Objective To explore the characteristics of subjective quality of life and family environment in children with tic disorder (TD) combined with and without attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods The Inventory of Subjective Life Quality (ISLQ) for Child and Adolescent and Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version (FES-CV) were used to assess the subjective quality of life and family environment in 60 children with TD combined with ADHD (observation group) and 60 children with TD not combined with ADHD (control group). Results The scores in peer interaction, school life, self-cognition, depression experience, overall satisfaction of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05) in ISLQ; the scores in intellectual-cultural orientation, cohesion and organization of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05) in FES-CV. Conclusion Children with TD combined with ADHD had low subjective quality of life and poor family environment.

Objective To explore the correlation between self-concept and subjective quality of life among children with tic disorders (TD). Methods The Piers-Harris Children's Self-concept Scale (PHCSS) and the Inventory of Subjective Life Quality (ISLQ) were complet-ed by 65 children with TD and 71 normal children from March to September, 2015; and analyzed with single factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi factors regression analysis. Results There was no significant difference in PHCSS scores between the TD children with and normal ones (t<1.624, P>0.05). The ISLQ scores of school life, self-awareness and cognitive component were less in the TD children than in the normal ones (t>2.051, P<0.05). The PHCSS subscores correlated with ISLQ subscores (P<0.05), except the following:PHCSS scores of behavior did not correlate with ISLQ scores of peer relationship, school life, living environment, self-awareness and cognitive com-ponent;PHCSS scores of intelligence and school environment did not correlate with ISLQ scores of family life, peer interaction and the liv-ing environment;PHCSS scores of physical appearance and properties did not correlate with ISLQ scores of family life and living environ-ment;PHCSS scores of anxiety did not correlate with ISLQ scores of family life, peer interaction and cognitive component;PHCSS scores of affiliation did not correlate with ISLQ scores of peer interaction;and PHCSS total score did not correlate with ISLQ scores of family life and living environment. PHCSS scores of affiliation were the factor related with the quality of life (β=0.301, P<0.05). Conclusion The quali-ty of life may be impaired in the children with TD, which may associate with the self-concept and need further intervention.

Objective To explore the correlation between family environment and self-concept of children with attention deficit hyperactivitydisorder (ADHD). Methods Family Environment Scales Chinese Version (FES-CV) and Piers-Harris Children's Self-concept Scale(PHCSS) were used to evaluate 79 children with ADHD and 71 normal children. Results The scores of behavior, intelligence and school, physical appearance, sociability, happiness and satisfaction, and total scores of PHCSS were lower in ADHD group than in normal group (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, the ADHD group presented lower scores in cohesion, independence, intellectual-cultural orientation, moral religious emphasis, organization (P<0.05) and obviously higher score in conflicts (P<0.01) in FES-CV. The stepwise regressionanalysis showed that moral religion emphasis of FES-CV was a major risk factor to total scores of PHCSS in ADHD children (P<0.05). ConclusionChildren with ADHD show more family dysfunction, which may correlated with their poor self-concept.

Objective To explore the effect of the brake type pillow on preventing the postoperative complication in breast cancer patients .Methods One hundred and sixty patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, each with 80 cases. The observation group received the brake type pillow , and the control group received the routine nursing .The incidence of postoperative subcutaneous drainage , the subcutaneous effusion , the skin flap necrosis and the paretic upper-limb edema were compared between two groups .Results The amount of postoperative subcutaneous drainage in the observation group was (276.59 ±163.10) ml, and was (431.72 ± 265.18) ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.573,P<0.01).The incidence rate of subcutaneous effusion was 0.25%in the observation group , and was lower than 1.63%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =8.901,P<0.01).The incidence rate of skin flap necrosis was 0.25% in the observation group, and was lower than 1.38% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6.782,P<0.01).No difference was found in the incidence of the paretic upper-limb edema between two groups (χ2 =0.592,P>0.05).Conclusions Application of the brake type pillow can reduce the subcutaneous drainage after the operation in breast cancer patients , and prevent the incidence of the subcutaneous effusion and the skin flap necrosis , and it is needed to further study to prevent the incidence of the paretic upper-limb edema .

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of job burnout of medical staffs on their mental health and the regulating effect of social support and mediating effect of coping style. METHODS: A total of 758 medical staffs in a city of Shandong Province were selected as study subjects by stratified random sampling method and investigated using the Maslach Burnout Questionnaire,General Health Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire. RESULTS: Job burnout was negatively associated with social support and positive coping( P < 0. 01),and positively associated with mental health and negative coping( P < 0. 01). Both social support and positive coping style showed a negative correlation with mental health( P < 0. 01). A positive correlation was found between negative coping styles and mental health( P <0. 01). Job burnout showed a direct positive prediction function to mental health [standardized regression coefficients( β) = 0. 28,P < 0. 01]. The subjective support dimensions of social support played a role of negative prediction in regulating job burnout and mental health( β =-0. 10,P < 0. 01). Coping styles played a mediating role in job burnout and mental health. Job burnout affected mental health problems by reducing the positive coping and increasing the partial intermediary role of negative coping, the mediation effect was 10. 9%. CONCLUSION: The medical staffs in Shandong Province have low incidence of job burnout. Job burnout shows negative effect on mental health. Subjective support feelings from social support and positive coping style are important protective factors.
