L could protect against lead toxicity and promote neuron to grow. Conclusion:Taurine can protect from lead acetate toxicity in cultured cortex neurons.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2001;22(1):87-88
To detect into the relationship between tibrosls an liver damage of liver and serum levels C-IV, HA and CG in patients with hepatic diseases. Methods:l63 cases of patients with hepatic disease cases and 60 cases of normal persons were studied, the three substances in serum of them were determined with RIA method. Results:The serum levels of above 3 substances were all high in l63 patients than that in normal persons. Statistics of these data shows that the increasing of them is parallel direct to the degree of liver fibrosis. Conclus ion: It has important clinical significance to determine serum C-IV, HA and CG dynamically in patient s with hepatic diseases

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
The effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on mitochondrial function after hypoxic and reoxygenated perfusions in isolated rat hearts were observed. Significant decreases in respiration control ratio (RCR) and ADP/O ratio (P/O) as well as activities of succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) and cytochrome oxidase (CCO) were found alter 40 minutes' hypoxia and 20 minutes' reoxygenated perfusion. Adding SOD to the perfusion fluid during the reperfusion period could restore the decreased mitochondfial function, which was shown by increased RCR and P/O as well as activities of SDH and CCO.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(02):-
To find out the method of assessing the car-diac reserve function under the resting condition,we observed the changes of left ventricular con-tractility, relaxation and compliance, as well ascardiac pump function under the resting and over-loaded conditions with intact hearts of male rats invarious states of heart failure induced by variousadriamycin cumulative doses. The results of thepresent study indicated that the degree of my-ocardium injury was aggravated along with the in-crease of adriamycin cumulative doses. Mean-while, all of the parameters of left ventricular con-tractility, relaxation, compliance and cardiac re-serve function decreased significantly. However, the indexes of basic cardiac pump function in-creased to a certain extent because of the influenceof non-cardiac factors. The discriminant analysisshowed that the degree of heart failure assessed bymeans of the discriminant function, or synthesizingthe changes of left ventricular contractility, relax-ation and compliance under the resting condition, was almost consistent with that by means of thecardiac reserve function. In addition, the multipleregression indicated that the contractility, relax-ation and compliance had different effects on thecardiac reserve function, corresponding to the different states of heart failure.
