Objective To use computer and network technologies for Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR) monitoring.Methods Design adverse drug reaction clinical briefing system software, use the advance of the briefing system in monitoring the adverse drug reactions with fast and convenient and high efficiency.Results The reported rate of adverse drug reactions increased significantly.Conclusion Hospitals strengthen ADR monitoring will help improve quality of medical care and safety of rational drug use.

Objective To investigate the correlations of short-term prognosis and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) of no heart disease patients in ICU.Methods Sixty patients of critically ill in our ICU ward from March 2010 to March 2012 were taken scores of acute physiology and chronic health Ⅱ scoring system (APACHE Ⅱ score) and determination serum BNP level in 24 hours of admission and analysis mortality in hospital time,mechanical ventilation time and other major prognostic indicators.Results Forty-two cases were living,18 cases were dead in the 60 cases (mortality rate 30％).APACHE Ⅱ score (26.46 ± 11.6) and serum BNP concentrations(2154.26 ± 1126.49) ng/L were significantly higher in death cases than in living cases (13.45 ± 4.20) vs.(1058.16 ± 857.83) ng/L (t =6.4055,4.1190,P ＜ 0.001),mechanical ventilation time mortality rate both also increase with BNP levels (F =49.089,22.754,36.398 respectively,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion BNP level and APACHE Ⅱ score rise of survival of critically ill patients have important prognostic significance with duration of mechanical ventilation,length of hospital stay prognostic indicators forecast.

Objective To explore quality of life (QOL) of spouses of spinal cord injury patients,as well as its influencing factors.Methods Sixty-eight spouses of spinal cord injury patients were recruited as an observation group.At the same time,another 70 healthy married people who had no serious chronic diseases in the family but were matched in gender,age,occupation and education were chosen as a control group.The QOL of all the subjects in both groups was investigated by way of a questionnaire survey.The results of both groups were compared and factors that influenced their QOL were explored.Results The QOL of spouses of spinal cord injury patients,including total QOL ( 3.22 ± 0.37 ),physiological function ( 60.57 ± 14.22 ),psychological state ( 60.09 ± 8.06 ),social relations (63.37 ± 8.10 ) and the living environment (66.86 ± 11.26 ) were significantly lower than in the control group (4.62 ± 0.75 ; 82.48 ± 10.92 ; 86.02 ± 8.75 ; 85.94 ± 10.13 and 83.23 ± 9.54,respectively).The QOL of spouses of spinal cord injury patients was closely related to the patient's injury type,injury position,the treatment protocol,as well as their own gender,vocation and education.Conclusion The QOL of spouses of spinal cord injury patients is significantly lower than that of normal people,and closely related with the patients' injury type,injury position and treatment,as well as their own gender,vocation and education.

Objective To estimate the performance of Wood's lamp examination in the diagnosis of superficial cutaneous fungal infections. Methods Totally, 129 patients, who were diagnosed with superficial cutaneous fungal infections according to clinical medical history and signs, were enrolled in this study. Wood's lamp examination of lesions was carried out. Cutaneous samples were obtained from the patients and subjected to microscopic examination and fungal culture. Results Wood's lamp examination was positive in 84% and 85.7% of patients with tinea versicolor and malassezia folliculitis, respectively; among these patients positive for Wood's lamp examination, 92.9% were positive for fungal culture, and 87.5% for microscopic examination. In patients clinically diagnosed with tinea manus and pedis, tinea corporis or tinea cruris, 8.3% were positive for Wood's lamp examination, while 85.4% were positive for fungal examination. There was a high consistency between Wood's lamp examination and fungal examination in patients with tinea versicolor and malassezia folliculitis, but not in those with tinea manus and pedis, tinea corporis or tinea cruris. Conclusions Wood's lamp examination shows a high specificity and sensitivity and is useful in the diagnosis of tinea versicolor and malassezia folliculitis, but seems unapplicable for the diagnosis of tinea manus and pedis, tinea corporis or tinea cruris.

