Post competency is a kind of necessary ability for professional working. In order to train the students' excellent professional skills,we have conducted exploration and reform in post competency oriented experiment teaching, through reforming experimental courses, changing teaching methods and means of examination, constructing the laboratory etc.,so that we have built a new professional training model in pathological diagnosis and technology specialty experimental teaching. The experimental teaching reform results have improved the experimental teaching quality and the talents capability.

Abstract: Objective To explore the dynamic characteristics of stigmatization in HIV/AIDS patients and provide scientific evidence for psychological care. Methods HIV/AIDS patients receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) treatment in Nanning Fourth People's Hospital were randomly selected for baseline and 1 year follow-up questionnaire survey including internalized HIV stigma, anticipated HIV stigma, exposure to HIV stigma. The differences between the two groups at different time points were dynamically compared to analyze the changing characteristics of stigma in HIV/AIDS patients. Results After one year of ART treatment, among the eight items of internalizing stigma, five items including the proportion of feeling ashamed of being infected with HIV/AIDS, feeling unclean because of being infected with HIV/AIDS, feeling inferior to others because of having HIV/AIDS, feeling guilty because of having HIV/AIDS, and having a poorer self-perception due to how others view HIV/AIDS decreased significantly from 34.0% to 43.5% at the baseline to 19.5% to 29.5%, showing significant improvement with statistical significance (χ2=18.586, 14.277, 10.473, 12.219, 9.934, P<0.05); among the nine items of anticipated stigma, four items including the proportion of community/community workers not taking my needs seriously, discriminating against me, refusing to provide services for me, and healthcare workers avoiding contact with me decreased significantly from 16.0% to 27.5% at the baseline to 7.0% to 15.5%, respectively, showing significant improvement with statistical significance (χ2=13.690, 15.787, 12.034, 12.593, P<0.05); among the 16 items of exposure to HIV stigma, six items including the proportion of experiencing physical attacks, psychological pressure from spouses/partners, being refused sexual relationships, losing jobs or other economic sources, being rejected or losing a job opportunity due to HIV/AIDS, changing job nature due to HIV/AIDS, or being refused medical services decreased significantly from 2.5% to 15.0% at the baseline to 1.0% to 8.0%, respectively, showing significant improvement with statistical significance (χ2=8.619, 15.558, 6.061, 9.049, 5.432, 8.156, P<0.05). Physical assaults on people with HIV/AIDS increased by 5.5 percent(χ2=5.368, P<0.05). Conclusions Through 1-year dynamic monitoring, 48.48% of the three dimensions of stigma of HIV/AIDS patients were alleviated. Treatment intervention, self-acceptance and the creation of a good non-discriminatory social environment have an important impact on the stigma of HIV/AIDS patients and deserve the attention of society as a whole.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of seven autoantibodies in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer patients. Methods The serum levels of seven autoantibodies p53, PGP9.5, SOX2, GAGE7, GBU4-5, MAGEA1 and CAGE were detected by ELISA in 122 subjects, which include 65 extrapulmonary tumors, 20 benign lung diseases, 3 small cell lung cancers, 20 physical examination subjects and 14 non-small cell lung cancers. Subsequently, the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS. Results The subjects were divided into five sub-groups, included extrapulmonary tumors, benign pulmonary lesions, small cell lung cancer, physical examination and non-small cell lung cancer subgroup. p53, SOX2, GBU4-5 and MAGEA1 in small cell cancer subgroup had significantly higher expression levels. Subjects were categorized differently using a ROC curve for statistical analy-sis. The results showed that p53 (AUC=0.664, P<0.05) was significantly higher in lung cancer group than an-other group. GBU4-5 (AUC=0.639, P<0.05) and the combination of the seven indicators (AUC=0.635,P<0.05) had a certain diagnostic value for differential diagnosis of the non-malignant tumor group and the tumor group. MAGEA1, CAGE, PGP9.5, SOX2 and the combination of the seven indexes(AUC>0.8,P<0.05)had a high value in the differential diagnosis of small cell lung cancer group and another group. MAGEA1 ( AUC =0.333,P<0.05) had some value in the differential diagnosis of the physical examination group and another group. p53 (AUC=0.33), PGP9.5 (AUC=0.355), GBU4-5(AUC=0.280),CAGE(AUC=0.341) and seven indi-cators combined detection( AUC =0.731 ) had certain value in the differential diagnosis of benign lung diseases group and another group. Conclusion According to the different groups, the detection of seven autoantibodies and their combined detection have a certain value for differential diagnosis of lung cancer.

OBJECTIVETo explore the experimental method of obtaining position emission tonogiaphy (PET) imaging evidence of changes in cerebral function by puncturing the Stomach 36 (ST36, Zusanli) acupoint.
METHODSData on changes of cerebral glycometabolism were obtained from six healthy male volunteers with positron emission tomography. Visual experimental evidence, as well as statistical parametric mapping (SPM), was gathered while puncturing the ST36 (Zusanli, right leg) acupoint.
RESULTSThere was increased glycometabolism in the hypothalamus, head of the caudate nucleus, temporal lobe, the sinistral cerebellum, postcentral gyrus, and brain stem while the acupoint ST36 was being punctured.
CONCLUSIONSAcupuncture on ST36 can lead to increase in glycometabolism in the vegetative nerve centers, which is correlated with gastric function. Visual experimental evidence of ST36 acupuncturing on functional gastrointestinal disorder was obtained in our study.
