In order to know the general analysis ability of nursing students,the author chose 120 nursing students in grade 2002 and grade 2003 to carry out a pathological test with two kinds of test methods,and compared and analyzed their test performances statistically.The results show that there is obvious difference between the two kinds of test methods.The author is of the opinion that the nursing students are lack of general analysis ability in pathological study and it is necessary to improve the teaching method and test method.

BACKGROUND: superparamagnetic ferric oxide nanoparticle exhibits small diameter, good water solubility, histocompatibility, superparamagnetism and surface area effect, allowing the application in nuclear magnetic resonance and biomacromolecule as carriers. OBJECTIVE: To construct superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles coated by dextran (DCIONP), determine its physical and magnetic properties and evaluate the magnetic properties of tumor cells labeled by DCIONP in vitro. METHODS: The DCIONP was obtained by means of classical coprecipitation in dextran solution. Its size was determined by the transmission electron microscopy, and the crystal formation in DCIONP was measured by X-ray diffraction analysis. T2 values as well as relaxation rate were evaluated with a 1.5T MR system. After ostecsarcoma cell line MG63, hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HGP2 and rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal cells were labeled by DCIONP in vitro, the perls blue staining and the transmission electron microscopy were performed to observe intracellular iron. In addition, the change of magnetic signal intensity was measured by 1.5T MR. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The iron size was 10 nm and the formation of Fe_3O_4 crystal in DCIONP was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. These nanoparticles possessed some characteristic of superparamagnetic and showed the spin-spin relaxation rate of 3.936×10~6 mol/s. After three kinds of cells were labeled by DCIONP, the nanoparticles were mainly located in nucleus, and partially in cytoplasm confirmed. The spin-spin relaxations were shortened gradually compared with increasing labeled cells. Obvious magnetic attenuation was measured at 2×10~9/L and 2×10~(10)/L labeled cells. Results show that the prepared nanoparticle with stable physical and magnetic prosperities was developed, and it is able to product characteristic magnetic attenuation on the magnetic labeled tumor cells by 1.5T MR.

BACKGROUND: In recent years, the progression of transplantation of allografts has put forward to a new way to repair massive bone and joint defect caused by various reasons, which was a difficult subject in the past.OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effect of massive allograft and interlocking intramedullary nail on rebuilding bone and joint after bone tumor resection.DESIGN: Self-control observation SETTING: Department of Orthopaedics, Yunnan Provincial Tumor Hospital PARTICIPANTS: From April 1998 to January 2003, totally 18 patients with 15 cases of malignant bone tumor and 3 of osteoma-like disease, accepted bone tumor focus removal followed by intrmedullary nailing and allogenic bone transplantation, consented to join the study, were recruited.INTERVENTIONS: Allografts were taken from fresh cadaveric bone (Prepared and stored in Yunnan Provincial Tumor). The bone segment of osteoma was cut completely and the allografts were transplanted at the bone defects. The proximal and distal intrmedullary nailing were inserted in order. Auto cancellous bone particles were transplanted at the bone joint to promote the healing at bone end. The upper part of shoulder bone was transplanted to perform reconstruct of retotar and triangular muscle; half knee joint was transplanted to attach important muscle and ligament. After external fixation of 4 to 6 weeks following operation, the functional exercise was conducted in order sequence. Evaluating the curative effect of functional recovery of the limbs at postoperative 3,6 and 12 months as well as follow-up was carried out according to the criteria of Mankin(excellent ,good , moderate , unsatisfied).MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ①Functional recovery of limb of the patients. ② Adverse and side effectRESULTS: Date of totally 18 patients was entered result analysis. ①Functional recovery result of the limbs: According to evaluated criteria put forward by Mankin. In this group, 7 cases of excellent, 6 of good, 4 of moderate and 1 of unsatisfied. Bony callus and the concentration of nuclide were increased gradually in the examination at month 6 and 12. About 10-14 months after operation, the osteotylus would cover the end of allograft, substituted the allograft gradually. ② Adverse events and side effect:In this group, no tumor was survived in 16 cases, two cases died of primary lesion and pulmonary metastasis at postoperative 12 months and 18 months respectively. No infection, bone nonunion, flexible internal fixation or ruptures were found in the limbs of other patients. No one was found with shortened limbs. The patient with part joint transplantation has limitation in joint move, but the joint was stable.CONCLUSION: This operation has the highest stabilization .The patients can do exercise earlier to recover function, and injury arthritis could be prevented. It is suitable to rebuild the bone after bone tumor resection.