Objective To clone and express the new gene R049 of uropathogenic Escherichia coli 132.and to investigate the immunopmtective effects of the R049 recombinant protein on mice.Methods The pmkaryotic expression system of gene R049 was constructed by directed cloning.Thereafter,the R049 recombinant protein Was expressed and purified by Ni affinity chromatography.Polyclonal antibody was pre-pared by immunizing BALB/c mice with R049 recombinant protein.The R049 recombinant protein and whole bacterial proteins of UPEC132 were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.BALB/c mice were im-munized with R049 recombinant protein before challenged by UPECl32 through urinary tract.Then the differences of urine and renal colony counts between immunization group and control group were compared.Results The recombinant strain E coli BL21(DE3)/pET32a-R049 ORF was constructed successfully,and the relative molecular mass of the R049 recombinant protein was 66.9×103 and its purity was up to 95% af-ter purification.The titer of polyclonal antibody wag≥1:102 400 analyzed by indirect ELISA.Both of the R049 recombinant protein and whole bacterial proteins of UPECl 32 were confirmed to show specffic reactions on the antiserunl throughh Western blot.The animal experiments showed the urine and renal colony counts of immunization group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclu-sion The new gene R049 of uropathogenic E.coli 132 had immunopmtective effects on mice and the defini-tive mechanism would be needed to further study.

Objective To compare the treatment outcome of underwent surgery plus radiotherapy and radiotherapy/chemoradiotherapy plus salvage surgery for stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ laryngeal carcinoma,to investigate an optimized treatment for the patients of stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ laryngeal carcinoma.Methods Clinical data from 103 patients with stage Ⅲ (39 cases) or stage Ⅳ (64 cases) laryngeal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into surgery plus radiotherapy group (S±R,46 cases) and radiotherapy/chemoradiotherapy plus salvage surgery group (R±S,57 cases).Overall survival,relapse free survival,and laryngeal preservation rate were used to compare the treatment outcome between two groups.Multivariate regression models were used to analyze the independent factors for survival and laryngeal preservation rate.Results Survival rate was higher in S±R group than in R±S group [2 year overall survival/relapse free survival 74.7 ％ (34/46) / 72.4 ％ (33/46) vs 46.4 ％ (26/57) / 40.9 ％ (23/57),P ＜ 0.05].Laryngeal preservation rate was higher in R±S group than in S±R group [93.0 ％ (15/46) vs 32.6 ％ (53/57),P ＜ 0.05].Multivariate analysis demonstrated that treatment modality and T stage were independent factors for long-term survival,while treatment modality was the only an independent factor for laryngeal preservation rate.Conclusions Surgery plus radiotherapy result in better survival and lower laryngeal preservation rate than radiotherapy/chemoradiotherapy plus salvage surgery in treatment of stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ laryngeal carcinoma.Surgery plus radiotherapy should be the first choice for treatment of locally advanced laryngeal carcinoma.Improvement of the quality of life could be achieved by laryngeal preservation surgery and phonation reconstruction procedures.

Objective To evaluate the effectiviness and safety of rituximab in the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia .Meth-ods Standard doses and small doses of rituximab alone or combined therapy with other methods were used in 2 cases with immune thrombocytopenia who diagnosed and treated for the first time ,and 6 cases who diagnosed with refractory recurrent immune throm-bocytopenia .The recent curative effect ,adverse reactions were analyzed .Results The recent curative effect was well in the 2 cases who diagnosed and treated for the first time ,but 1 case recurrenced after 6 months .4 cases of effective in the 6 cases who diagnosed with refractory recurrent ,in which 1 case recurrenced after 2 years ,2 cases had no effect .All of the patients have no obvious adverse reaction in the near future .Conclusion Rituximab treatment of immune thrombocytopenic ,it is of good curative effect ,good safety and tolerability .

Objective: To investigate six mineral element contents of rice bran and milled rice from three color rice cultivars (white rice, red rice, black rice). Methods: Select 36 typical cultivars and determine Se, Zn, Fe, Ca, Mn, Cu contents in their rice bran and milled rice with AFS-2201 atomic fluorescent spectrometer and AA-680 atomic absorption spectrometer. Results: 1. The six mineral element contents of rice bran were 2.58, 3.35, 10.04, 4.58, 12.79 and 6.59 times as those of milled rice respectively. 2. The Ca content of black milled rice was significantly higher than that of white and red milled rice. The Mn content in rice bran of white rice was significantly higher than those of black and red rice. Other mineral element contents were not significantly different. 3. For rice bran and milled rice of different cultivars, the contents of each mineral element in three color rices varied greatly. Conclusions: 1. The content of six minerals in rice bran was 5.66 times on average as that in milled rice in all cultivars of three color rice. 2. Eight cultivars of the highest content of each mineral in rice bran and milled rice were recommended for commercial use and human consumption.

