Objective:To explore the relationship between polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)gene G894T and coronary heart disease(CAD)in Han Nationlity.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)was used to determine the genotype of the eNOS gene G894T in 103 patients with CAD and 104 controls.Results:There was significant difference in frequencies of allele in G894T polymorphism of eNOS gene between CAD and control groups(P=0.029),but there was no significant difference in genotype distribution between two groups.Logistic regression analysis revealed that hypertension,diabete mellitus and smoking history were independent risk factors for the incidence of CAD,but T allele was not.Conclusion:The frequency of eNOS gene G894T mutation in the CAD group is higher than that in the control group and T allele may be related to with the development of CAD.

Objective To study the evaluation of ultrasonic gastrography examination(UGE) in general survy.Methods Collected and analyzed the cases of physical examination in outpatient service ,from Jan,2007 to Mar,2007,in which all the patients who stated having upper bellyache underwent UGE. Compared the results of UGE with results of gastroscope examination to find out the accuracy of UGE.Results The image manifestations have a certain degree regularities .The percentage of accurate ultrasonic diagnoses is 89%.Conclusions UGE is an effective method to diagnose gastric diseases.

Objective:To observe the effect of periodontal initial therapy on the serum level of lipid in the patients with both periodontitis and hyperlipidemia.Methods:Twenty patients with both hyperlipidemia and moderate to severe chronic periodontitis were enrolled in this study.Periodontal parameters [plaque index(PLI),bleeding on probing(BOP),bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD) and attachment level(AL)] were evaluated prior to and 3 months after periodontal initial therapy.Simultaneously,the patients' serum levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-lipoprotein cholesterol,low-lipoprotein cholesterol were also measured.Results:(1) Three months after periodontal therapy,the periodontal infection and inflammation in patients reduced comparing with baseline.The PD,PLI,BI,and BOP decreased significantly(the PD,PLI,BI,and BOP reduced from 3.98?0.12 to 2.39?0.13,1.23?0.10 to 0.84?0.08,2.63?0.14 to 1.48?0.08 and 94.26?1.84 to 33.57?2.06,respectively;P

Objective: To explore psoriasis vulgaris efficacy of the narrow band UVB therapy combined with compound glycyrrhizin. Methods: The study made it clear diagnosis for patients admitted to our hospital 45 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into experimental group with 25 cases(narrow band UVB therapy combined with compound glycyrrhizin) and control group with 20 cases(only narrow-band UVB irradiation), in order to compare and analyze the treatment effect, the incidence of adverse reactions and symptoms before and after treatment PASI score recorded. Results: The difference was not statistically significant about PASI score of patients in the experimental group and the control group before treatment(t=0.153, P>0.05). But the difference of PASI score was statistically significant between two groups of patients after treatment(t=4.675, P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in patients of the experimental group was 92%and 75%in the control group. The adverse symptoms in the experimental group and control group were 20% and 60% respectively. The differences were statistically significant (x2=47.908, P<0.05). Conclusion: Narrow band UVB combined with compound glycyrrhizin treatment of psoriasis with respect to only a narrow band ultraviolet therapy have significant therapeutic effect, and it can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms. It is worth popularizing in clinical.

In order to know the general analysis ability of nursing students,the author chose 120 nursing students in grade 2002 and grade 2003 to carry out a pathological test with two kinds of test methods,and compared and analyzed their test performances statistically.The results show that there is obvious difference between the two kinds of test methods.The author is of the opinion that the nursing students are lack of general analysis ability in pathological study and it is necessary to improve the teaching method and test method.

Objective To evaluate the effects of developing professional value of nursing students based on Chinese medicine culture.Methods 69 nursing students in the second year were divided into the intervention group(n=34) and the control group (n=35).The students in the intervention group received a 3-month education project based on Chinese medicine culture,while the control group received only routine education plan.The effect of the intervention was evaluated by nursing professional values-R (NPVS-R) at the end of the intervention.Results The scores of NPVS-R including total scores and the scores of the two dimensions of caregiving and behavioristic in the intervention group significantly increased compared with those in the control group.Conclusions The intervention of developing professional value of nursing students based on Chinese medicine culture can improve the level of professional value.

It was concluded that each type fibers in the rat plantaris exhibit significant differences in metabolic and functional activity. The type ⅡA fibers present both high activity of glycolytie enzyme and oxidase, and reflect that these enzymes may play very important role in energy metabolism. Further study remains to bedertaken.