Objective To assess the effects of Jinghou Zengzhi Recipe(JHZZR),a Chinese prescription with the action of tonifying Qi and blood ,on the ovary apoptosis and expression of Bim in ovarian granulosa cells (GCs) of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH) rats , and analyze the possible therapeutic mechanism. Methods A model of COH rats were prepaered and 30 female SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups , including control group,positive control group,low,medium and high concentration group in six rats in each group. The apoptosis index(AI)in ovarian GCs were detected by TUNEL ,and the expression of Bim by qPCR. Results The AI of ovarian GCs in high and medium concentration group were obviously lower(P < 0.05)than that in the positive control group,and there is no significant differences(P > 0.05)comparing with control group. The mRNA levels of Bim were lower(P<0.05)in all concentration group than those in positive control group ,but still higher(P<0.05)than that in control group. And there is no significant differences(P>0.05)during the three concentration groups in Bim mRNA. Conclusion JHZZR can inhibit the ovarian GCs apoptosis of COH rats through decreasing the expression of Bim mRNA ,which improve the quality of ovarian follicle.

Objective To construct and express a prokaryotic expression vector carrying the gene of FimH 1-156 that comprises human lysosome membrane protein 2 P41-49 gene ,and to express and purify the fusion protein .Methods FimH1-156 gene was cloned from plasmid pPKL241 by PCR ,and inserted into vector pET-28a(+ ) to obtain prokaryotic expression plasmid pET-28a-FimH . After transforming Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) with pET-28a-FimH ,fusion protein FimH1-156 was expressed under induction .The target fusion protein was purified ,and its antigenicity was detected through Western blot .Results The expressed recombinant pro-tein was purified ,the expression of protein was the highest when IPTG was 1 mmol/L and 4h after induction ,it was expressed as include body form ,and the expressed protein was identified to react with monoclonal antibodies 6 × His by Western blotting .Conclu-sion We cloned FimH1-156 fusion protein expressed genes successfully ,constructed prokaryotic expression vector ,and won the in-clusion body purification of FimH1-156 fusion protein .

Objective To investigate the efficiency and safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD)for rectal neuroendocrine neoplasm(NEN). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on data collected from 58 consecutive patients with rectal NEN,who underwent endoscopic ultrasonography and followed by ESD from January 2006 to January 2016 at Peking University First Hospital. Patients′endoscopic and pathological features, clinical manifestations, R0 resection rate and follow-up results were studied. Results En bloc resection was achieved for all of the 58 lesions with a mean diameter of 7.6 mm(range 3.0-18.0 mm). The complete resection rate was 94.8%(55/58). One patient showed postoperative bleeding. The diameter of lesion more than 15 mm increased the risk of non-R0 resection(P<0.05). During the mean follow-up of 3.2 years(range 1.2-11.2 years), all patients remained free from local recurrence. However,distant metastasis was detected in 1 NEN G2 patient with lymphatic invasion(1.7%). Conclusion ESD is effective for treatment of rectal NEN with diameter less than 15 mm and causes less complications. Tumor features and stage determine the risk of distant metastasis,so long-term follow-up is essential.

