1.The Standards of Skeletal Maturity of Hand and Wrist for Chinese-China 05. III. The Secular Trend of Skeletal Development in Chinese Children

Objective Due to the accelerated growth of Chinese children, the secular trend of accelerated skeletal development was observed in this study in order to provide the evidence for using the standards of skeletal maturity in reason.Methods The subjects were the children from two skeletal development surveys in 1980s and 2000s. The appearance age and fusion age of ossification centers in hand and wrist were calculated using the probit regression analysis, and the skeletal ages of children from the survey in 2000s were estimated by CHN method. The CHN skeletal ages were compared with calendar ages. Results Compared with the children in 1960s, the appearance ages and fusion ages of the ossification centers were all advanced in children in 1980s. Compared with the children in 1980s, the metacarpals and phalanges of children in 2000s were advanced by 0.5-1.0 year at age of appearance of ossification centers and 1.0 year in boys and 1.0-1.5 years in girls at the ages of fusion ossification centers. The ages of complete ossification of radius and ulna in children in 2000s were advanced by 0.4 year in boys and 0.3 year in girls. The differences between CHN skeletal age and chronological age of all age groups in 2000s were 0.3-1.1 year in boys and 0.2-1.0 year in girls. Conclusions In the last 40 years, the secular trend of accelerated skeletal development was presented in Chinese children. It should be cautious to estimate the contemporary Chinese children when using the skeletal norms of 1960s or 1980s.
2.The expression changes in IL-6,GP130,JAK1 and STAT1 genes in PC12 cell after combined soman and hypoxia injury

Objective To investigate the complex effect of soman and hypoxia on PC12 cell line as shown by the expression changes in IL-6/GP130, JAK1 and STAT1. Methods A cell model of intoxication by combining effect of hypoxia and soman was reproduced, and it was divided into four groups: control, soman intoxication, hypoxia combined with soman intoxication, and Genistein inhibition groups. PC12 cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 and were treated with NGF (50ng/ml) for seven days. The differentiated PC12 cells were then exposed to hypoxia in an incubator containing 5% CO2, 95% N2 and (or) incubated with soman (20?mol/L) for 2, 6, 12 or 24 hours. The expression levels of IL-6/GP130, JAK1, STAT1 mRNA and protein were assessed by RT-PCR and Western blot in PC12 cells. The products were sequenced by Sanger's double strand DNA sequence determination. Results In soman intoxicated group, the expression levels of IL-6/GP130, JAK1, STAT1 mRNA and protein were elevated in PC12 cell, reaching the peak level at 12 hours, and then lowered at 24 hours, but remaining higher than that of control group. In combined soman intoxicated and hypoxia group, the expression levels of IL-6/GP130, JAK1, STAT1 mRNA and protein reached the peak value at 6 hours, being higher than that of control group, soman intoxicated group and Genistein inhibition group. It was shown that the sequences of the products as amplified by RT-PCR were the same as that found in the GenBank. Conclusion Soman intoxication or (and) hypoxia up-regulate the expression of IL-6/GP130. Both hypoxic condition and soman treatment can up-regulate the expression of JAK1/STAT1 mRNA and protein in PC12 cells. JAK-STAT pathway may play a role in the mechanisms of brain injury resulted from hypoxia and soman poisoning.
3.Effect of soman intoxication under hypoxia on the expression of M_2R mRNA of rat myocardium

Methods The expressions of M 2 receptor mRNA under hypoxia, soman intoxication and soman intoxication under hypoxia were detected by semi quantitative RT PCR, respectively. Results The expression of M 2 receptor mRNA increased in the high altitude hypoxia group. Both simple soman intoxication and combined soman intoxication and hypoxia decreased the expression of M 2 receptor rapidly. But under hypoxia, the expression increased significantly at 12 h and 24 h. Conclusion M 2 receptor was sensitive to nerve agents. Compared to simple soman intoxication group, the expression of M 2 receptor increased in combined soman intoxication and hypoxia group. This may be one of the major factors leading to aggravation of the injury of heart function by nerve agents in high altitude area.
5.Impact of MICA-Ab expression on the prognosis of sensitized renal transplantation recipients

