Objective To realize remote wireless data transmission in mobile monitoring terminal of pre-hospital first aid so as to enhance the effect of pre-hospital aid, guarantee the reliability and real-time state of data transmission in mobile monitoring terminal of pre-hospital first aid. Methods The software and hardware of the mobile monitoring terminal of pre-hospital first aid were designed. Then, according to the specialty of the data transmission and requirements of the bandwidth, the choice of wireless network and the transport layer protocol of data transmission were analyzed, and the technology approach fitting for the system were proposed. The protocols selected were PPP and TCP/IP based on ?C/OS-Ⅱ.Results Application tests showed that this approach could satisfy system's requirement. It could transmit patient's vital signs parameters to hospital's monitoring equipment exactly in real-time during pre-hospital first aid. Conclusion This design creates the condition for remote hospital guide, resources planning of patient's admission and analysis of illness state, which is feasible for application.

Objective:To discuss the necessity of the opening of a pharmacist section for outpatients for risk assessment and com-munication of drugs in pregnancy by surveying the use situation and risk reasons of the drugs was in pregnancy. Methods:Referring to the risk classification of medicines in pregnancy formulated by FDA and integrating various factors in pregnant women, such as drug dosage, administration time, genetic factors, prenatal care and potential diseases et al, pharmacists established the section for outpa-tients for risk assessment and communication of drugs in pregnancy. Results:The visiting number of pregnant women was gradually in-creased after the establishment by reviewing the clinical data from the hospital information system. The new pharmacy service mode pro-vided by pharmacists for obstetrical patients was positively recognized by physicians and patients. Conclusion:The section for outpa-tients for risk assessment and communication of drugs in pregnancy should be established in order to promote the pharmaceutical knowl-edge in pregnancy and improve the medication safety.

Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is an important basis for the diagnosis of arrhythmia and myocardial infarction. In order to further improve the classification effect of arrhythmia and myocardial infarction, an ECG classification algorithm based on Convolutional vision Transformer (CvT) and multimodal image fusion was proposed. Through Gramian summation angular field (GASF), Gramian difference angular field (GADF) and recurrence plot (RP), the one-dimensional ECG signal was converted into three different modes of two-dimensional images, and fused into a multimodal fusion image containing more features. The CvT-13 model could take into account local and global information when processing the fused image, thus effectively improving the classification performance. On the MIT-BIH arrhythmia dataset and the PTB myocardial infarction dataset, the algorithm achieved a combined accuracy of 99.9% for the classification of five arrhythmias and 99.8% for the classification of myocardial infarction. The experiments show that the high-precision computer-assisted intelligent classification method is superior and can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of arrhythmia as well as myocardial infarction and other cardiac diseases.
