Objective:To investigate the dysfunctional attitudes of hypertension patients with depression. Methods: After evaluating 1088 patients with essential hypertension by HAD,patients with HAD positive result were evaluated with HAMD and HAMA.The subjects with positive results(n=262)were compared with the normal group(n=306).They were assessed with the dysfunctional attitudes scales(DAS).Results:①The sequence of dysfunctional attitudes of hypertension patients with depression were cognition philosophy, seeking applause, and compulsion.②Significant gender differences were found in dysfunctional attitudes.③Most of the subscales of DAS were significantly positively correlated with depression symptoms(P

Objective:To study the cause of 1 PICC catheter rupture, and discuss the nursing interventions. Methods:Comprehensive analysis was carried out on the review of the use and maintenance of PICC catheter, patient's life style and catheter quality test. Results:The main reasons of PICC catheter rupture were the pinch-off syndrome and catheter plug caused by gaming disorders and non-canonical maintenance of PICC outhospital. Conclusions:With the growing of video game players, gaming disorder may be one acquired factor of PICC catheter rupture. To reduce the occurrence of PICC catheter rupture, prompt identification of and timely intervention to gaming disorder and intensified outhospital care are paramount. The predictive diagnostic tests of catheter ectopia based on clinical syndromes, physical signs and catheter state, are helpful for the early recognition and treatment of PICC catheter rupture, followed by the risk reduction of pulmonary embolism.

Objective:To develop the Nursing Humanistic Care Needs Questionnaire for Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Patients, and test its reliability and validity. Methods:The Nursing Humanistic Care Needs Questionnaire for ICU Patients was developed through literature review, semi-structured interview, group discussion, Delphi expert consultation and pre-investigation. From November to December 2019, purpose sampling was used to select 280 ICU patients from 3 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Changsha for investigation, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested. Results:After project analysis and 2 rounds of exploratory factor analysis, a total of 5 common factors were identified, and the cumulative variance contribution was 76.446%. The scale-level content validity index was 0.917. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.962, and the test-retest reliability was 0.879, and the half-reliability coefficient was 0.969. The final version of the questionnaire included 5 dimensions and 35 items. Conclusions:The Nursing Humanistic Care Needs Questionnaire for ICU Patients has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the nursing humanistic care needs of ICU patients.

Objective:To translate the simplified version of the Metamemory in Adulthood (MIA) Scale, and test its reliability and validity. Methods:The simplified Beaton 6-step method was used to translate and culturally adjust the simplified MIA Scale. From October 2018 to September 2019, 528 obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) patients treated in a general ClassⅢhospital were selected for investigation with the simplified Chinese version of the revised MIA Scale. Cronbach's α coefficient and Guttman split-half reliability coefficient were used to evaluate the reliability of the scale. Results:The final simplified Chinese version of the MIA Scale had 35 items including 7 factors, which were respectively memory achievement, memory emotion, memory strategy, memory task, memory control, memory capacity and memory change. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.901, and the Guttman split-half reliability coefficient was 0.917; the item-level content validity index ( I- CVI) ranged from 0.80 to 1.00, and the average scale-level content validity index ( S- CVI/ Ave) was 0.928. The explanation rate of the cumulative variance of the 7 factors was 65.209%. Conclusions:The simplified Chinese version of the MIA Scale has good reliability and validity, and can effectively assess the metamemory level of OSAS patients.

Objective:
To explore the current situation of nurses′ working values, working environment and head nurses′ leadership style. To explore the influence factors of nurses′ working environment and head nurse′s leadership style on nurses′ working values.
Methods:
By applying random stratified sampling, 499 clinical nurses without administrative titles in 6 hospitals were selected. Questionnaires were adopted as the main research tool.
Results:
Score of nurses′ working values was 3.52 ± 0.56. Score of nurses′ working environment was 3.03 ± 0.44. Score of head nurses′transformational leadership style was 2.70 ± 0.76, and score of head nurses′ transactional leadership style was 2.23 ± 0.47. Working environment, transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style were positively correlated with nurses′ working values (
