Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2017;26(1):76-80
Objective To explore the relationship among emotional resilience, stress and school adjustment. Methods Adolescent life events check-list,adolescent emotional resilience scale and school adjustment scale of middle school students were conducted among 394 junior high school students. Results (1)The emotional resilience score and emotion recovery score of male junior high school students(46.07±8.56,24.43±5.80) were higher than that of female ones(44.39±8.39,23.27±5.37),and the differences were statistically significant(t=1.97,2.05,P<0.05).The total score of emotional resilience(45.46±8.50,44.83±8.56) was not statistically related with whether they were the only children(t=0.68,P=0.50).The emotional resilience score and positive emotion score of rural junior high school students(44.04±8.53,20.63±5.35)were lower than that of urban ones (46.46± 8.34,22.15 ±4.72),and the differences were statistically significant(t=-2.86,-2.99,P<0.01).The total score of emotional resilience (47.23±7.82,44.63±8.45,43.00±8.97) in different grades was statistically significant (F=8.86,P=0.00),and the first grade students were higher than the second and third year students.(2)Psychological stress was negatively related with emotional resilience and school adjustment(r=-0.23~-0.35,P<0.01),and emotional resilience was positively correlated with school adjustment(r=0.12 ~ 0.29,P<0.01).The relationship between stress and school adjustment were mediated by positive emotion and emotional recovery (the mediating effect were 11.11%,21.15%).Conclusion Frotional resilience plays a mediating role between psychological stress and school adjustment.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2009;29(1):131-3
To establish a murine carotid artery transplantation model for the study of the chronic rejection, 80 rats were divided into two groups, an allotransplant (ACI-Lewis) group and an isotransplant (Lewis-Lewis) group (control group). The donor carotid artery and the recipient carotid artery were anastomosed by using a polyethylene cuff (internal diameter: 0.7 mm, length: 3 mm).The pathological changes of carotid artery transplant were observed 14, 28 and 56 days after the transplantation. The results showed that the model was successfully established in 95% of the animals. The chronic rejection-associated arteriosclerosis was induced 28 days after the transplantation. The new chronic rejection model of carotid artery by using cuff technique caused fewer traumas and was easy to make. The pathological changes of the transplant mimicked the chronic rejection-associated arteriosclerosis found in human transplant.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(30):2293-2297
Objective To research patients with ophthalmologic perioperative information systems, strengthening the information management of nursing work, achieving consensus and sharing of health care information resources, and then to explore the clinical application effects of this ophthalmologic peri- opera-tive information systems. Methods The convenient sampling method was used in the study. The control group was consisted of 1 740 patients in our hospital from January to March 2013 (before the application of ophthalmologic perioperative information systems). The observation group included 2 078 patients of the same hospital (after the application of ophthalmologic perioperative information systems). The control group adopted routine pre- operative information acquisition method, the observation group applied ophthalmologic perioperative information systems, which included input function, reading function and statistical function. The incidence rate of canceled operation and satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Ophthalmologic peri- operative information systems provided patients with information gathering, query and analysis in different periods. The rate of the canceled operation reduced in the observation group from 3.74% (65/1 740) to 2.69% (56/2 078) in the control group, χ2=3.91, P<0.05. The satisfaction degree increased from 91.84 % (1 598/1 740) in the observation group to 96.78% (2 011/2 078) in the control group, χ2=44.60, P<0.05, the difference was statistically different. The hospitalization days from April to September in 2013 shortened compared with those of the same period in 2012. Conclusions Ophthalmologic peri- operative information systems promotes the scientific and informatization of nursing information, which is worthy of wide clinic application.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To explore the regularity of cell apoptosis in the early development of human embryonic spinal cord tissue. Methods The apoptotic cells in the spinal cord tissue of human embryos were stained in the second, third and fourth month of gestation by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase biotin-dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method, and the integral optical density (IOD) was analyzed with Nikon imaging system (NIS-DR). One-Way ANOVA was applied to compare these IODs. Results The positive expression of cells apoptosis was detected in the central canal, anterior horn and posterior horn of human embryonic spinal cord in the second, third and fourth month of gestation. The IOD values of apoptotic cells at the 3 time points were 134.9954?10.53257, 149.0331?5.66187 and 140.7892?7.65320, respectively. The IOD value of apoptotic cells of human embryonic spinal cord at the third month of fetal age was higher than that of the second and the fourth month of fetal age, and the IOD value at the fourth month of fetal age was higher than that of the second month of fetal age. With the advancement of fetal age, the expressions of IOD of apoptotic cells showed an up then down trend. One-Way ANOVA was employed to compare the IOD values of the apoptotic cells detected in the 3 fetal periods, and the results showed significant difference (P

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2016;28(6):630-634
Objective To explore the effect of the autoregressive integrated moving average model?nonlinear auto?regressive neural network(ARIMA?NARNN)model on predicting schistosomiasis infection rates of population. Methods The ARIMA model,NARNN model and ARIMA?NARNN model were established based on monthly schistosomiasis infection rates from Janu?ary 2005 to February 2015 in Jiangsu Province,China. The fitting and prediction performances of the three models were com?pared. Results Compared to the ARIMA model and NARNN model, the mean square error(MSE),mean absolute error (MAE)and mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of the ARIMA?NARNN model were the least with the values of 0.011 1, 0.090 0 and 0.282 4,respectively. Conclusion The ARIMA?NARNN model could effectively fit and predict schistosomiasis in?fection rates of population, which might have a great application value for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(13):1002-1004
To introduce a trend chart electronic nursing record sheet which takes the real-time data acquisition and monitoring module as the core technology, and observes its characteristics and advantages in clinical application. At the same time, it makes a prospect for the information construction of the critical care record. The module can acquire and upload monitoring data of monitor and ventilator in real time, automatically and completely. The data can be extracted according to the setting frequency and uploaded to the hospital information system (HIS). In the corresponding position of the intensive care record Generate dynamic change trends and save the monitoring data in the database, and the data can be stored for a long time. The application of real-time data acquisition module can save indirect nursing time and improve the nursing efficiency, meanwhile, the whole monitoring data is of great significance to the research and medical records analysis.
