1.Studies of Receptor of Concanavalin A on Mouse Thymocytes Quantitative Analysis by Fluorescence Method
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
By use of FITC-Con A made in China, the quantity of receptors on mouse thymocytes was determinated by saturation method and its affinity ocnstant was estimated. Afted the conditions of quantitative analysis with fluorescence method were defined, the quantity of receptors on thymocytes from 12 mice by two lots was carried out. The result demonstrated that the quantity of receptors per mouse thymocyte was 1.82?10~7 and its affinity constant K was 4.56?10~5M~(-1). This result was similar to radio-quantitative analysis of receptors, but without the disadvantage of radio-active contamination.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1993;2(2):68-69
15 cases of malignant tumours of gastrointestinal tract and ovary were treated by chemotherapy through intraperitoneal puncture and perfusion under B-ultrasound guidance. The results were satisfactory. The success rate of intraperitoneal puncture under B-ultrasound guidance was 100%.The method is introduced in detail and the advantage of the application of B-ultrasound guid-ance was discussed. The authors considered that it is safe, reliable, less in complication, easy to oper-ate:less in agopy and easy to be used clinically.
3.Correlation between hemodynamic change of extracranial cerebral vessels evaluated by ultrasound and intracranial arterial stenosis
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2016;25(6):491-495
Objective By analyzing the correlation between Doppler spectrum of extracranial cerebral vessels ECV and intracranial arterial stenosis IAS to identify the value of hemodynamic change of ECV in predicting IAS Methods One hundred and four patients with moderate to severe IAS or intracranial arterial occlusion were enrolled in the case group while 32 patients without obvious cerebrovascular disease in the same period were enrolled in the control group Ultrasound examinations of ECV were performed for all patients the hemodynamic parameters of bilateral common carotid artery CCA internal carotid artery ICA and vertebral artery VA were recorded and compared between case and control group Results Compared with control group the ECV of patients with IAS had lower velocity and higher resistance index RI Of all the parameters end diastolic velocity EDV of ICA and EDV of VA were most accurate in predicting IAS with best cut off value of 21 3 cm/s 9 6 cm/s and accuracy of 76 1 % 81 0% respectively Conclusions The ECV of IAS patients tend to have lower velocity and higher RI Analysis of hemodynamic parameters of ECV might be useful in predicting IAS.

Objective To compare the distance of left ventricular along long axis measuring under real-time movement and Doppler tissue imaging. Methods Titanium nips were implanted into anterior wall and anterior septum of left ventricule of 7 open-chest canine models.Quantitative study was made on time velocity integral(TVI) of the implanted myocardium and left ventricular long axis in 7 canine models, and 7 patients with replaced metal mitral valve.Digital subtraction angiography was adopted to record the real-time movement of the titanium nips in 7 canine models and the metal valve in 7 patients. And comparison was made between the results. Results The maximum values of displacement measuring with TVI were close to the distance under real-time movement. Conclusions The displacement measuring with TVI can reflect the character of the myocardial displacement truly.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the sterilizing effect of Avagard surgery wasting liquid.METHODS All the staff on operation were divided into two groups at random, each no less than 50 persons. Both groups were sterilized by 4% Avagard surgery washing liquid. In one group, hands and forearms were smeared by 0.5% Avagard fast surgery washing liquid(smearing group),the other group was not smeared by 0.5% Avagard fast surgery washing liquid(no-smearing group). In both groups the samples were derived from fingers and cultured right after sterilization and at intervals of 1h,2h,3h,4h,5h and 6h during operation, and to investigate the sterilization effect.RESULTS The bacteriological detections of both groups in all times showed that the number of colony was0.05).CONCLUSIONS The results of the experiment show that 4% Avagard surgery washing liquid is reliable for its sterilizing effect and easy to use.The duration of antibacterial effect is no less than 6 hours, this method could reduce the cost of the operation and improve the efficiency of work.

Objective To evaluate the value of 18F-FDG PET in predicting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods Fifty-four cases of pancreatic cancer were divided into two groups. Taking standard uptake value(SUV) at 4 as the cut off point, patients (22 cases) with that not more than four were classified into group A, and those (32 cases) with SUV greater than four were into group B. The prognosis of patients by SUV was analyzed statistically. Results There was a statistically significant difference in survival between the two groups ( P =0. 01 ). The 1-,3-year survival rate was 68. 18% 、34. 91% in group A in those the SUV≤4, and 33.61% 、11.95% in group B( SUV >4), respectively. Cox proportional hazard model showed that tumor staging and SUV were the significantly independent prognostic factors in patients with pancreatic cancer. Conclusions 18F-FDG PET is of value in predicting the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.

Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of the Cancer of the Liver Italian Program (CLIP) score system in a study of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients who underwent radical resection. Methods Clinical pathological and follow-up data of 157 HCC patients, who underwent radical resection in our hospital from 1996 to 2004, were reveiwed retrospectively. Patients were divided into four groups according to CLIP scores. Disease-free survival rate was compared between groups, and within groups, the disease-free survival rate of patients receiving anatomic liver resection was compared with that of irregular liver resection. Results The overall 1,3,5-year disease-free survival rate was 63.6%、45.2%、35.7%,and there were significant differences among the four groups. For the zero score group, the recurrence rate of patients undergoing anatomic liver resection was lower than that of irregular liver resection (P = 0.003). Conclusions CLIP score system can be used to evaluate the recurrence rate of HCC patients receiving hepatectomy. CLIP score system can be used as a guidance for liver resection.

BACKGROUND:Many researchers appealed that coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients were medical treated while special psychological intervention should be integrated into the rehabilitation plans (biology-psychology-social treatment) for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients.Pertinence psychological intervention would be processed after finding out mental health state of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients.OBJECTIVE:To make principal component analysis for mental health state of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients with relapsing pain in chest after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) by questionnaire investigation, and to find out the primary factors.METHODS:A total of 40 coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients with relapsing pain in chest after PCI and CABG were selected,(25 males and 15 females),mean age of (60±10) years old.It was used that the mental health section of the integrative system for diagnosing and assessing health state in Chinese population, including body symptoms, positive emotion, negative emotion, cognitive ability, behavior trouble,self-evaluation and social adapting problem.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Totally 4 principle component factors which the accumulative contribution rate reached to 83.89% were extracted. The first principle component factors which the contribution rate reached to 40% mainly demonstrated behavior trouble and social adapting problem. The second one mainly demonstrated positive emotion and negative emotion, the third for cognitive ability and self-evaluation,and the fourth for body symptoms. The behavior trouble and social adapting problem of coronary atheroscleroticheart disease patients with relapsing pain in chest after PCI and CABG must be paid great attention, and positive emotion would be leaded, negative emotion would be lowered.
