Objective To determine the changes of high-sensitive serum C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with typical chest pain and normal coronary arteriography. Methods One hundred and twenty three patients were included. CRP was determined using a standard technique, and all patients underwent ECG exercise testing. Results Plasma level of hs-CRP was significantly increased in patients with typical chest pain, coronary arteriography negative and exercise test positive. Conclusion Inflammation may play a role in the mechanism of chest pain for patients with normal coronary angiography.
2.Her-2/neu gene and radiosensitivity
China Oncology 2006;0(11):-
Her-2 receptor has already been identified as one of the most important biological markers of some malignant tumors, and also plays an important role in the biological behavior of those tumor cells. The over-expression of Her-2 receptor is associated with radioresistance of various tumor cells, and thus an antibody to Her-2/neu receptor can probably function as a radiosensitizer. In this review,we summarized some advances in the molecular mechanism and clinical aspects of the relationship between Her-2 and cellular radiosensitivity.

Objective To investigate the suppression effect of expressing parvovirus H-1 nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) gene on human gastric cancer cells and the possible mechanisms. Methods A recombinant enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) labeled NS1 of parvovirus H-1 plasmid was constructed.Human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 was transfected with recombinant plasmid (experiment group) or blank vector (negative control group) and blank control group was treated with equal amount of phosphate buffered saline (blank control group). After transfection, the distribution of fluorescent signal was observed under fluorescent microscope. The expression of NS1 at gene and protein level was measured.Cell growth curve of each group was drawn. The expression of cell senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal) was tested. The changes of cell cycle were investigated by flowcytometry. Two groups' comparision was performed by t-test.Results After transfection,NS1 was expressed in SGC7901 cells at gene and protein level.Compared with negative control group, the fluorescent signal accumulated in cell nucleus in experiment group. The percentage of SA-β-Gal positive cell in experiment group ((30.5 ± 1.4) %) was higher than that of negative control group ((4.4± 1.1) %) and the difference was statistically significant (t =-12.931,P < 0.01).The growth inhibition rate of SGC7901 cells from the first day to the fourth day was 45%,62%,73% and 77%,respectively.The cell cycle of eGFP-NS1 expressed SGC7901 cells was arrested at G0/G1 phase. Conclusion Parvovirus H-1 NS1 play the role in cell nucleus of gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 and could make cell cycle arrested at G0/G1 phase, which effectively inhibited the proliferation SGC7901 cell.

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of Doppler micro-probe and rigid endoscope in aneurysm surgery. Methods From April 2005 to July 2006,Doppler micro-probe and rigid endoscope were applied to 96 patients with aneurysm. The number of aneurysm was 107.The diameter of the Doppler probe was 1.5 mm,with a frequency of 20 MHz.Endoscopes with 0,30 and 70 degree were used.Doppler and endoscope were employed before and/or after aneurysm clipping. Results In all the 107 aneurysms, there were 39 in which the endoscope provided information unavailable under the microscope. The clip was adjusted after endoscope and/or Doppler examination in 19 aneurysms,10 of which were due to incomplete clipping, while the other 9 compromise of small perforators. ConclusionDoppler and endoscope are useful in aneurysm surgery, and can be applied both before and/or after clipping.

To report a boy with reflex seizures induced by micturition. He suffered from seizures during micturition for four yesrs. The clinical symptoms consisted of head backwards, limbs dithering, sometimes accompanying tumble.During the episodes of the seizure, his consciousness did not lose.Few seizures showed only eyes up-staring for several seconds. The livelong process of micturition was often interrupted by seizures for several times. When he finished or stoped micturition, the seizures did not occur again. His seizures could not be induced by free of micturition or other stimulative factors. The interictal EEGs showed that background asymmetry manifested as the lower amplitude and irregular rhythm in the left hemisphere, sharp or sharp and waves in right hemisphere, especially mid and back temporal. There also had sharp, spike, and spike and waves in many regions of double spheres in interictal EEGs.The other assistant check-ups were normal.while this disease was infrenquncy,it would be worthy to regard.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the clinical and electroencephalogram (EEG) characteristics of children with electrical status cpilepticus during sleep (ESES), and the response to medication therapy. Methods AEEG and VEEG including an entire sleeping c-ycle were performed on 26 patients with ESES. The clinical and EEG changes, neuropsychological impairment and the response to medication therapy were followed up. Results Twenty five patients had seizures,21 cases had normal psychomotor development before ESES. After the onset of the disease,Fifteen cases developed language disorder, 16 cases developed psychological and behavior abnormalities, 13 cases had both of the problems Seventeen patients belonged to epileptic syndrome. Patients in this cohort had good response to clonazepam and valproate treatment. Cortical steroid could dispel the electrical discharge. Eighteen patients had been followed up. Seizures stopped in 15 cases after treatment ESES disappeared in 16 cases, 4 of them still had neuropsychological impairment ESES sustained in 2 cases Conclusions ESES is a specific EEG phenomenon. Continue epileptic form discharge during non - rapid cye movement sleep is the major cause of neuropsychological impairment in patients with ESES. To control the seizures and electrical state are very important for the prevention and treatment of neuropsychological impairment.