Objective This study aimed to assess the risk of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in patients with multiple myeloma (MM) by systematic analysis.Methods The literature was retrieved in 4 English databases (PubMed,Web of science,OVID,Cochrane Library)and 3 Chinese databases (CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang) as of september 2016.The key word in English/Chinese database retrieval is " MM or multiple myeloma and infection".Newcastle Ottawa Scale (NOS) was used to evaluate the article quality.The overall odds ratio (OR) and 95％ confidence intervals (95％ Cls)were estimated by fixed (heterogeneity test at/2 ＜ 25％) or random (heterogeneity test atI2 ≥25％) effects model.Results A total of 9 studies were included in the Meta analysis.The study found that multiple myeloma patients had an increased risk of HBV and HCV infection,3.17 and 4.16 times higher than the control group.HBV (OR =3.17,95％ CI:1.17-1.96,I2 =27％,P =0.002) and HCV infection (OR =4.16,95％ CI:1.33-2.22,I2 =0％,P ＜0.001) in the multiple myeloma group were significantly different from those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions HBV and HCV infection are risk factors for multiple myeloma and should be highly regarded and controlled before and after treatment.

Objective To explore the effect of Suxiao Jiuxin pill combined with rice vinegar on the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia in herpes zoster patients.Methods Eighty outpatients and inpatients with herpes zoster were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,each with 40 cases.The control group received the antiviral drug acyclovir gel to treat the herpes,and the observation group received Suxiao Jiuxin pill combined with rice vinegar.The patients were evaluated by the visual analogue scale (VAS) during two months follow-up period,and it was defined as the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia that the score of VAS was more than 0,and the more than 0 score of VAS was sustained more than 30 days.The incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia was compared between two groups.Results The incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia was 52.5 ％ (21/40) in the observation group,and was lower than 80％ (32/40) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =6.7645,P＜0.01).Conclusions The Suxiao Jiuxin pill combined with rice vinegar can decrease the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia following herpes zoster.

Objective:To construct a mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) intervention program suitable for uremic hemodialysis patients, and analyze the impact of the program on renal function and quality of life in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods:This was a randomized controlled trial. The convenience sampling method was used to select 92 uremic patients who underwent hemodialysis in the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang City from March 2018 to March 2019. They were divided into routine group (46 cases, routine care) and MBSR group (46 cases, MBSR of face-to-face guidance combined with WeChat platform supervision) by random number table method. Both groups were intervened for 8 weeks. The Chinese version of the European Five-Dimensional Scale (EQ-5D-3L) was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients, and the quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention was compared; and the blood creatinine (Scr) and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), urea nitrogen (BUN), cystatin C (CysC) levels of the two groups before and after the intervention were analyzed.Results:Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the levels of Scr, eGFR, BUN, and CysC between the two groups ( P>0.05); after 8 weeks of intervention, the levels of Scr, eGFR, BUN, and CysC were (201.81±14.77) μmol/L, (35.30 ± 2.02) ml/min and (11.47 ± 2.66) mmol/L, (2.41 ± 0.28) mg/L in the MBSR group, (218.37 ± 14.90) μmol/L, (33.99 ± 1.95) ml/min, (12.50 ± 0.76) mmol/L, (2.76 ± 0.30) mg/L in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups ( t values were 2.53-5.79, all P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in EQ-5D-3L scores between the two groups ( P>0.05); after 8 weeks of intervention, the pain (discomfort), anxiety (depression), Vasual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores were (1.17 ± 0.34), (1.02 ± 0.35), (88.57 ± 20.28) points in the MBSR group, and (1.46 ± 0.63), (1.30 ± 0.32), (62.69 ± 18.79) points in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups ( t=2.75, 4.00, 6.35, all P<0.05). Scr level was negatively correlated with self-care, pain (discomfort), anxiety (depression), mobility, daily activity ability, and VAS ( r values were -0.481 - -0.214, all P<0.05); eGFR level was positively correlated with self-care, pain (discomfort), anxiety (depression), mobility, daily activity ability, and VAS ( r values were 0.199-0.492, all P<0.05). But BUN and CysC levels were not correlated with EQ-5D-3L score (all P>0.05). Conclusions:MBSR can effectively improve the renal function and quality of life of uremic hemodialysis patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
