OBJECTIVETo develop a HPLC method for determining the content of protopine in Corydalis racemose.
METHODAnalysis was performed on a Gemini C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) eluted with acetonitrile-water containing 0.8% triethylamine and 3% acetic acid acetum (20:80) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL x min(-1). The detection wavelength was 289 nm.
RESULTThe average content of protopine in Herb of Racemose Corydalis was 0.905%. The calibration curve of protopine was linear between 0.124-1.36 microg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.49% with RSD 1.9%.
CONCLUSIONThis method is simple, reproducible and can be used to determine the content of protopine in C. racemose.

Objective:To explore the satisfaction of clinical medicine master of professional degree with curriculum training, practice training, scientific research training, tutorial training and management services, and to find out the problems and put forward countermeasures. Methods:A questionnaire was surveyed on the satisfaction of 1 585 clinical masters of professional degree from a medical university in Guangxi. SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis of related data. The quantitative data were uniformly described by means and standard deviation, and variance analysis was used for comparison between groups. Results:The students were most satisfied with the tutorial training, with an average score of 4 points; they were generally satisfied with the curriculum training and management services, and it showed a growing polarization in practice training and scientific research training; in terms of allowances, participation degree of scientific research, and intensity of scientific research work, the students were not satisfied. Conclusion:For the training of clinical medicine masters of professional degree, subsidies and allowances should be increased and the ability of school management services should be enhanced; the scientific research training platform should be developed and the participation in scientific research should be promoted; the training standards should be coordinately formulated and the intensity of scientific research should be moderately strengthened.

Objective Developing a new type of full-face respiratory protective mask for nuclear facility sites to enhance the sound transmission function and improve the facial adaptability. Methods Combined with feedback from on-site practical needs, this study utilized finite element simulation and ergonomic design methods to investigate the voice transmission units of full-face masks and the facial features of workers at key nuclear facilities. Based on the research results, a new full-face respiratory protection mask structure was designed. Results The optimized structure of passive thin film voice transmission unit significantly enhanced voice transmission efficiency, reducing average voice transmission loss by approximately 70% compared to the control group using thin plate units of equivalent thickness. The existing facial feature test panels insufficiently cover and unevenly classify the facial features of workers at key nuclear facilities. In this study, a specialized test panel based on measurement data achieved a total coverage of 98.5% with high distribution uniformity within each class, providing effective guidance for redesigning full-face mask structural parameters. In comparison to foreign products currently utilized in nuclear facilities, the newly designed full-face mask structure exhibited excellent tightness and structural safety and reliability, and can be cleaned, decontaminated, and reused. Conclusion The results of this study provide significant guidance for improving and optimizing full-face respiratory protection mask used at nuclear facilities, as well as promoting domestic production of high-quality full-face respiratory protection masks.
