Objective:To explore the association between religiosity and suicide ideation,in order to provide evidence for suicide prevention in the community residents. Methods:Using the data from the epidemiological sur-vey of mental disorders in Ningxia, the association between religiosity and the suicidal ideation was ana-lyzed.Logistic regression model was used to detect the associated factors. Results:Univariate statistical analysis showed that females, rural residence, residents living in plain area, illiterates and being married had higher risks of suicidal ideation (P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that religion affiliation (OR =0.96,95%CI:0.74-1.24),religion attendance (OR =0.82,95%CI:0.60 -1.11),religion importance (OR =1.08,95%CI:0.83 -1.40),religiosity degree (OR =0.80,95%CI:0.57 -1.12)in suicidal ideation group were not significantly differ-ent to those in the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion:The results indicate that there is no statistical association between religiosity and suicidal ideation in Ningxia community residents.

Objective To explore the relationship among social support, postpartum depression and quality of life of puerperal women. Methods A total of 348 puerperal women were investigated with Postnatal Social Support Questionnaire,Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and WHO Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF). Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between social support and the quality of life (r=0.483, P < 0.01), and a significant negative correlation to postpartum depression (r=-0.243, P < 0.01),and a significant negative correlation between postpartum depression and quality of life (r=-0.408, P<0.01). Intermediary effect of postpartum depression was tested. Conclusions A good social support system is benefit to improve depression scores for EPDS, and promote the life quality in puerperal women.

Objective To investigate the correlation among serum galactose immunoglobulin of quantitative change, total IgG and CIC(circulating immune complexes)levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Test the number changed of PVL affinity type Ig in 80 patients with schizophrenia and 80 controls′serum with the PVL affinity ELISA method. The specimens without central nervous system organic disease, heart, liver, kidney diseases, and autoimmune diseases are collected from March to June 2015 in Hospital 261 of PLA′s hospitalized patients. The total of cases is 80.The cases of male are 52,and the cases of female are 28.The age is from 19 to 60,and the average of age is(27.2 ±6.2).Control group is selected from health checkers from the same petiod. The cases of male are 52,and the cases of female are 28.The age is from 19 to 61,and the average of age is(27.8 ±5.4).The relationships among serum PVL-Ig,total IgG and CIC levels in patient group and control group were investigated by rectilinear correlation analysis. Results The serum PVL-IgG level(3.128 ±0.531)(A value)in schizophrenia was significantly higher than control group(2.672 ±0.492)(A value),(t=3.846,P<0.01).PVL-IgM(0.351 ±0.082)(A value)and PVL-IgA(1.287 ±0.205)(A value)compared with the control group(0.362 ±0.073,1.203 ± 0.216)(A value), there was no difference(t=0.241,0.6013;P>0.05).There was positive correlation between serum PVL-IgG and CIC in patients(r=0.423 1,P<0.01).There was no significant correlation with IgG,IgM and IgA.Conclusions People with schizophrenia have an excess of PVL-IgG expression, which maybe participated in the pathological process of immunological injury.PVL-IgG may be one of the molecular mechanisms of patients′CIC stranded or cleared of obstacles.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of ultrasound ablation in treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Ninety-nine patients with 117 leiomyomas in total treated by Haifu JC focused ultrasound tumor therapeutic system were enrolled in prospective and non-randomized clinical trial in First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and Academy of Military Medical Sciences. Ultrasound ablation was performed guided by real-time ultrasonography under conscious sedation for single session. All patients were followed up at 6 months after treatment. On the day of treatment and after 1 month, patients were given by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) exam to evaluate the effect of fibroids ablation. At 3 and 6months after treatment, the ratio of ablated area and volume reduction of fibroids more than 50% were evaluated by MRI exam again. The symptoms improvements were evaluated by uterine fibroid symptom (UFS) and complications were analyzed by guideline of society of international radiation (SIR). Results The average ablated area ratio of the target fibroid was (76 ± 24)%. The average reduction in fibroid volume determined by MRI at 3 and 6 months after treatment was (45 ± 21)% and (59 ± 26)%. Which were significantly decreased than those before treatment (P < 0. 05). At 6 months after treatment, 84. 6% (99/117) of patients showed more than 50% volume reduction, the rate of improved symptom score was 92%(66/72). All patients could resume normal daily activities at 2 hours after treatment. The adverse reactions of SIR C - D included delayed hospitalization, repeat treatment and increased level of nursing. E - F included permanent sequelae and death. In this study, no adverse reactions of C - F were recorded. Common complications (SIR A- B, only observation or simple management without sequelae) were 35% (35/99).Four cases with adverse reactions B of SIR were found, including 2 cases with skin burning of degree Ⅱ and 2 cases with febrile, they were administered by symptomatic therapy and changing dressing The other adverse reaction A of SIR included sorness of buttock, vaginal discharge, dysuria and painful urination, they were only suggested by follow-up. Conclusion It was efficacy and safe that ultrasound ablation as a single strategy were used in treatment of uterine fibroids.

Hypoxia conditioning could increase the survival of transplanted neuronal progenitor cells (NPCs) in rats with cerebral ischemia but could also hinder neuronal differentiation partly by suppressing mitochondrial metabolism. In this work, the mitochondrial metabolism of hypoxia-conditioned NPCs (hcNPCs) was upregulated via the additional administration of resveratrol, an herbal compound, to resolve the limitation of hypoxia conditioning on neuronal differentiation. Resveratrol was first applied during the in vitro neuronal differentiation of hcNPCs and concurrently promoted the differentiation, synaptogenesis, and functional development of neurons derived from hcNPCs and restored the mitochondrial metabolism. Furthermore, this herbal compound was used as an adjuvant during hcNPC transplantation in a photothrombotic stroke rat model. Resveratrol promoted neuronal differentiation and increased the long-term survival of transplanted hcNPCs. 18-fluorine fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography and rotarod test showed that resveratrol and hcNPC transplantation synergistically improved the neurological and metabolic recovery of stroke rats. In conclusion, resveratrol promoted the neuronal differentiation and therapeutic efficiency of hcNPCs in stroke rats via restoring mitochondrial metabolism. This work suggested a novel approach to promote the clinical translation of NPC transplantation therapy.
