1.Component Analysis on the Volatile Oil in Different Medicinal Part of Lonicera japonica Thunb.from Henan Province

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the components of the volatile oil in different parts of Lonicera japonica Thunb.from Henan province.METHODS:The volatile oil was extracted from the buds,leaves,stems of L.japonica Thunb.by solid-phase micro-extraction,and the chemical compositions were identified by GC-MS combined with Kvotas retention index.The relative percentage of each constituent was determined by GC area normalization method.RESULTS:Thirty-nine compounds were identified from different parts of L.japonica Thunb.from Henan province,and seven of which were mutual in the buds,leaves,stems of L.japonica Thunb..CONCLUSION:This study serves as a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of L.japonica Thunb..
2.Analysis of Volatile Components of Eriobotrya japonica by Headspace SPME-GC-MS

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the volatile components in the Eriobotrya japonica by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS) and to optimize the operating conditions for SPME.METHODS: DB-5 MS elastic silica capillary column(30.0 m?250 ?m?0.25 ?m) was used as the chromatographic column with helium of high purity(99.999%) as carrier gas at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The injector temperature was 250 ℃;MS condition: ionization mode was EI with electron energy of 70 eV and the mass scan range of 30~440 amu.RESULTS: After headspace absorption for 30 min at 80 ℃ using 65 ?m polydimethylsiloxane-divinyl-benzene extraction head followed by desorption for 1 min at 250 ℃,the E.japonica sample was separated and identified by GC-MS analysis.A total of 34 peaks were obtained and 29 components were identified which accounted for 97.42% of the total peak area,topping the list were benzaldehyde and 4-methoxybenzaldehyde.CONCLUSION: HS-SPME-GC-MS can be used for the rapid analysis of the volatile components in E.japonica.
3.Components of Fatty Acids in the Oil from Rinds or Seeds of Pittosporum tobira

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the fatty acids in rinds or seeds of Pittosporum tobira.METHODS:The oil from rinds or seeds of Pittosporum tobira was extracted with organic solvent,and the fatty acids were methyl-esterified with KOH-NaOH solution and identified by GC-MS.RESULTS:13 fatty acids were identified from rinds and seeds of Pittosporum tobira,mostly the palmitic acid and oleic acid.CONCLUSION:Both rinds and seeds of Pittosporum tobira can be exploited as an edible oil for health care.
4.Study on the configuration and training of doctors and nurses in the healthcare service institutions in Heilongjiang Province

Objective To describe and analyze the status quo of the doctor and nurse configuration in Heilongjiang Province,and to study their cultivation condition while predicting the number of medical staff.Methods Through the health workforce database of Heilongjiang Province in 2014,using Excel 2007 statistical software,the status quo of doctor and nurse configuration was analyzed.The grey prediction model was also used to analyze the number of medical staff in Heilongjiang province from 2004 to 2014,and the number of medical staff in Heilongjiang province from 2016 to 2018 was predicted.Results Up to 2015,the number of doctors and nurses in Heilongjiang Province accounted for 0.42% of the total population,composed of mainly young and middle-aged staff and mostly with bachelor's degree and junior college certificate.Doctor-to-nurse ratio was 1:0.96.The grey prediction model indicated that the number of medical staff in Heilongjiang Province would increase year by year,and the inversion of doctor-to-nurse ratio would be eased.Conclusion The reform and development of medical education in Heilongjiang Province has promoted the optimization of the professional title structure and educational structure.It is expected that by 2016 Heilongjiang medical care ratio inversion problem will be completely resolved.
5.Anti-bacteria activity of Puraboeo rutescens and Lysionotus pauciflorus.

OBJECTIVEAntibacteria activity of compounds from Puraboeo ruescens and Lysionotus pauciflorus was assayed.
METHODDisc diffusion was used to isolate compounds in vitro and berberine was positive control. The value of IC50 was assayed by the method of liquid culture. All kinds of chromatography were used to isolate the chemical constituent and structure was identified by MS and NMR spectroscopy.
RESULTEight compounds were isolated and identified as beta-sitosterol (1), E-3,4-dihydroxy cinnamic acid (2), barbinervic acid (3), 3beta,19alpha-dihydroxy12-en-28-ursolic acid (4), 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl pomolic acid (5), 5,7-dihydroxy-6,8,4'-trimethoxy flavone (6), 5, 6, 4'-trihydroxy-7,8-dihydroxy flavone (7), 5-hydroxy-6,8,4'-trimethoxy flavone-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (8). Compound 3, 4 and 6 had activity against SA, MRSA and ESBLs respectively. Compound 3 showed (IC50 = 0.098 g x LU(-1), IC50 = 0.27 g x L(-1)) against SA and ESBLs-SA respectively. Compound 4 (IC50 = 0.130 g x L(-1)) was best to against MR SA.
CONCLUSIONCompound 1 - 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 7 and 8 was isolated from Gesneriaceae for the first time.

