OBJECTIVE:
To explore the effects of allergic factores in eosinophilic nasal polyps.
METHOD:
Clinical characters of 67 eosinophilic nasal polyps patients and 26 lymphocyte nasal polyps patients were restrospeetively analyzed. Allergic factors, allergens and nasal anatomic variations were compared between two groups.
RESULT:
Allergic factors are proned to present in eosinophilic nasal polyps group compared with lymphocyte nasal polyps group; The positive rates of allergen skin test between eosinophilic nasal polyps group and lymphocyte nasal polyps group showed significant difference; Allergens in eosinophilic nasal polyps group are different from lymphocyte nasal polyps group; Nasal anatomic variations are different between two groups.
CONCLUSION
Different pathogenesis maybe exist in different pathological type nasal polyps. Allergic factors are closely relative to eosinophilic nasal polyps and nasal anatomic variations play a more important role in the formation of lymhocyte nasal polyps.

A simple and sensitive liquid chromatographic method was developed for quantification of cefotetan disodium (CTT), a semi-synthetic cephamycin antibiotic, in human plasma. CTT and the internal standard chloramphenicol were extracted from plasma by a simple one-step protein precipitation with 35% (v/v) perchloric acid. Separation was carried out on a reverse-phase C18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitile-water containing 0.5% (v/v) phosphoric acids (20:80, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column effluent was monitored by UV detection at 300 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 40°C. This method demonstrated good linearity in the range of 0.525-300.0 μg/mL, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.525 μg/mL in human plasma. Intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 6.63% in terms of relative standard deviation (RSD). The accuracy, when expressed by the bias, ranged from 0.57% to 4.04%. The mean extraction recovery of CTT was higher than 40.94%. The method was found to be precise, accurate, and specific for CTT quantitative analysis, and was successfully applied for a pharmacokinetic study of CTT after a single intravenous dose of 1.0 g of CTT in healthy Chinese subjects.

Objective To demonstrate the X-ray and CT features of breast hydatid disease. Methods Of 11 patients with pathologically confirmed breast Echinococcus hydatid disease were collected and the X-ray and CT image data were analyzed. Results Of 11 patients with hydatid cysts, single cyst was found in 9 patients which one cyst was ruptured due to trauma, multiple cyst in 2 patients.Mammography showed small or large shadow in different size, with low or high density and smooth margin.Calcification was found in 5 and 2 patients with egg shell-like calcification along the wall of cyst,3 patients with spotted calcification within cyst. One case had cavity-like change (annular solar eclipse sign).Cystic lesion with a complete capsule was demonstrated on CT scan in 1 patient. Conclusion Molybdenum target mammography can accurately display the imaging characteristics of hydatid cyst and improve the diagnostic ability of breast hydatid cyst in combination with clinical and epidemiological data.

AIM:To investigate the specific anti-tumor effects of mature dendritic cells ( DCs) transfected with amplified mucin 1 ( MUC1) mRNA in vitro.METHODS:DCs separated and purified from the peripheral blood mononu-clear cells were induced in vitro and then identified by flow cytometry .pcDNA3.1(+)-MUC1 plasmid was constructed and was able to transcribe MUC1 mRNA in vitro. The MUC1 mRNA was transfected into DCs by electroporation .MUC1-trans-fected DCs were used to induce T cells to be cytotoxic T-lymphocytes .Quantitative real-time PCR was performed to assess MUC1 mRNA expression in transfected DCs .The proliferation of T cells was examined by MTT assay .The proportion of CD8 +cells in the T cells was determined by flow cytometry and the specific cytotoxicity was measured by LDH assay .The secretion of IFN-γwas detected by ELISA .RESULTS: The marker gene expression in the DCs transfected with MUC 1 mRNA was significantly increased compared with control group , peaking at 24 h.The transfection group showed the higher capacity to stimulate the proliferation of T cells compared with control group when the ratio of DCs to T cells was 1∶10.The proportion of CD8 +cells in transfection group was higher than that in control group .The lethal effect of special cytotoxic T-lymphocytes on target cells in transfection group was stronger than that in control group .The level of IFN-γin the cell su-pernatant of transfection group was higher than that in control group .CONCLUSION:DCs plus MUC1 mRNA by electri-cal transfection induces specific anti-tumor effects , which provides an experiment evidence of using MUC 1 as a target for immunotherapeutic strategy against non-small cell lung cancer .

Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2020;38(5):395-400
The prevalence and distribution of infectious diseases and occupational diseases in specific time and space is the result of the interaction between natural environment, social economy and other factors, its distribution pattern has spatial properties. Based on the assumption of independence, the traditional statistical methods ignore the spatial attributes of diseases and cannot analyze the spatial characteristics of diseases. On the basis of geographic information system, the spatial autocorrelation analysis can simultaneously analyze the spatial relationship and attribute value of diseases, explore the spatial dependence of disease data in different spatial units, and provide decision-making basis for the prediction and early warning of diseases such as occupational and infectious diseases, and the formulation and evaluation of prevention and control measures.

Chinese Journal of Hepatology 2015;23(7):493-497
OBJECTIVETo compare the various combined immunization schemes available for treatment of babies born to mothers with high-load hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
METHODSA total of 118 mothers with HBV infection status of hepatitis B surface antigen-positive (HBsAg+), hepatitis B e antigen-positive (HBeAg+) and HBV DNA load of more than 1.0 * 61og10 IU/mL were included in the study. All of the participants' babies received the main-passive immunization therapy according to the wishes of their families. For analysis, the infants were grouped according to the various dosages of the vaccine program (group A: hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HBIG) 200 IU and HBVac 20 mug intramuscular;group B:HBIG 200 IU and HBVac 10 mug intramuscular; group C HBIG 100 IU and HBVac 20 mug intramuscular injection) and times, and followed-up to 7 months of age.All results were statistically analyzed using SPSS software.
RESULTSAll of the infants produced anti-HBs after vaccination.After the HBIG injection schedule was completed in January, the mean concentrations of anti-HBs in groups A, B, and C were 263.56 ± 50.98,231.06 ± 74.07, and 99.23 ± 29.82 mIU/mL respectively;the concentrations were significantly different between groups A and C, and between groups B and C (P < 0.001). In July, the titers of anti-HBs in groups A, B, and C were 788.10 ± 281.96,428.39 ± 347.48, and 708.44 ± 315.69 mIU/mL respectively; the concentrations were significantly different between groups A and B, and between groups B and C (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONAdminisWation of the hepatitis B vaccine combined with HBIG at birth can achieve immune protection for babies born to highly viremic mothers. In January, the HBIG dosage of 200 IU was more reliable than 100 IU. The hepatitis B 20 tg dose vaccine was safe and effective.
