1.Decending Regularity of Intra-abdominal Pressure
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To explore the rat's abdominal pressure decending law by applying quantitative analytical technique. Methods Intra-abdominal hypertension rat model is made by Nitrogen aeroperitonerm.Nitrogen is exhausted the abdomen at fixed quantity and fixed time cell.MP-100A-CE type physiological monitor is used to record the changes of intra-abdominal pressure. The pressure numerical average value at different time are recorded, and the volume of Nitrogen exhausted and the pressure of intra-abdominal scatterplot are drawed.Regression analysis is used to study the functional relation between them. Results The regularity of the intra-abdominal pressure decrease was as follows:In Intra-abdominal Hypertension condition, discharge little Nitrogen could cause intra-abdominal pressure decrease greatly. Then the rate of decay is slowed.Intra-abdominal pressure(y)and Nitrogen in the abdomen(y)present decrement exponential function relation, the formula is:y=36.3190?0.9769x,and the pressure-volume index is-0.01.Conclusion Regularity of intra-abdominal pressure decengding is exponential function between intra-abdominal pressure and Nitrogen volume exhausted from the abdomen.
2.Effect of Phlebitis Mixture on Complications after Endovenous Laser Treatment for Varicose Great Saphenous Vein
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(9):863-864
Objective To investigation the effects of Phlebitis Mixture, a Chinese medicine, on the complications after endovenous laser treatment for varicose great saphenous veins. Methods 62 patients after endovenous laser treatment for varicose great saphenous veins were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was administered with Phlebitis Mixture. The control group was treated with convention therapy. Results The incidence of very effective was 62.5% in the treatment group and 40.33% in the control group respectively (P<0.05). More in the treatment group released from pain, local heat, etc. than in the control (P<0.05). Conclusion The Phlebitis Mixture is helpful for the recovery from endovenous laser treatment for varicose veins.

Objective To evaluate the effect of sevoflurane on cognitive function of mice with Alzheimer's disease. Methods Twenty male mice carrying mnutations in amyloid precusor protein (APP) and presenilin 1 genes, weighing 30-40 g,aged 7 months, were divided into either sevoflurane group (group Sev) or control group (group C),with 20 mice in each group.Mice inhaled 3% sevoflurane for 4 h in group Sev,and mice inhaled 30% oxygen for 4 h in group C.At 1 month after inhaling sevoflurane or oxygen, the mice underwent continuous multiple-trail inhibitory avoidance training. The mice were then sacrificed and hippocampi were isolated for determination of the number of Aβ plaques (by immunohistochemistry) and expression of APP and Tau (S396) phosphorylation (by Western blot). Results Compared with group C,the memory lateucy was significantly shortened, the number of Aβ plaques was increased, the phosphorylation of Tau (S396) was increased, and the expression of APP was up-regulated in group Sev (P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane can decrease the cognitive function of mice with Alzheimer's disease.

Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Xuesaitong(total saponins of sanchi) on lower extremity ischemical reperfusion injury. Methods: To observe PBN-spin bulky adducts signal of lower extremity ischemical reperfusion of rabbit by using electron spin resonance technology and electron spin resonance promoter N-tert-butyl-2-phenylnitrone(PBN).Results: The signal intensity is correlated with time, compared with ischemia for 2 hours, the signal intensity of ischemia for 4 hours increased apparently.Xuesaitong would quench PBN-spin bulky adducts signal significantly. Conclusion: Xuesaitong have protective effect on lower extremity ischemia-reperfusion injury.

OBJECTIVETo explore the application of factor analysis in creating a new health-related questionnaire for evaluating quality of life, the Chinese for Quality of Life Instrument (ChQOL).
METHODSTwo hundred and seventy-three subjects selected from two provinces of North China (Ningxia) and South China (Guangdong) were investigated by ChQOL, and the preliminary version was completed with factor analysis.
RESULTSFifty items were developed using factor analysis. The final structure model of ChQOL was confirmed through the screening and verification of factor structural model on the 78 items of ChQOL, a new questionnaire with more rational structure was confirmed.
CONCLUSIONFactor analysis is an effective method in developing new questionnaire.

Objective To determine the effect of PGE1 on liver microcirculation disturbance following orthotopic liver transplantation in rats. Methods Forty male adult Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups. Eight transplantations were established in both the experimental and control group, while in the sham group, the liver was dissected like in the experimental group, but no resection was performed. In the experimental group, PGE1 (0.5 μg/kg*min-1) was injected intravenously into the donor before the operation, and added (1 mg/L)to the flush and preservation fluid, while PGE1 was replaced by normal saline in the control group. Confocal laser scan microscopy, biochemical test, and optical and electronic microscopy were used. Results In the control group the reperfusion state was poor, leukocyte infiltration appeared in the center of lobule, and transaminase rose after transplantation. In the experimental group distinctive improvement was seen as compared with the control group (P<0.05). Histological findings showed progressive degeneration and necrosis following transplantation in the control group, while in the experimental group the histological changes were improved to some degree by the use of PGE1.Conclusions In liver transplantation, ischemic reperfusion damage may lead to hepatic microcirculation disturbance, which is the major cause of graft failure. Infusing PGE1 into the donor intravenously before ischemia and adding PGE1 to the cold storage fluid could improve hepatic microcirculation, and thus reducing ischemic reperfusion damage in liver transplantation. In liver transplantation, ischemic reperfusion damage may lead to hepatic microcirculation disturbance, which is the major cause of graft failure. Objective To investigate the epidemiological and pathogenic characteristics of viral diarrhea in Minhang District, Shanghai. Methods Random sampling on diarrhea was conducted in intestinal outpatient departments of 2 sentinel hospitals according to a certain sampling interval in Minhang District,Shanghai from 2014 to 2020. Real time PCR technology was used to detect Rotavirus, Norovirus, adenovirus, Astrovirus and Sapovirus in fecal samples. Results A total of 646 out of 1 839 stool specimenswere tested positive, and the positive rate was 35.13%.Five pathogenic viruses were detected , mostly norovirus (421 cases, 65.17%) followed by rotavirus (151 cases, 23.37%).The positive rate of norovirus was higher in the age group of 20- 69 years, and the positive rate of Rotavirus was higher in the age group of 0- 9 years. Conclusions Norovirus and rotavirus accounted for the majority of reported infection diarrhea cases in MinhangDistrict of Shanghai from 2014 to 2020, with significant seasonal peaks. Tailored prevention and control measures should be carried out, particularly in risk seasons.
