Objective To explore the effect of team-based tutorial system to nursing student in the order cultivation Pattern. Methods This study used the convenience sampling method.109 students were choosed from orientation training classes that 2012 and 2013 grade as the research subjects. The 59 students from 2013 grade as the test group, implement team-based tutorial system to them in the fourth semester. The 50 students from 2012 grade that had been implemented general management as the control group, then compare the fourth semester final grade, classes atmosphere, the evaluation of patients and clinical teachers over the same period. Results The test group and control group students' scores of their fourth semester final grade, classes atmosphere, the evaluation of clinical teachers and patients were (92.39±2.39),(3.45±0.64),(95.33±2.01),(94.75±2.38) points and (90.91±2.62),(3.14±0.63),(91.00±1.82),(90.63±2.34) points. There was difference between them, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-7.82 ~ 3.06,P < 0.05).Conclusions The implementation of team-based tutorial system to nursing student in the order cultivation pattern can improve students' academic performance, improve their class atmosphere and their communication skills so that patients get good evaluation of patients and clinical teachers.

Reduced sulfur compounds ( RSCs) are one of the main pollutant species in the atmosphere, so it is of great significance to develop a rapid and on-line approaches for their detection. In this study, a portable time-of-flight mass spectrometer ( TOF-MS) with magnetic field enhanced photoelectron ionization source was designed to detect RSCs. The photoelectron ionization source was induced from vacuum ultraviolet photons which generated from vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) lamp with energy of 10. 6 eV. The energy of photoelectrons was controlled by adjusting the extraction voltage to produce the photoelectron ionization, and an annular magnet was used in the ionization region to improve the ionization efficiency of photoelectrons. From the simulation result by SIMION software, it was found that the introduction of magnet field made the motion trajectroies of electrons in the helical motion increase and the convergence of electron at the ionization source was achieved. Experimental results showed that after introducing the magnet filed, the sensitivity of H2 S, SO2 and CS2 was improved by a factor of 5. 3, 9. 4 and 6. 9, respectively. With a detection time of 50 s, the limits of detection for H2S, SO2 and CS2 were 0. 14, 0. 52 and 0. 31 mg/m3(S/N=3), respectively. It could be concluded that the portable TOF-MS with magnetic field enhanced photoelectron ionization source has great potential to be applied for on-line monitoring of volatile sulfides at the emission source.

Lung cancer associated with cystic airspaces (LCCA) is a type of lung cancer characterized by the presence of cystic cavities in or around the tumor on imaging. Due to its high potential for misdiagnosis or underdiagnosis, the prognosis of LCCA patients is poor, necessitating further large-scale clinical studies to elucidate its characteristics. Currently, four imaging classification systems exist, and there has been a progressive increase in attention towards LCCA, particularly with regard to the study of its imaging features. The results indicate a correlation between the pathological features and imaging findings of LCCA; however, research on driver gene mutations and molecular subtyping associated with lung cancer remains insufficient. Due to the challenges associated with early diagnosis and the poorer prognosis compared to general types of lung cancer, this paper comprehensively reviews the research progress on LCCA, including its definition, etiology, pathogenesis, imaging features, histological and pathological features, treatment, and prognosis, aiming to serve as a valuable resource for clinical decision-making.

Journal of Zhejiang University. Medical sciences 2020;49(2):260-269
OBJECTIVE:
To analysis the medication characteristics of the prescriptions issued via open channel by the National and Provincial Health Committee and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
METHODS:
We collected the data of traditional Chinese medicine related to treatment plans published by the National and Provincial Health Committee and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the start of COVID-19 outbreak to February 19, 2020. The frequency analysis, cluster analysis and association analysis were performed.
RESULTS:
The study collected 4 national and 34 regional prevention and treatment plans, 578 items, 84 traditional Chinese formulations, 60 Chinese patent medicines, and 230 Chinese herbs. The high frequently used herbs were , and . The commonly used traditional formulations included decoction, powder, and decoction. The Chinese patent drugs included pill, injection, and capsule. The most common paired medications were and and Two core combinations and one novel formula were discovered in the study.
CONCLUSIONS
powder and decoction are the basic formulations for syndrome of COVID-19. In addition, decoction, powder, decoction and decoction are the basic formulations for syndrome of COVID-19. The main medication characteristics are clearing heat, entilating lung, removing toxicity and removing turbidity. It shows that removing toxicity and eliminating evil are the prescription thought in treating epidemic disease of traditional Chinese medicine.
