China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(05):-
Doctors of past dynasties already understood deficiency of kidney essence, phlegm and blood stasis were important for dementia. As the increasing recognition about Alzheimer disease and the offer of 'toxin damaging brain vessel' hypothesis,we thought ?-Amyloid,the pathology of Alzheimer disease, had the character of damaging brain and marrow,so it belonged to internal toxin, internal toxin damaging brain and marrow was also the pathology of the disease.Deficiency of kidney essence was the precondition, insufficient brain and marrow and internal toxin damaging brain and marrow were the two causes of brain and marrow consumption and spirit dysfunction, which were the pathology of Alzheimer disease in Chinese medicine.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(3):193-196
The fast transmission and large range of emergence of infectious diseases jeopardize human health, social and economic development, which is a great threat to global public health. World Health Organization for the new features of infectious diseases on theInternational Health Regulations was revised to help member countries improve the ability to respond to public emergencies. Our government promptly revised theCommunicable Disease Prevention Act, enacted a series of laws and strategies to promote the establishment of infectious disease surveillance and response systems. Chinese medicine was included in the country infectious disease prevention and control system. After nearly 10 years of development, the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine on emergence of infectious diseases, the clinical medicine and research capacity of respond infectious diseases has been significantly improved, and become an important part of our system of infectious disease prevention and control.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(7):581-584
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the relative factors of pharyngo cutaneou fistulas after larynx cancer and lower pharynx cancer surgery.
METHOD:
The clinical datas of 87 larynx cancer patients and lower pharynx cancer patients admitted were retrospectively analyzed. According to the type of postoperative complications all cases could be divided into pharyngo cutaneou fistulas group and no pharyngo cutaneou fistulas group. Thirty-eight kinds of factors, including age, clinical stage, plasma electrolytes level and type of procedure are in the multivariate analysis, and the variability indicators are in binary-regression analysis.
RESULT:
Eleven patients had pharyngo cutaneou fistulas (12.64%). Univariate analysis indicated that BMI, pre-operative serum potassium, operation time, cervical lymph dissection, post-operative prealbumin, post-operative hemoglobin, infection and delayed union of incision were the risk factors of pharyngo cutaneou fistulas (P < 0.05). Logistic stepwise regression analysis indicated that post-operative prealbumin and operation time were the independent risk factors.
CONCLUSION
To avoid pharyngo cutaneou fistulam, it is very necessary to correct electrolyte disorder and negative nitrogen balance. To shorten the operation time, to avoid incision infection and delayed union were helpfulness, too.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(11):4-7
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) developed rapidly in the world, but the TCM international standard system has not been established, affecting the healthy development of TCM. To develop TCM international standardization strategy must master the current technical legislation and regulation status related to TCM. Through TM/CAM legislative investigation of the 4 Participating Countries of ISO/TC249 in western Pacific region, the author found that:Member states already have national policy on TM/CAM; laws and regulations on herbal product production, marketing, regulatory and management practitioners have already been enacted;TM/CAM practitioners in larger quantities, a higher education was required for practitioners and standardized management. This indicated that there is a good environment for TCM development in western Pacific region.
