Objective To explore the influence of self-management education on quality of life of patients with deep vein thrombosis. Methods 60 cases of deep vein thrombosis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, two groups basically received the same medication treatment, the control group held conventional health education, The experimental group implemented self-management education.Life quality was compared before education and 3 months after education was compared between the two groups. Results Before self-management education, the scores of quality of life of the two groups showed no difference; after three months of selfmanagement education, the score of body's function, psychological function, social function and total score of quality of life were obviouly different. However, there were no significant differences in material life. Conclusions Self-management education can improve the quality of life of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.

Objective To approach the effect of bed exercise for patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing neural interventional treatment. Methods Ninety-six patients with intracranial aneurysm were divided into the test group(50 cases) and control group(46 cases). The control group received routine nursing, while the test group carried out bed exercise base on routine nursing. The incidence of complica-tions and changes of life quality were compared between the 2 groups. Results Lower incidence of com-plications took place in the test group than the control group(P < 0.05).But changes in pulse rate and blood were not significant (P > 0.05).The score of life quality in the physical domain and psychological domainwere not statistically different between the two groups (P < 0.01 ),but no evident difference was seen in the domain of social relationship and environmental domain (P > 0.05). Conclusions Bed exercise could al-leviated the anxiety and trepidation of patients with intracranial aneurysm, decrease the incidence of compli-cations such as body pain caused by absolute bed rest, thus improve patients' life quality.

Objective To evaluate the influence of psychological status on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer and supply evidence for improving quality of life for these patients. Methods Patients were divided into two groups according to median score of psychological status(11.43) by life quality inventory. The designed data of the quality of life in different domain were statistically analyzed. Restilts The quality of life of patients with good psychological status was higher than that with poor psychological status (P<0.01). Conclusions Psychological status was the most pivotal factor that influences the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.Selective psychological nursing is expected to improve their quality of life.

Objective To explore the effect of rational emotive therapy on self-esteem status of breast cancer patients. Methods 118 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 59 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received rational emotive therapy on the basis of routine care. The self-esteem status of the two groups of patients was assessed before and after the intervention respectively with State Self-Esteem Scale (SSES).Results The score of behavior self-esteem,social self-esteem,appearance self-esteem and the total score of self-esteem of the patients in two groups before intervention showed no significant difference, but the above scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after intervention. Conclusions Rational emotive therapy can improve self-esteem status of breast cancer patients, thereby improve the mental health of the patients.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the contents of 16 basic amino acid and find out the variation of them in Dendrobium officinale with different germplasms and physiological ages, and then provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation and the breeding of D. officinale.
METHODThirty-three samples with 1-3 ages were collected from cultivated fields of Zhejiang. The samples were acid hydrolyzed, and then 16 basic amino acid contents of samples were determined by amino acid analyzer.
RESULTThe average contents of 7 necessary amino acid were in 0.28 - 2.96 mg x g(-1), the average contents of other 9 basic amino acid were in 0.53 - 4.20 mg x g(-1). The contents of many amino acids were impacted by germplasms significantly, and contents of several amino acids were impacted by physiological ages significantly.
CONCLUSIONThere were rich basic amino acids in D. officinale. The breeding of D. officinale can increase the contents of essential amino acids and other basic amino acids. The relations among physiological age and amino acid contents were as follows: three years > two years > one year. The contents of Asp and Tyr have significantly negative correlation with magnesium, the content of Pro has significantly positive correlation with copper.

Objective To investigate the anti-postmenopausal osteoporosis mechanism of Zhuanggu Zhi-tong Capsule ( Bone-strengthening Pain-relieving Capsule , ZGZTC) in regulating Treg/Th17 balance in bone tissue .Methods Seventy-two 8-month-old SD female rats were allocated randomly into sham oper-ation group, model group, estradiol group (0.21 mg/kg), ZGZTC high-dose group (1.28 g/kg), ZGZ-TC medium-dose group (0.64 g/kg) and ZGZTC low-dose group (0.32 g/kg).There were 12 rats in each group .Bilateral ovariectomy was performed on rats in all groups except for the sham operation group. After administration for 18 weeks, all rats were anaesthetized intraperitoneally with hydrazine hy-drate .The content of E 2 , IL-10 and IL-17 A was measured with ELISA in left femur .Gene expression of Foxp3, RORγt , IL-17A and IL-10 in right femur was detected by using RT-PCR, and the number of cell with RORγt or Foxp3 was counted with immunohistochemistry in left tibia .Results Zhuanggu Zhitong Capsule significantly increased E 2 and IL-10 levels in bone tissue (P<0.01), reduced the level of IL-17A in bone tissue (P<0.05 or P<0.01).It significantly increased the Foxp3 and IL-10 mRNA ex-pression and inhibited the RORγt mRNA expression in bone tissue (P<0.05).The percentage of cell with Foxp3 was significantly increased by ZGZTC in bone tissue ( P<0 .05 ) , and the percentage of cell with RORγt was significantly reduced (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The ratio of Foxp3 to RORγt presented a positive correlation with the E2 level (r=0.990 5,P<0.01).Conclusion Zhuanggu Zhitong Capsule could downregulate the number and function of Th 17, upregulate the number and function of Treg in bone tissue in ovariectomized rats partly via improving the E 2 level.
