1.Hydrocoil for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
In the recent few years, apart from the development of interventional technology, the development of new kinds material for packing intracranial aneurysms has hastened the promotion of endovascular interventional treatment greatly. Microvention company introduces lately Hydrocoil,a kind of hydro-agglutinated microspring coil which adopts a special hydrolink detachment technology, enriching the methods of endovascular treatment for cerebral aneurysms. Hydrocoil is a traditional platinum coil coated with expandable, unabsorble hydrogel material, which can improve the filling volume proportion of the aneurysm. At present it has been initially applied in clinic. This article summarizes the characteristics, the preclinical study, and the clinical application of Hydrocoil.(J Intervent Radiol,2007,16: 710-713)

6 cm AVMs(57.1%)were much higher than that with 0.05).Seizure was found in forty-three patients. After embolization the seizure in 20 patients disappeared,11 patients had been improved greatly. The total effective power was 72.1%.Conclusions The size and location of AVM is significantly associated with the onset of seizure. The number of feeding artery has no relation with the seizure.Endovascular embolization for the AVMs has got better cure effect.

Objective To investigate if isoflurane pretreatment can protect brain from bilateral hemispheric ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Seventy-eight male Wistar rats weighing 250-300 g were randomly divided into 4 groups : (A) sham operation group ( n = 15 ); (B) ischemia-reperfusion group (I/R, n = 21); (C) ischemia-preconditioning group (IP, n = 21) and (D) isoflurane pretreatment group (ISO, n = 21) Group B, C and D were further divided into 3 subgroups according to the duration of reperfusion 6 h, 24 h, 72 h. Global cerebral ischemia was produced by 4-artery occlusion technique. In sham operation group (A) bilateral vertebral and common carotid arteries were exposed but not occluded. In ischemia-reperfusion group (I/R) bilateral vertebral arteries were occluded by cauterization and bilateral common carotid arteries were exposed and clamped for 20 min, then undamped for reperfusion of different duration (6 h, 24 h and 72 h) . In ischemia-preconditioning group (C) ischemia-reperfusion was preceded by 3 min global ischemia. In isoflurane-pretreatment group (D) the animals inhaled 1,5% isoflurane for 2 h before I/R. The animals were sacrificed right after reperfusion and brain was removed immediately for microscopic examination of hippocampal CA1. The number of living neurons (HE staining) and apoptotic neurons (TUNEL) was counted. Results (1) In group B (I/R) the number of living neurons in CA1 was decreasing with duration of reperfusion from 90.2 ? 2.4 (after 6 h reperfusion) to 45.8 ??4.9 (72 h of reperfusion) ( P

Objective To design a wireless monitoring system for locating oxygen supply terminals and measuring oxygen intake value of patient. Methods The locating and measuring system was built by using Mesh network of Zigbee technology and AODV algorithms based on hardware featuring MC9S08 microprocessor and MC13192.Results The oxygen supply terminals sent the location and oxygen flux information to monitoring nodes, while the monitoring server read data from all nodes in turn and save to the database. Conclusion The wireless network based on Zigbee technology can effectively monitor the utilization information about oxygen supply terminals and the value of patient oxygen intake.

Objective To study the prevalence rate and risk f ac tors of diabetes mellitus(DM) of the Dawor nationality in Qiqihar area,Heilongji ang Province. Methods Stratified-cluster sampling method was applied to the Dawor Nationality for the diabetes mellitus epidemiology sample investigation fr om 2001.11 to 2003.3 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College .Results The prevalence rates of DM and IGT were 4.16% and 5.93% respectively, while the standard prevalence rates of DM and IGT were 2.96% and 4.54% respectively. The prevalence rates of DM and IGT were related to age、BIM、 WHR、the history of familial DM and hypertension. There is no significant differe nce between man and woman. Conclusion The prevalence rates of DM and IGT of Dawor in Qiqih ar are high in China and possibly also in the minorities.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
In this paper,a pulsed magnetic fields stimulation instrument is designed and realized, which provides a pulsed magnetic field with the range of maximal intensity from 0.01~2T,frequency from 0.2~100Hz and time width of pulse from 0.01~1ms.The instrument, controlled by the hand, foot or itself, can display stimulus intensity and times and output trigger signals with different waveforms to make measuring devices operate synchronistically.

Objective To study the variation of serum Hcy and UA of Parkinson's disease. Methods 46 pa-tients with Parkinson's disease in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were selected as observation group, and 57 patients with other disease at the same time were selected as control group. The contents of serum Hcy and UA of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The contents of serum Hcy and UA of the observation group were (17.82 ±3.12)μmol/L,(321.42 ±79.42)μmol/L.Those of the control group were (10.12 ±3.05)μmol/L, (420.15 ±70.18)μmol/L.The content of serum Hcy of observation group was higher than the control group, the con-tent of serum UA of the observation group was lower than the control group(t =12.608,P <0.01).Hcy content of middle and late patients[(18.86 ±3.12)μmol/L]was higher than early patients[(16.16 ±3.04)μmol/L](t =2.378,P <0.05),serum Hcy level was positively correlated with UPDRS(r =0.462,P =0.037),the differences were significant. Conclusion Changes of serum Hcy and UA levels were related to the occurrence of Parkinson's disease.

reression of M 2 receptor mRNA of rat myocardium intoxicated by soman under high altitude hypoxia. Methods The expressions of M 2 receptor mRNA under hypoxia, soman intoxication and soman intoxication under hypoxia were detected by semi quantitative RT PCR, respectively. Results The expression of M 2 receptor mRNA increased in the high altitude hypoxia group. Both simple soman intoxication and combined soman intoxication and hypoxia decreased the expression of M 2 receptor rapidly. But under hypoxia, the expression increased significantly at 12 h and 24 h. Conclusion M 2 receptor was sensitive to nerve agents. Compared to simple soman intoxication group, the expression of M 2 receptor increased in combined soman intoxication and hypoxia group. This may be one of the major factors leading to aggravation of the injury of heart function by nerve agents in high altitude area.
