1.Interactions between the epidermal growth factor receptor and typeⅠ protein kinase A in therapy of malignant tumor
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
The overexpression of EGFR and the typeⅠcAMPdependent protein kinase(PKAⅠ) has been found in most cancer tissue and tumour cells. The blockade of EGFR activation by using anti-EGFR monoclonal antibodies(MAbs) and inhibition of PKAⅠ expression by specific pharmacological agents such as the selective cAMP analogue 8-Cl-cAMP has been proposed as a potential anticancer therapy. We have shown that an interaction between EGFR and PKAⅠ occurs through direct binding of the RⅠsubunit to the Grb2 adaptor protein. We have demonstrated that the functional interaction between the EGFR and the PKAⅠ pathways could have potential therapeutic implications. In fact, the combined interference with both EGFR and PKAⅠ with specific pharmacological agents, has a cooperative antiproliferative effect on human cancer cell lines in vitro and in vivo.Studies on the antitumor activity of this combination are under human clinical trial evaluation.

Objective To investigate the indoors air formaldehyde pollution in the human anatomy laboratory and its effects on students health. Methods AHMT method was used to determine the concentration of formaldehyde in the indoor air and to observe the students’ signs and symptoms in the near month. Results The level of formaldehyde in the air of human anatomy laboratory was higher than that of the control and was higher than national standard limit. The prevalence rate of eye symptoms(51.98%), nasal symptoms(58.91%), throat symptoms(48.02%), nausea and vomiting, psychiatric symptoms(68.32%) and cold liability (60.89%) in the exposed group was higher than those in the control group(P

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(4):842-845
This study was aimed to explore the methodology regarding culture, proliferation and purification of adipose-derived stromal cells (ADSCs), and to study their biological characteristics. ADSCs were obtained using type I collagenase digestion method. Cell growth was observed, and cell viability were detected under different digestion period by MTT. The ADSCs were then identified and induced. The results showed that adherent cells digested by type I collagenase for 60 min had a strong proliferation capability. After the induction of different inducers these adherent cells could differentiate into nerve cells and fat cells. The best digestion period was proved to be of 60 minutes in the experiment. The results indicate that stem cells with multilineage differentiation ability could be separated from adipose tissue, namely ADSCs.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the effect of different dose of GM1 on inducing human adipose tissue-derived stromal cells (ADSCs) into neural cells. Methods Human ADSCs were isolated from human liposuction tissues and cultured in NIM with different dose of GM1, which was used to induce ADSCs into neural cells. The experiment was separated into six groups: control group (?-MEM), Group A (NIM), group B (NIM+50 ?mol/L GM1), group C (NIM+100 ?mol/L GM1), group D (NIM+200 ?mol/L GM1) and group E (NIM+400 ?mol/L GM1). Cells' growth and morphologic changes were observed under invert phase-contrast microscopy. The expressions of Nestin, NSE, MAP2 and GFAP were identified by immunocytochemistry methods. Results (1)ADSCs could differentiate into neural cells in NIM with different dose of GM1. The number of neural cells differentiated from ADSCs increased in a certain period, especially in group E at each time point (all P

International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(5):537-538,540
Objective To investigate the correlation about the quantitative test result of 13C-urea breath test(13C-UBT) with the quantity of Helicobacter pylori( H.pylori) and the degree of gastric mucosal inflammation. Methods 13 C-UBT was tested in the children with upper gastrointestinal symptoms.Ninety-five cases of the children with positive result (DOBδ‰ ≥4.0) underwent endoscopy and gastroscopic biopsy. The correlation was analyzed between the result of the 13 C-UBT and the severity of gastric H.pylori infection and gastric mucosal inflammation. Results There were significant differences about DOB values between the group with severe gastric H.pylori infection and the group with mild to moderate infection ( P < 0.05 ),the same result was observed between the group with severe gastric mucosal inflammation and the group with mild to moderate inflammation( P < 0.05 ).There was certain correlation between DOB value and the amount of gastric H.pylori colonization and mucosal inflammation. Conclusion The quantitative test result of 13C-UBT could indicate the number of gastric H.pylori colonization, but lack a precise quantitative relationship between them. There was positive correlation between the DOB values and the degree of gastric inflammation.

Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(11):1102-1104
Objective To study the relationship between extracranial carotid arerial stenosis and OCSP typing of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 188 patients with acute cerebral infarction were classified into TACI, PACI, POCI and LACI subtype by OCSP criteria. The lumen diameter, intima-media thickness, plaque, severity of ar-terystenosis of extraeranial carotid arteries in patients with acute cerebral infarction was studied by using HDI-5000 color Doppler ultrasound. Resnlts The prevalence of extracranial carotid arterial stenosis was higher in patients with TACI, POCI subtype than in patients with LACI subtype (X2 = 4.87, P < 0.05 ; X2 = 4.58, P < 0.05). The severity of extracranial carotid arterial stenosis were more prominent in patients with TACI,POCI subtype than in patients with LACI subtype(X2 =7.59,P <0.01 ;X2 =6. 96,P <0.01). Conclusion Extraeranial carotid arterial stenosis and its severity are related to TACI, POCI subtype of OCSP criteria in patients with acute cerebral infarction.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(02):-
Objective To observe the degradation pattern of tubulin in the cardiac muscle and lung tissue of rats after death. Methods 24 young male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups averagely. After being killed by bleeding, the rats were kept in an artificial climate incubator;the experimental temperature was kept at 20℃ and humidity at 50%.Proteins in cardiac muscle and lung tissue were extracted and tubulin was then examined by Western blot.Thereafter, the semi-quantitative analysis of the Western blot images was performed. Results Tubulin can be detected in the normal cardiac muscle and lung tissue of rats. After 1d postmortem, the tubulin content in these tissues began to decline, and it might still be detected at 7d postmortem, but the tubulin content in lung decreased faster than that in cardiac muscle.A linear relationship between tubulin content in cardiac muscle and lung of rats and the postmortem interval was determined. The linear regression equations and coefficients for integral optic density in relation to PMI were y=-1726.1x+14083 with correlative coefficient r=0.9684 for cardiac muscle and y=-1439.89x+12041 with correlative coefficient r=0.9808 for lung, respectively. Conclusion The level of tubulin in cardiac muscle and lung tissue of rats varied with PMI and the time dependent degradation of this protein was potentially useful for the PMI estimation.
