AIM: To study the chemical constituents with antiviral activity from Lianqiao Bingduqing Capsule (Fructus Forsythiae) on influenza virus. METHODS: Constituents were isolated by different kinds of column chromatography and their structures were elucidated with chemical and spectral methods. RESULTS: Ten chemical constituents were isolated and elucidated such as forsythoside D, caffeic acid, (+)-phillyrin, (+)-pinoresinal-?-D-glucoside, ?-Hydroxyacteoside, forsythoside C, rutin, forsythoside A. CONCLUSION: ?-Hydroxyacteoside is obtained from Forsythia suspense (Thunb.) Vahl for the first time.

It is important that the oral hospital establish a guarantee system of medical graduation clinical practice quality. Having experienced clinical education for many years, the hospital has formed a system in order to achieve objective management and process management organic unification, which can gradually promote the clinical practice quality.
3.Application of Omaha management model for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2018;34(7):485-488
Objective To explore the clinical intervention effect of Omaha on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients by comparing the routine nursing measures of COPD and the nursing measures under the Omaha management mode. Methods Using experimental design method research in Omaha based management system, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 70 patients with COPD were collected, and they were divided into observation group and control group of 35 cases by random digits table method. The control group was received routine nursing measures of COPD and the observation group was accepted nursing measures under the Omaha management mode. The incidence rate of nursing problems before and after hospitalization was observed. The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment(CAT)was used to evaluate the patient's disease status at admission, discharge and 1 month after discharge. Results The problems with the incidence rate of not less than 20% were analyzed statistically.Except the role change, mental status, social status, skin, eyesight, substance abuse have no significant difference (P>0.05), the others were statistically significant (t =4.158-55.940, P <0.05).There was no significant difference in CAT score at admission, discharge between two groups(P>0.05). CAT score was (18.14 ± 1.01) points at 1 month after discharge in observation group and (20.17 ± 1.41) points in control group, the difference was statistically significant(t =6.890, P<0.05). Conclusions The application of nursing intervention in patients with COPD of the Omaha system, can achieve improving disease in patients with COPD,and make it easier for the patient's disease level of long-term stability,to provide new ideas and directions for further adjuvant therapy COPD.

Objective:To develop and evaluate a medical experience assessment scale for debridement and dressing change in chronic wound patients in China, and to provide a reference for improving hospital service quality. Methods:Based on the framework of hospital consumer assessment of healthcare providers and systems survey (HCAHPS) in the United States, a preliminary draft of the scale was formed through a literature review and qualitative interviews with 12 chronic wound patients (7 males and 5 females aged 58.1±12.3 years). Five experts were invited for content validity testing, and 191 chronic wound patients (111 males and 80 females aged 53.5±19.1 years) were selected to evaluate the internal consistency reliability, half reliability, retest reliability, and structural validity of the scale. Results:The Chronic Wound Patient Debridement and Dressing Experience Scale covered 5 dimensions with 30 sub-items and 2 comprehensive evaluation items, including demand response, good and friendly communication, professional trust, optimization of the medical treatment process, and encouragement of patient participation. The scale Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.967 and ranged from 0.890 to 0.962 for each dimension. The overall retest reliability of the scale was 0.940 and ranged from 0.895 to 0.940 for each dimension. The overall half reliability of the scale was 0.923 and ranged from 0.834 to 0.935 for each dimension. 5 factors were extracted, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 82.061%.Conclusions:Based on the HCAHPS framework in the United States, the Chronic Wound Debridement and Dressing Experience Scale developed has high reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the dressing change experience of patients with chronic wounds. It has clinical practice significance for dressing change in chronic wounds.