Objective:To investigate the molecular epidemiological characteristics of norovirus (NoV) in hospitalized children with sporadic acute gastroenteritis in Tianjin in 2019.Methods:Fecal specimens and clinical data were collected from 3 116 hospitalized children with sporadic acute gastroenteritis possibly caused by viral infection in Tianjin Children′ Hospital between January and December, 2019. Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect NoV. Partial sequences of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) and capsid genes of NoV were amplified by RT-PCR. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis were performed for further analysis.Results:Among the 3 116 specimens, 809 (26.0%) were positive for NoV. There were significant differences in NoV detection rate between different age groups ( P=0.000), and the highest NoV detection rate (31.6%) was observed in the age group of 7-12 months. Moreover, the detection rate of NoV varied with seasons ( P=0.000), and the NoV detection rate was highest in winter (39.0%). Based on the sequence analysis of RdRp and capsid genes, 286 identified NoV strains belonged to six genotypes, which were GⅡ.P12-GⅡ.3, GⅡ.P16-GⅡ.2, GⅡ.P17-GⅡ.17, GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.2, GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.3 and GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.4. The predominant genotype was GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.4 Sydney 2012 (61.2%), followed by GⅡ.P12-GⅡ.3 (33.6%, 96/286), GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.3 (2.4%, 7/286), GⅡ.P16-GⅡ.2 (2.1%, 6/286), GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.2 (0.3%, 1/286) and GⅡ.P17-GⅡ.17 (0.3%, 1/286). Patients carrying the NoV of GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.4 Sydney 2012 genotype were likely to suffer from vomiting than those positive for NoV of GⅡ.P12-GⅡ.3 genotype. Conclusions:NoV was an important pathogen causing acute gastroenteritis in children. GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.4 Sydney 2012 and GⅡ.P12-GⅡ.3 were the major genotypes of NoV in hospitalized children with sporadic acute gastroenteritis in Tianjin in 2019.

Objective:To evaluate the prevalence of human rhinovirus (HRV) infection in hospitalized children in Tianjin and investigate the clinical impact of HRV infections.Methods:From July 2017 to December 2019, 2 945 nasopharyngeal secretion specimens were screened for HRV using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). VP4/VP2 sequences of HRV were further characterized. The clinical characteristics of the HRV infection were analyzed. The detection results of HRV for different groups and different months were compared using SPSS 19.0.Results:HRV-positive specimens accounted for 8.15% (240/2 945), of which 74.78% (86/115) were diagnosed with pneumonia, 40.83%(98/240) had co-infections with other common pathogens. HRV infections could be detected throughout the year with peaks in spring (11.00%, 66/660) and autumn (9.29%, 81/872). The positive rate of HRV was 4.14%(29/700) in winter. By VP4/VP2 sequence analysis, HRV-A was the most frequently detected strain(50.00%, 78/156), followed by HRV-C (41.67%, 65/156).46.15% (30/65) of HRV-C infections occurred in October and November. There were several different HRV-A types and HRV-C types. The most commonly detected HRV-A types were A12(11.54%, 9/78), A49(6.41%, 5/78), A22, A101, and A66(5.13%, 4/78), etc. The most common HRV-C types were C2(20.00%, 13/65), C22(9.23%, 6/65), C26, C43, C54 and C53(4.62%,3/65). Patients with HRV-A infections are more likely to show fever symptoms than HRV-C (χ2=5.411, P<0.05). No significant difference in other symptoms were found between the two types. Conclusions:HRV was a commonly detected virus among infants and had a clear seasonal distribution. It′s also possible for the HRV patients to have co-infections with other pathogens.HRV showed high genetic diversity.
