Objective To design and analyze the comprehensive application of wireless network in hospital.Methods The wireless network technology and the 802.11 criterions and the main application fields of wireless network in hospitals were introduced,and analyzed the application directions of wireless network in hospitals and summarized the main effects of wireless network at hospitals.Results The application of wireless network in hospital can be raised the hospital management level,the medical quality and the working efficiency effectively.Conclusion The application of wireless network in hospital is so ripe that better functionality and efficiency of hospital information system could be gave.

Objective To research and develop a data collection and management system for water meters, electric meters and oxygen gauges within the hospital intranet and perform an interface to the reckon of No.1 Military Project to make sure the accruracy of reckon entry. Methods Terminal equipment is water meters, electric meters and oxygen gauges with RS485 long-distance transmission interface. All the long-distance transmission meters for each independent reckon unit are connected to a single or a group of Comport-Network transformers. The data collected by data collection software will then periodically transmit and save the equipment data in a single or multiple special datatables built on No.1 Military database platform. Results This technology has been applied to the newly built in -patient building. Conclusion The interface designed to integrate decentralized equipment and data into the hospital's local area network using Comport- Network will have extensive application and promising marketing prospect.

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbal drugs for genual osteoarthritis. Methods: 138 cases of the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 85 cases treated by electric acupuncture and moxibustion plus Chinese herbal drugs and the control group of 53 cases treated by oral administration of medications. The patients stopped treatment for one month after the treatment for one month, then the therapeutic effects were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 89.4% in the treatment group and 56.6% in the control group, with extremely significant difference (P ＜ 0.01) between the two groups.Conclusion: Electric acupuncture and moxibustion plus Chinese herbal drugs have a marked and irrefutable therapeutic effect on genual osteoarthritis.

Objective To compare the value of (~99m) Tc-octreotide scintigraphy and planar X-ray mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 32 patients with suspected breast cancer were enrolled into this study. All patients underwent (~99m) Tc-octreotide scintigraphy and planar X-ray mammography. The diagnostic efficiency of (~99m) Tc-octreotide scintigraphy and planar X-ray mammography were compared based on the post-surgery pathology. Results The sensitivity of (~99m) Tc-octreotide scintigraphy and planar X-ray mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 91.67% and 66.67%, the specificity was 100% and 37.50%, the accuracy was 93.75% and 59.38%, respectively. Combining (~99m) Tc-octreotide scintigraphy with planar X-ray mammography, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predicting values and negative predicting values for breast cancer was 95.83%, 100%, 96.88%, 82.14% and 47.06%, respectively. Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of (~99m) Tc-octreotide scintigraphy for breast cancer is superior to planar X-ray mammography. (~99m) Tc-octreotide scintigraphy combined with planar X-ray mammography, the diagnostic efficiency for breast cancer will be further improved.

Objective To observe the effects of therapy of tonifying kidney and replenishing essence on protein expression profile in testes of aged rats.Methods Twenty male SD rats with 22 months old were equally randomized into the blank control group and the treatment group.The treatment group received gastric gavage of herbs at the dose of 0.05g?kg-1.d-1,which has the actions of tonifying kidney and replenishing essence.The treatment lasted 60 days.After treatment,the right testes were taken out from the rats,and the differentially expressed proteins in the rats testes of two groups were analyzed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE).Results Compared with the model group,obvious changes were found in 7 kinds of differentially expressed proteins in rats testes of the treatment group,of which 4 kinds were up-regulated and 3 down-regulated.After digestion and identification by the matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrum,5 kinds from the 7 kinds of proteins were identified as phosphatidyl ethanolamine-binding protein(PEBP),heat shock 70 kDa protein 8,triose-phosphate isomerase,glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH),and glutathione S-transferase Mu 1(GSTM1-1).Conclusion The anti-aging mechanism of therapy of tonifying kidney and replenishing essence is probably related with the regulation of testis protein expression in aged rats.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and the perioperative treatments of repairing atrial septal defects and bilateral lung transplantation in treatment of ASD with Eisenmenger's syndrome.Methods On May 24th,2016,one case of atrial septal defect with Eisenmenger's syndrome underwent repair for the atrial septal defect with bilateral sequential lung transplantation aided by extracorporeal circulation ECMO in Zhongshan People's Hospital.In strict accordance to the procedure,the lung was collected and preserved with the HTK solution.The operation went smoothly,the cold ischemic time for the right lung was 120 min and that for the left lung was 260 min.Postoperatively,Tacrolimus (FK506) + Mycophenolate Mofetil (MMF) + adrenal cortical hormone Sanlian immunosuppression was used.Results At 60th h post-operation the patient was hemodynamically stable,with good oxygenation after removal of the ECMO.At 7th day post-operation the patient was extubated.At 12th-20th day post-operation bacterial culture of the sputum was found to be positive and the patient was treated with the corresponding sensitive antibiotics and recovered.Cardiac ultrasound before discharge showed that there was no residual shunt.One month after discharge the cardiopulmonary function of the patient was quite good,chest X-ray showed that the bilateral transplanted lungs were clear and the patient's quality of life was much better.Conclusion Cardiac malformation repairs with bilateral lung transplantation is a feasible treatment for patients with end-stage Eisenmenger's syndrome with bi-directional shunts.The key to success is sufficient preoperative preparation,and a smooth operation with the timely and effective treatment of postoperative complications.

