Objective To explore the cost-effectiveness analysis of zhibituo and simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipemia. Methods 68 cases with hyperlipemia were divided into two groups randomly:group A were treated with imvastatin (n = 33),group B were treated with zhibituo(n = 35). The data was evaluated with eost-effectiveneas analysis. Results The cost of the two groups was 462.56 yuan and 257.60 yuan respectivdy. The effective rate was 74.28 % and 73.9.3 %respectivdy. The cost-effectiveness ratio was 6.23 and 3.48 respectively. The increased cost-effectiveness ratio of group A vs group B was 585.6. No significant differences were found in both effective rate and ADRS between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Zhibituo was an effective and safe drug in treating hyperlipidemia as well as simvastatin. But zhibituo was better than simvastatin based on the oost-effeetiveness analysis.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the general patterns and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by calcitonin salmon.METHODS:29 spontaneous reports of ADRs induced by calcitonin salmon in our hospital from March, 2004 to August, 2005 were analyzed. RESULTS:The ADRs of calcitonin salmon were mainly manifested as flush and fever,next gastrointestinal disorders, while rash , disorders in nervous system and cardiovascular system were infrequent.CONCLUSION:Rational use of calcitonin salmon can reduce ADRs.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the infections from semi-permanent intravenous catheter in hemodialysis patients.METHODS Retrospective analysis was applied from the clinical data to investigate the relationship between catheterization duration and infection occurrence in 35 hemodialysis patients who received semi-permanent intravenous catheter from Jan 2007 to Jan 2008.The average length of stay of the patients was 36 days and after discharge from hospital the follow-up was done by telephone.RESULTS Thirty-five cases of hemodialysis patients with semi-permanent intravenous catheter underwent 389 days of follow-up on average(5-26 months),without occurrence of related infections although there were 7 cases of skin redness which disappeared after treatment of sterilization and dressing replacement.CONCLUSIONS To effectively prevent infections,the following measures are important including strict aseptic operation,periodic degermation,dressing replacement,good catheter fixation,good quality of heparin tube closure,as well as the self-care education to patients and family members.

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a special type of breast cancer.Its special clinical pathological characteristic and molecule expression type make the treatment of TNBC become an international problem.In recent years,a variety of attempts and explorations to the treatment of TNBC have made some initial results,which provides a direction for the treatment of TNBC and offers hope for the patients with TNBC.

Objective To characterize the clinic features of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus (IT1DM).Methods It was a retrospective study analyzing the clinical and laboratory data of patients diagnosed as FT1DM and type 1 diabetes in the Department of Endocrinology in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 2011 to November 2015.Results A total of 125 newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic patients were included in the study,14 of them (11.2％) met with the criteria of FT1DM.The age at onset was (35.8 ± 8.3) years.The time from onset to ketosis was 2 (0-7) days.The plasma glucose levels were extremely high[(33.79 ± 14.13)mmol/L],while glycosylated hemoglobin A1c[HbA1c,(6.9 ±0.7) ％] and serum glycosylated albumin [(21.8 ± 4.5)％] levels were only slightly above the normal range.Moreover,the C-peptide levels were extremely low and the situation kept after one month to two years' follow-up.Four (28％) patients were glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody (GADA) positive at the onset with two turned negative.One patient was GADA negative at the onset and turned positive after one month.The levels of serum transaminases increased with enlargement of liver in one of the patients after insulin therapy,who was diagnosed as glycogenic hepatopathy.Conclusions FT1 DM is an extremely rapidly progressing type of diabetes and life threatening disease.Causations have to be taken in medical practice.

Objective To study the expression and diagnostic value of p27 and CD44V6 in ovarian carcinomas.Methods 54 cases of ovarian carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemical two-step-system method for p27 and CD44V6.Results The positive rates of p27 and CD44V6 is 37.0 %(20/54),42.6 %(23/54) respectively.The positive rates of p27 is 20.0 %,12.0 % and 8.7 % in clinic stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,poorly differentiated tumors and lymphnode metastasis group compared with 68.4 %,58.6 % and 58.1 % in clinic stageⅠ~Ⅱ,well differentiated tumors and lymphnode negative group(P

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of p16 and p27kip1 in endometrial carcinoma. Methods 65 cases of endometrial carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemical method for p16 and p27kip1. Results The positive rates of p16 and p27kip1 was 47.7 % and 41.5 % respectively. Both the expression of p16 and the expression of p27kip1 were correlated with histologic differentiation. Conclusions p16 and p27kip1 may play important roles in the development of endometrial carcinoma. They were important in predicting the prognosis and directing the treatment of endometrial carcinoma.

Objective To explore the rule of cell proliferation,apoptosis and expression significance of involved proteins as Bcl-2 and Bax in the developing esophagus of human fetus. Methods In the second through the fourth month of gestation,the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were observed in 14 human esophagus using the ABC of immunohistochemical methods. Results In the second,the third and the fourth months of gestation,there were Bcl-2 positive cells distributed in the intermuscular and submucous nerve plexus,and the mucous epithelial cells in the human esophagus.Bax weakly positive cells were observed in the mucous epithelial cells of the human esophagus.Conclusion Bcl-2 and Bax proteins are closely related with the developing esophagus of human embryo.

Objective To explore the rule of distribution and the expression significance of neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS),paired box 3(Pax3) and connexin 43(Cx43) proteins in the early developing spinal cord of human embryos. Methods During the 5th to 16th weeks of human gestation,the expression productions of nNOS,Pax3 and Cx43 proteins were investigated in the anterior horn of spinal cord using the immunohistochemical methods. Results During the 5th to 16th weeks of human gestation,the immunohistochemical staining intensities of both nNOS and Pax3 in the anterior horn neurons of spinal cord increased from weakly to strongly positive staining.During the 5th to 12th weeks of human gestation,the immunohistochemical negative staining of Cx43 protein was observed in the anterior horn neurons of spinal cord,while the positive staining was observed from the 13th to 16th weeks.Conclusion nNOS,Pax3 and Cx43 proteins are related to the growth and development of spinal cord in human embryos.

Objective To develop an anion-exchange chromatographic method for the determination of trace thiocyanate and iodide. Methods A sample containing thiocyanate and iodide was pumped through a continuous rod anion-exchange column and the two anions were eluted subsequently with potassium bromide and were determined by a UV detector simultaneously. Results It was proved that the chromatographic column could separate thiocyanate and iodide effectively in the optimum conditions. The linear equation of iodide was y=3 272 860x+51 929.537 57, r=0.999 03, the final detection range was 0.30-3.0 mmol/L, the detection limit was 1.27 ?g/L, the recovery rate was 87% and RSD was 2.75%, the linear equation of thiocyanate was y=3 163 690 x+1 057 080, r=0.999 49, the final detection range was 5.0-80 mmol/L, the detection limit was 30 ?g/L, the recovery rate was 85% and RSD was 3.22%. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable, better anti-interference and is applicable to the determination of trace thiocyanate and iodide.