Objective To explore the effect of MICA-Ab expression on the prognosis of sensitized renal transplantation recipients.Methods A total of 51 sensitized recipients (PRA more than 20%) in our hospital from August 2007 to April 2010 were enrolled in the study.In these patients,29 cases received protein A immunoadsorption and detection of MICA-Ab was performed before and after protein A immunoadsorption.Other 22 patients received MICA-Ab detection when they were hospitalized.Associations of PRA,HLA-matches,acute rejection,and serum creatinine of postoperative week 1 and week 4 with MICA-Ab were analyzed retrospectively.Results Sixteen recipients (31.4%) had positive MICA-Ab expression but their acute rejection rate was not higher as compared to the patients with negative MICA-Ab expression.Recipients with PRA>40% showed higher expression level of MICA-Ab than recipients with PRA≤40% (P≤0.05).HLA-match did not show influence on MICA-Ab expression.MICA-Ab positive group had no higher serum creatinine level than negative group in postoperative week 4.MICA-Ab level decreased significantly after protein A immunoadsorption.Conclusions MICA-Ab expression increases in the sensitive recipients but does not influence the prognosis.Protein Aimmunoadsorption can eliminate MICA-Ab effectively in sensitized recipients.

In order to meet the needs of training high-quality medical persons, combining teaching reform theory with foundational courses teaching practice, we summarize some successful experience in many respects such as construction and reformation of foundational educational system, grasping subject construction goal, bringing up and cultivating scientific researchers, improving experimental conditions. All we have done reveal that the combination of medicine and engineering is the characteristic form of development.
7.Perioperative treatment of intra-and extra-hepatic cholelithinsis in patients with liver cirrhosis

Objective To study the perioperative treatment of intra-and extra-hepatic cholelithinsis in patients with liver cirrhosis . Methods The clinical data of intra-and extra-hepatic cholelithinsis in patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital in resent 10 years was retrospectively analyzed. Results According to the preoperative examation, improving hepatic function(turn child class C to A or B), correcting the coagulation disturbance,decreasing portal vein pressure preoperatively,and proforming operation carefully to reduce bleeding,and giving support treatment and liver care treatment to improve the liver function further postoperatively etc were made.Fifteen cases remained stones, 5 cases appearred chronic liver failure,2 cases appearred kidney failure ,the other 69 cases recovered well. Conclusions If optimizing perioperative treatment is given, favorable effect might be obtained in intra-and extra-hepatic cholelithinsis in patients with liver cirrhosis.
8.Development of single bus medical temperature measure system

This design is a multi-point thermometry system based on single bus digital thermometer DS1820.The single bus system of multi-point measure temperature is developed with single chip computer 89C52 and circuit units for physiological signal measurement.Obtainment method of higher resolution temperature data is given.The method makes measure temperature resolution reach to 0.1?C.It is characterized by simplicity of structure,high precision and real time,and is easy to transmit by internet network.So the system has widely applications value on clinic.

10.Efficacy of electromyography-guided Botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of limb spasticity in stroke

目的观察肌电图导引下应用A型肉毒毒素治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体痉挛的临床疗效。方法65例脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者按FMA量表评定分为3组,应用肌电图纪录痉挛肢体在功能位时的运动单元电位数,确定治疗肌肉,每一部位注射5U,0.2ml国产A型肉毒毒素,治疗3天后由康复训练师亲自或指导家属进行肢体功能训练。采用改良AshWorth分度评分评定痉挛状态,FMA量表评定日常生活能力(上下肢分别统计)。结果治疗后,中、轻度运动障碍者恢复至基本正常;严重运动障碍者恢复至明显运动障碍;严重运动障碍合并挛缩者可改善其生存质量;所有患者增高的肌张力均有明显改善。结论在肌电图导引下,A型肉毒毒素作为缓解痉挛药物使用安全、有效,对肢体功能的恢复有显著的辅助作用。