6.Alpha-glucosidase inhibitors from leaves of Forsythia suspense in Henan province.

OBJECTIVEThe alpha-glucosidase inhibitory compounds were searched from Forsythia suspense.
METHODThe active compounds were isolated by the method of bioassay-guided in vitro and column chromatographic techniques. The structures of compounds were identified by MS and NMR spectroscopy. The inhibitory kinetics of the isolated compounds were investigated.
RESULTThe ethyl acetate extract showed the strongest inhibitory activity, and five active compounds were isolated from this extract. The IC50 value of compound 1-5 were all lower than that of acarbose as positive control. Compound 1, the mixture of 1, 2 and 4 all showed noncompetitive type model on alpha-glucosidase.
CONCLUSIONCompound 1-3 as the inhibitors of alpha-glucosidase were reported for the first time. Compound 3 was isolated from the genus for the first time.

7.Epidemiology investigation of allergic rhinitis in urban and rural areas of Ningbo and Yongzhou.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of allergic rhinitis (AR) in urban and rural areas of Ningbo and Yongzhou.
METHOD:
Fifteen fields in the two cities from October 2006 to June 2007 were randomly selected. Cases suspected with symptoms of AR by a self-administered and interview questionnaire were recommended to special examinations for confirmed diagnosis.
RESULT:
1. A total of 9969 individuals from 3803 families were surveyed, of whom 303 suffered with AR. 2. The prevalence rate was 4.10% in Ningbo and 1.65% in Yongzhou (the sex-adjusted rate was 4.10% and 1.64% respectively, and the age-adjusted rate was 4.33% and 1.58%); the population of island inhabitants had the lowest prevalence rate of 0.73%. 3. The prevalence rate in patients with asthma and that with family genetic history was 8% and 12% respectively.
CONCLUSION
It demonstrates that the prevalence rate is higher in Ningbo than in Yongzhou, in urban than in rural and in adolescent than in other ages. Allergic rhinitis may be associated with asthma and related to genetic factors. Allergic rhinitis may be curable.

8.Study on the Quality Standard of Tibetan Medicine Malus Fructus

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of the Tibetan medicine Ma lus Fructus (known as the fruit of Ese ), and to provide scientific reference for quality control and utilization of resource. METHODS :The qualitative analysis of 20 batches of Malus Fructus with different producing areas and different origins was carried out by morphological observation ,microscopic and TLC identification. According to the method stated in 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia ,water content ,total ash content and extract content were determined. HPLC method was used to determine the contents of 6 kinds of flavones (chlorogenic acid , hyperin,isoquercitrin,quercitin,phloridzin,quercetin)in Malus Fructus. RESULTS :The properties of this medicinal material were obovate ,spheroidal or oval ,its surface was reddish brown to dark red ,with slight shrinkage. Its taste was sweet ,sour and slightly astringent. The microscopic characteristics of the powder were clear ,the stone cells were scattered individually or clustered,and the pulp parenchyma cells contained calcium oxalate cube crystal and cluster crystal. The results of TLC showed that there were fluorescent spots of the same color in the chromatogram of the tested product and the corresponding position of the reference substance (ursolic acid ). The content ranges of moisture ,total ash and extracts were 9.02%-11.39%,2.29%-3.35%, 37.12%-58.41% respectively. The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid ,hyperin,isoquercitrin,,quercetin phlorizin and quercetin were 3.12-50,1.25-20,1.25-20,3.12-50,18.7-300,0.5-8 μg/mL(all r were not less than 0.999 7). RSDs of prescision ,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 3.0%(n=6). The average recoveries were 97.56%,98.28%,106.14%,103.74%, 98.37%,98.76%;RSDs were 1.57%,1.62%,1.38%,1.99%,2.15%,2.31%(n=6). The content ranges of the above six components in 20 baches of samples were 0.001 5%-0.028 8%,0.005 9%-0.022 0%,0.008 7%-0.030 4%,0.019 4%- 0.048 5%,0.068 5%-0.199 8% and 0.005 1%-0.081 4%. CONCLUSIONS :Established method is accurate and stable ,and can be used for quality control of Malus Fructus.
