Objective To investigate the protective effect of Schizandrae Lignanoid(SCL)on the apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by H2O2 and its relative mechanisms. Methods PC12 cells were divided into four groups: control group, model group, high dose SCL(SCL1) group, and low dose SCL(SCL2) group.Apoptosis of PC12 cells was induced by H2O2.The cell activity was determined by MTT,the cell apoptotic rate was determined by Annexin V-FITC/PI and ??m was detected by flow cytometry. The expressions of bcl-2 and bax were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with model group,SCL increased the survival rate of PC12 cells(P

For the existing measurement methods of residual voltage which can't turn the power off at peak voltage exactly and simultaneously display waveforms, a new residual voltage detection method is put forward in this paper. First, the zero point of the power supply is detected with zero cross detection circuit and is inputted to a single-chip microcomputer in the form of pulse signal. Secend, when the zero point delays to the peak voltage, the single-chip microcomputer sends control signal to power off the relay. At last, the waveform of the residual voltage is displayed on a principal computer or oscilloscope. The experimental results show that the device designed in this paper can turn the power off at peak voltage and is able to accurately display the voltage waveform immediately after power off and the standard deviation of the residual voltage is less than 0.2 V at exactly one second and later.

Objective To discuss the effects of carvedilol on the heart function and glucolipometabolism in elder patients with diastolic heart failure. Methods 76 elder patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group(n=34) and control group(n=42),all the patients were given routine treatment of diastolic heart failure, the patients in treatment group were given carvediol in addition( from little dose to more ),the course of treatment was 3-6 months. The parameters of the diastolic function of heart before and after treatment in two groups were determined by ultrasonic cardiogram and uninjured cardiodynamic machine. And the levels of fasting blood glucose, triacylglucerol(TG),cholesterol in two groups were detected. Results After treatment the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group( P

Objective To explore the correlation between wide QRS of transesophageal atrial pacing (TEAP) and implicit ventricular pre-excitation.Methods 77 patients tested by TEAP were divided into two groups according to the ECG results .45 patients in group Ⅰhad normal electrocardiogram .32 patients in group Ⅱhad ven-tricular pre-excitation.In group Ⅰ,TEAP results showed that electric pulse wave (S wave) was followed by intermit-tent or continuous wide QRS complex .At the same time , the results of group Ⅰ were compared with the results of groupⅡ.Results (1)The patients of group Ⅰwere excluded the presence of concealed accessory pathway by intra-cavitary electrocardiographic test, among them 20 patients (group ⅠA) were ventricular pacing, the test results dis-played that S wave was followed by wide QRS complex exhibiting a pattern of right bundle branch block ( RBBB) ,SR interval was 0 s;SR intervals of 25 patients (groupⅠB) were not fixed,SR interval was (0.07 ±0.01)s,S wave had no concern with QRS wave ,the wide QRS complex was premature ventricular contraction ,QRS wave shapes were dif-ferent according to the different sites of pacing origin .(2)In groupⅡ,the test results displayed that S wave was close-ly followed by the atrial depolarization wave P ,and there was a wide QRS complex with pre-excitation wave at the be-ginning after a atrioventricular conduction time shorter than normal ,SR interval was fixed ,SR interval was (0.08 ±0. 03)s,at the same time, different parts of accessory pathway QRS complex had different morphological characteristics . (3) SR interval of ⅠA group compared with groupⅠB and groupⅡ,the differences were statistically significant ( t=2.97,3.02,all P<0.05);SR interval had no statistically significant difference between group ⅠB and groupⅡ(t=2.66,P>0.05).Conclusion When TEAP displaying pacing wide QRS complex ,in order to avoid bringing misdiag-nosis,TEAP results should be analyzed comprehensively rather than blindly believing that the reason was concealed accessory pathway .

ObjectiveTo study of the impact on dose distribution by electron width of energy spectrum and angular distribution using Monte Carlo simulation.MethodsThe simulated electron energy spectrum and angular distributions was as the input parameters and percentage depth dose (PDD) and offaxis curves were simulated by a modified PENELOPE code package. Results PDD and off-axis dose distribution curves are almost the same and are not sensitive to energy spectrum width and angular distribution with the exception of energy spectrum width of 2.5 MeV with obviously different curves.ConclusionsIn the situation of clinical treatment, spectrum and angular distributions can be ignored when their width are not very large. It is helpful to save about 9% time by using monoenergy beams in treatment planning system development.

Objective To analyse the multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) findings of small cholangiocarcinoma of common bile duct. Methods 15 cases with pathologically verified small cholangiocarcinoma of common bile duct were undergone unenhanced and three-phase contrast-enhanced MSCT scan. The entire morphologic changes of common bile duct were analysed with curved planar reformation(CPR).Results The attenuation of tumor relative to pancreas was iso-density in all cases at plain CT scan,hypo-density in 10 cases,iso-density in 3 cases and hyper-density in 2 cases at arterial phase,hypo-density in 1 case,iso-density in 3 cases and hyper-density in 11 cases at portal phase,iso-density in 5 caaes and hyper-density in 10 cases at delayed phase. The focal wall thickening of common bile duct appeared as circular or eccentric in 13 cases, intraluminal nodule in 2 cases, common bile duct was narrowing sharply in 11 cases and ending abruptly in 4 cases at obstructive level. Conclusion The small cholangiocarcinoma of common bile duct is of certain characteristics at unenhanced and three-phase contrast-enhanced CT scan.

Objective To explore the effects of low load exercise on the gait and balance in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods 12 inpatients with Parkinson's disease from May to August, 2015 accepted low load exercise on Power Rehabilitation System 14 times in 2 weeks, with the medication as before. They were assessed with 3D gait analysis and Berg Balance Scale before and after treatment. Results The step length, stride length and walking speed improved after treatment (P<0.05), and improved more in the seriously affected limbs. There was no difference in cadence, stride time, step time, single support, double support, opposite foot off and opposite foot contact after treatment (P>0.05). The scores of Berg Balance Scale improved after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The low load exercise can improve the gait and balance in patients with Parkinson's disease.
