Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2010;16(9):673-674
Objective To improve the curative effect of non-invasive therapy for biliary ascariasis to shorten the course of treatment and minimize the chance of invasive managements such as surgery and endoscopic therapy. Methods The sequential therapy was conducted as: intravenous injection of vitamin C → oral administration of acid drug → expel the worm in the biliary tract. Results For the 19 cases of biliary ascariasis, 15 responded to the conservative treatment after one course of treatment,2 responded to it after two courses, 1 after 3 courses and 1 did not. Conclusion Sequential therapy is effective, convenient and simple for biliary ascariasis and it can reduce the chance of invasive management.

China Medical Equipment 2016;13(9):10-12,13
Objective:Using Monte Carlo simulation method to study the important dosimetric parameter output factor of the LUNA stereotactic body radiotherapy device. Methods:Following the manufacturer’s technical documentation to establish the LUNA stereotactic body radiotherapy device’s Monte Carlo model and after model validation. After referring to the output factor measurement’s detector provided by manufacturer, set the relevant parameters in Monte Carlo model at last, compare and analyze the difference of output factor which provided between by manufacturer and calculated by Monte Carlo simulation. Results:In the range of 3%deviation, under the different collimator of condition, output factors which provided by manufacturers and calculated by Monte Carlo are in good agreement, and the reasons for the difference are also analyzed. Conclusion:LUNA stereotactic body radiotherapy device’s output factors of Monte Carlo simulated research work provides reference and basis for the clinical use and quality control.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2013;(6):488-490
Objective To investigate the cognitive behavioral characteristic longitudinally of the patients after subcortical infarction engaged in feature and binding working memory tasks. Methods The behavioral performances were recorded from 28 patients after subcortical infarction at the 1 st week (W1),3 rd moth (M3) and 6th month (M6) while performing color, location, and color-location binding delayed match-to-sample working memory task.25 healthy volunteers(controls) were investigated once using the same task protocol during the study period.Computer recorded the behavior reaction time and accuracy.Single factor variant analysis of repeated measurement was adopted. Results The accuracy of three memory tasks of M3 ((64.92 ± 5.47) % ; (92.88 ± 2.98) % ;(82.35 ±7.44)%) was improved than that of W1 ((61.06 ±7.78)%; (90.59 ±2.95)%; (77.06 ±5.58) %) and the difference had statistically significant (P < 0.05).But the reaction time of M3 ((868.31 ±118.91)ms; (833.37 ± 120.99) ms; (918.72 ± 101.28) ms) was shortened than that of W1 ((914.02 ±110.53) ms; (859.89 ± 139.94) ms; (1150.17 ± 92.02) ms) and the difference also had statistically significant (P < 0.05).In the location-memory task, the correct rate of M6 ((93.91 ± 2.86) %) was improved than that of M3 ((92.88 ± 2.98) %) and the reaction time of M6 ((813.24 ± 119.54) ms) was shortened than M3 ((833.37 ±120.99) ms).M6 and M3 to be compared in the color memory task, the correct rate ((64.50 ± 4.49) % ; (64.92 ± 5.47) %) and the reaction time ((866.47 ± 123.87) ms; (868.31 ± 118.91) ms) had no significant difference (P < 0.05).But in the color-location binding task, the correct rate of M6 ((78.49 ± 7.85) %) and M3 ((82.35 ± 7.44)%) to be compared had significant decreased nearly the level ((77.06 ± 5.58)%) of the stroke beginning. All behavioral performances of patients were worse than that of control subjects except the compare result of location-memory task in M6((93.91 ± 2.86) % ; (813.24 ± 119.54) ms). Conclusion Feature memory and binding memory had been damaged in different degrees in the patient after subcortical infarction. The binding memory had the secondary damage what might be related to the secondary nerve fiber degeneration after infarction.

Objective To study the quality testing of dose delivery system of the active spot scanning proton and heavy ion accelerator,in order to provide the reference for the quality control of related equipment. Methods In the four therapy rooms, both 0.6 cc chambers and Gafchromic EBT3 films were used, respectively,to test the accelerator for dose reproducibility, dose linearity, dose stability, depth dose distribution, beam scanning position deviation and radiation field uniformity in each therapy room. Results Dose reproducibility variation coefficients are all less than 1.5%,dose linearity's maximum deviations less than 2%,dose stability's deviations less than 2%,depth dose distribution stability within 2%,beam scanning position deviation less than 1 mm,consistency of irradiation field's deviation less than 2 mm,and flatness within ± 5%.Conclusions The indicators about quality testing for the active spot scanning proton and heavy ion accelerator are all in line with the requirements of IEC standards draft.

Objective To develop the method for testing the consistency of irradiation field produced by the active spot scanning proton and heavy ion accelerator. Methods Calibration of the EBT3 films were carried out with the calibrated ion beam to establish the dose calibration curve.According to the different proton and carbon ion energies (proton:94.29,150.68,212.62 McV;carbon ion:175.99,283.43,412.54 MeV/u),EBT3 films were located in the solid water phantoms in each therapy room, respectively. Finally, the irradiated EBT3 films were scanned and the radiation field size's deviation and flatness were analyzed. Results In different conditions, radiation field size's deviations were all less than 2 mm and the flatness parameters were all controlled below the 5%.Conclusions EBT3 films can be used to test the active spot scanning proton and heavy ion accelerator's radiation field uniformity.

Objective To explore the expression of beta 2 adrenergic receptors(?2-AR) in bone marrow cells and its significance and provide a scientific basis for the theory of hematopoietic regulation by nerve factors. Methods After bone marrow mononuclear cells were isolated from normal mouse bone marrow by the Ficoll density gradient centrifugation, the expressions of ?2-AR were studied by immunohistochemistry in bone marrow mononuclear cells, cultured bone marrow stromal cells,GM-CFUs,paraffin sections and smears of bone marrow.Mouse models of immune-mediated aplastic anemia(AA) were made by lymphocyte infusion.Mice were divided into 3 groups including animal model group,?2-AR antagonist (ICI 118551) group, and control group, and the expression of ?2-AR in bone marrow mononuclear cells at the 8 th day was detected by Western blotting. Results The positive expression of ?2-AR in cytoplasm or membrane of normal mouse bone marrow cells showed different brown by immunohistochemical staining. There were intensive positive expressions of ?2-AR in mononuclear cells(48%) and bone marrow stromal cells (68%),while progenitor cells only showed middle-positive(55%)or weak positive(45%),and other hematopoietic accessory cells were positive in varying degrees. The relative values of ?2-AR of bone marrow mononuclear cells in 3 groups were 1.03?0.31,1.72?0.29 and 1.41?0.35,respectively;the expression of ?2-AR in animal model group was more lower than that in control group(P
