Objective: To investigate the effects of Pingzhi Jianxin tea(平脂健心茶) on treating hyperl ipaemia and its mechanisms.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases with hyperlipaemia were randomly divided into trea tme nt group and control group, the treatment group was treated with Pingzhi Jianxin tea and the control group was t reated with gingko nut leaf tablet.The curative effects between two groups were compared.Meanwhile, experimental study on animal model of hyperlipaemia was conducted.Results:The total effective rates in depressing blood lipids and viscosity in treatment group was 92.5% and in control group was 72.5%.The total effective rates in electrocardiogram improvements were 65.5% and 56.3% respectively.The difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01 and P<0.05)． In experimental study the blood lipid of hyperlipaemia rats was reduced after taking Pingzhi Jianxin tea and this action in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusions:The curative effects of Pingzhi Jianxin tea on treating hyperlipaemia and improving myocardial ischemia are confirmed and if used for a long time there is not harmful effect.

Objective To observe clinical effects of treming duodenal ulcer with rebeprazole combined with ulcer powder.Methods 78 cases patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group was treated wlth omeprazole,and the treatment group was treated with rebeprazole combined with ulcer powder.Thetherapeutic effects and adverse reaction were observed in both groups.Ayear's follow-up was performed after the treatment to observe ulcer recurrence rate of the two groups.Results The therapeutic effects of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,and adverse reaction and ulcer recurrence rate of the treatment group were markedly lower than the control group.Conclusion The therapy of rebeprazole combined with ulcer powder has better effect in treating patients with duodenal ulcer than omeprazole.

Epilepsy is a brain dysfunction syndrome resulted from many causes,which is closely related to age,especially occuring in the immature brain.Long-term,repeated seizures can lead to immature brain tissue damage,and increase susceptibility of immature brain to epileptic brain damage.Not only does substantia nigra network have the effect of delicate anticonvulsion,but it is also vulnerable to epilepticseizures.Protecting the immature brain substantia nigra pars can prevent or reduce the risk of seizures,epilepsy has an important role in brain injury recovery.Giving children the brain protective drugs aimed directly at substantia nigra pars is a viable and effective method to treat epileptic brain injury.

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacological action of Shaducao oral succus in mice.METHODS:Pole-climbing test,charcoal clearance test,ear-swelling test,ink-propelling test were conducted respectively to observe the antifatigue action of Shaducao oral succus,and its effect on nonspecific immunity,anti-inflammatory and anti-diarrhea effects on mice. RESULTS: Shaducao oral succus markedly prolonged the duration of mice in climbing pole,and it also showed remarkable antifatigue effect. High dose of Shaducao oral succus significantly enhanced mice's charcoal clearance coefficient and clearance capacity index and enhanced mice's immune function.At high,middle and low doses,Shaducao oral succus markedly ameliorated dimethyl benzene-induced otitis,significantly lowered the ink-propelling speed,and satisfactorily relieved diarrhea. CONCLUSION: Shaducao oral succus was proved to be of certain antifatigue,anti-inflammatory and anti-diarrhea effects meanwhile it could enhance the nonspecific immunity of mice.

To study the effect of iron deficiency (ID)on crythrocyte membrane proteins, an investigation of the activity and site of Na+-K+-ATPase in crythrocyte membrane of rats with iron deficient anemia (IDA) was conducted. It was found that changes of the enzyme activity had various ciiaracteristics as ID course went on, and there was no difference in the numbers of 3H-ouabain binding sites (R0) between IDA rats and controls. In contrast to the controls, Na+-K+- ATPase activity of IDA rats showed no relation with R0, suggesting a primary association of the abnormalized activity of the enzyme with its molecular state in ID erythrocyte membrane which could be affected by the surroundings of cell metabolism and spatial structure.

Obiective To observe clinical effect of treating patients with chronic gastritis with Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with western medicine. Methods 65 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with western medicine. The therapeutic effects and adverse reaction were observed in both groups. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group, with P<0.05. While the adverse reaction of the treatment group was markedly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with western medicine therapy has better effects in treating patients with chronic gastritis than exclusive western medicine.

Objective To observe the effect of the trinity comprehensive therapy for adolescent pseudo-myopia.Methods According to the digital table,149 patients(298 eyes) were divided into the observation group75 patients(150 eyes) and the control group74 patients(148 eyes).The observation group were given with the trinity comprehensive therapy:herbal acupoint massage,auricular-plaster therapy and to wear the crystal apparatus.The control group were given with 0.5％ tropicamide eye drops.Based on the naked distant vision,this paper will observe their respective curative effect,and then make the statistical analysis afterwards.Results The effective rate in the observation group was(95.14％),which was significantly higher than (78.26％)of the control group (Z =-12.563,P ＜ 0.05).Meanwhile,the effect of the treatment on the naked visual acuity in pseudo-myopia who were with (0.8 ± 0.1) was significantly higher than that of the naked visual acuity of the patients with low vision.And after a half-a-year treatment,the vision loss rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of the trinity comprehensive therapy for adolescent pseudo-myopia is definite,and can be maintained for a long time,which has a certain value to prevent the occurrence and development of juvenile myopia.

Objective To use computer and network technologies for Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR) monitoring.Methods Design adverse drug reaction clinical briefing system software, use the advance of the briefing system in monitoring the adverse drug reactions with fast and convenient and high efficiency.Results The reported rate of adverse drug reactions increased significantly.Conclusion Hospitals strengthen ADR monitoring will help improve quality of medical care and safety of rational drug use.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,evodiamine,rutecar-pine in different places of Evodia rutaecarpa. METHODS:UPLC was performed on the column of ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% Phosphoric acid aqueous solution(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 0.40 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 326 nm and 220 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the volume injection was 2 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 7.67-76.67 μg/ml for chlorogenic acid(r=0.999 2),13.33-133.33 μg/ml for evodiamine(r=0.999 7)and 13.33-133.33μg/ml for rutecarpine(r=0.999 8);the limits of quantitation were 0.11 ng,0.05 ng and 0.05 ng,the limits of detection were 0.03 ng,0.01 ng and 0.01 ng,respectively;RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3%;recoveries were 96.19%-101.90%(RSD=2.19%,n=6),95.35%-101.16%(RSD=2.27%,n=6)and 95.92%-98.98%(RSD=1.33%,n=6),re-spectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is rapid and accurate,and suitable for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic ac-id,evodiamine,rutecarpine in different places of E. rutaecarpa.