Objective To evaluate the role of 131I SPECT/CT in post-surgical re-staging and recurrence risk stratification in patients with DTC and its impact on subsequent treatment strategy.Methods 131I-WBS and 131I SPECT/CT were performed at the same time 5 to 7 d after 131I treatment in 118 patients (33 males,85 females,average age 45 years) with DTC.Difference in the localization and qualitative diagnosis of 131I uptake lesions between 131I-WBS and 131I SPECT/CT were compared.Value of 131I SPECT/CT in the diagnosis of TNM staging,risk stratification and impact on the treatment strategy was evaluated.Paired χ2 test was used for data analysis.Results A total of 509 foci with 131I uptake were detected.131I-WBS found 449 foci with 131I uptake,354 of which (78.84％) were correctly diagnosed.131I SPECT/CT found 509 foci with 131I uptake,and 504(99.02％) were correctly diagnosed.The difference was statistically significant (χ2=21.51,P<0.01).131I-WBS changed the clinical staging in 13 cases with diagnostic accuracy of 5/13.131I SPECT/CT changed the clinical staging in 19 cases and with diagnostic accuracy of 19/19 (χ2=74.41,P<0.01).131I-WBS changed the risk stratification of 13 patients after operation and the accuracy was 5/13,the corresponding data were 22 and 100％(22/22) for 131I SPECT/CT (χ2=74.41,P<0.01).The treatment strategy was changed in 50 patients with 131I SPECT/CT.Conclusions Compared with 131I-WBS,131I SPECT/CT could provide more accurate positioning and qualitative information for 131I treatment and is more accurate in re-staging and risk stratification.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) of Dong nationality in Western Hunan, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of T2DM in the district. METHODS: In the case-control study, the subjects were divided into a T2DM group, an impaired glucose regulation (IGR) group and a normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group through oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). A questionnaire survey was conducted, and physical measurements and the detection of blood glucose, blood lipids and serum insulin were done. RESULTS: Univariate analysis found significant difference in age, fasting insulin (FINS), HOMA insulin resistance index (HOMA-IRI), HOMA β-cell function index (HOMA-βC), trigalloyl glycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure in the glucose metabolism among different groups (P<0.05). Body mass index (BMI), waist/hip ratio (WHR), family history of diabetes, number of physical activities per week, dinner taste, fat and protein-rich foods, fresh vegetables and fruits intake were associated with T2DM. Multifactor non-conditional ordinal logistic regression indicated that age was the risk factor of T2DM and IGR. Compared with the group whose age was≤50, the odds ratios of the groups of 5070 were 1.85, 2.83 and 2.64 respectively, P<0.05. The risk of suffering from diabetes of the overweighted or obese people was 2.13 times that of a normal BMI group, P<0.01. The other influencing factors included WHR (OR=2.06), family history of diabetes (OR=11.36), and fat and protein-rich foods (OR=1.90). CONCLUSION The main influencing factors of T2DM of Dong nationality in Western Hunan include age, BMI, WHR, family history of diabetes, fat and protein-rich foods. We must strengthen the health eduation of T2DM of Dong nationality in Western Hunan to reduce the risk of T2DM.
