Objective To evaluate the significance of IgM treponema pallidum specific antibody in the diagnosis of syphilis in various periods.Methods By using Western bloting(WB),tolulized red unheated serum test(TRUST),treponema pallidum particle agglutination(TPPA) and treponema pallidum (TP),we examined and analyzed 21 cases of first-stage syphilis, 8 cases of second-stage syphilis, 4 cases of latent syphilis, 3 cases of new born infants suspected with congenital syphilis, 7 cases of syphilis formally treated for 18 months and 5 cases of healthy control groups.Results The positive rates of IgM, TRUST, TPPA and TP in first-stage syphilis cases were 100.0%, 42.9%, 57.1% and 66.7% respectively. The positive rates of IgM, TRUST and TPPA in second-stage syphilis, latent syphilis and congenital syphilis were all 100.0%.The positive rates in syphilis cases received 18 months treatment were 0%(IgM), 28.6%(TRUST) and 100.0%(TPPA). The IgM,TRUST and TPPA in control groups were all negative.Conclusion The specific antibody of IgM treponema pallidum has high sensitivity and specificity,and hence can be applied in the diagnosis of syphilis in various periods.

Objective To determine the contents of emodin a nd chrysophanol in Qingre Anchuang tablets(QAT)by HPLC.Method The C 18 column was applied.Methanol -0.1%p hosphoric acid solution(90∶10)served as the mobile phase.The wavelength of detection was at 440nm.Results Emodin and chrysophanol in QAT were c an be isolated com-pletely,and the range of linear correlation was 0.0543～0.3258?g for emodin(r=0.99997)and 0.1048～0.6288?g for chrysophanol(r=0.99999).The average recovery rate of emodin and chrysophanol was 96.87%(RSD =1.98%,n=6)and 96.22%(RSD =1.88%,n=6)respectively.Conclusion The method was accurate,reliable and with good reproducibility.It could be used for quality control of QAT.

Objective To assess the performance capability of syphilis serology among STI laborato-ries in Guangdong Province. Methods Positive and negative sera samples were prepared and delivered toSTI laboratories. Non-treponemal and treponemal quantitative and qualitative tests were performed with these samples based on standardized procedures. Quality and proficiency of syphilis serology among these labora-tories were evaluated. Results A total of 225 STI laboratories in Guangdong Province participated in this survey, 3696 serological tests for syphilis were performed from 2004-2006. The outcomes showed that the total reproducibility among participating laboratories increased from 82.5% in 2004 to 90.0% in 2006 (x2 =16.8, P ＜ 0.05), and the percentage of laboratories with a performance level higher than the provincial average level rose from 64.7% in 2004 to 76.8% in 2006. The total reproducibility was 95.5% for non-treponemal qualitative tests,95.0% for treponemal qualitative tests, 82.1% for non-treponemal quantitative tests, and 81.1% for treponemal quantitative tests. The false-negativity and false-positivity rates were 4.7% and 4.0%,respectively, for non-treponemal qualitative tests, and 7.2% and 0.4%, respectively, for treponemal qualitative tests. Conclusions It is important to do capability building and improve the performance of STI laborato-ries, in order to prevent and control syphilis.

Objective:To discuss the effect and significance of reasonable medication review mode for intravenous medical advice on the platform of pharmacy intravenous admixture service( PIVAS) . Methods:The effect of prescription review interference in intrave-nous drugs on the platform of PIVAS was studied through analyzing irrational prescriptions before and after the performance of PIVAS for 25 departments in our hospital. Results:The real-time review and interference procedure for intravenous transfusion was established, which could significantly increase the percentage of reviewed medical advice and the correction rate of irrational medical advice, and re-duce the percentage of irrational medical advice. The medical advice review quality was also increased, which could guarantee the med-ication safety in patients. Conclusion:The real-time review and interference procedure for intravenous transfusion on the platform of PIVAS can significantly improve the rational medication level of intravenous drugs and avoid the hidden danger of irrational medical ad-vice to the maximum extent to ensure the medication safety in patients, which is also beneficial to the provision of medication service and new platform establishment for the development of clinical pharmacy in hospitals.

Objective To explore osculating value method combined with rank sum ratio method in evaluation of nursing quality in the hospital nursing management application, to provide a scientific basis for decision making. Methods By reference, from the working efficiency, the quality of nursing, 3 dimensions of nursing skill training, the choice of 11 commonly used in the evaluation of nursing quality indicators, the raw data of each index was normalized, the school of nursing quality with 2004-2013 years of osculating value method analysis was assessed, the development of nursing quality combined with rank and file classified score method. Results The nursing quality of the overall upward trend, according to the grading each year osculating value and ranking in 2011, nursing quality best, osculating value was 0.000, the worst quality of nursing in 2004, osculating value was 3.248;the annual nursing quality grading was reasonable, 2011, 2012 and 2013 were in good quality grade, 2004, 2005 and 2006 were of poor quality grades, the rest of the year at a medium level, with statistically significant difference of the file, P<0.05. Conclusion Osculating value method combined with rank sum ratio method in comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality in the hospital has the objectivity and practicability.

To study the dynamic changes of CT perfusion parameters during the first 12 h in the embolic cerebral ischemia models. Local cerebral ischemia model were established in 7 New Zealand white rabbits. All CT scans were performed with a GE Lightspeed 16 multislice CT. Following the baseline scan, further CT perfusion scans were performed at the same locations 20 min, 1-6 h and 8, 10 and 12 h after the embolus delivery. Maps of all parameters were obtained by CT perfusion software at each time point. The brains, taken 12 h after the scan, were sliced corresponding to the positions of the CT slices and stained by 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC). On the basis of the TTC results, the ischemic sides were divided into 3 regions: core, penumbra and the relatively normal region. The changes of all parameters were then divided into 3 stages. In the first two hours (the first stage), the CBV dropped more remarkably in the core than in the penumbra but rose slightly in the relatively normal region while the CBF decreased and MTT, TTP extended in all regions to varying degrees. In the 2nd-5th h (the second stage), all the parameters fluctuated slightly around a certain level. In the 5th-12th h (the third stage), the CBV and CBF dropped, and MTT and TTP were prolonged or shortened slightly in the core and penumbra though much notably in the former while the CBV, CBF rose and MTT, TTP were shortened remarkably in the relatively normal region. We experimentally demonstrated that the location and extent of cerebral ischemia could be accurately assessed by CT perfusion imaging. The pathophysiology of the ischemia could be reflected by the CT perfusion to varying degrees.

Objective To explore the effect of the teacher-student co-construction of skills training team in teaching of nursing skills for higher vocational nursing students. Methods About 129 students from grade 12 were enrolled in the control group, where the traditional teaching method was used. Another 136 nursing students from grade 13 were enrolled in the experiment group, where the teacher-student co-construction of skills training team was used. The two groups were compared in terms of test scores on nursing skills . Result The scores of the nursing skill in the experiment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of teacher-student co-construction of nursing skills training team can improve the nursing skills of the nursing students, motivate students' initiative and creativity and enhance their sense of responsibility and other comprehensive quality.

Objective To investigate the relenvant factors of precocious puberty and provide the basis for precaution of high risk group of precocious puberty .Methods A 1:1 case-control study was performed on 50 healthy girls and 50 precocious puberty girls .Results Univariate analysis showed an significant differences in the exposure rates of following five factors between cases and controls:intake of nutritious and health products ,favoring meat and poultry,long time watching television,addiction to TV ads,family economic condition (The Chi-square values are 7.045,9.073,17.478,14.063,12.246 respectively,all P<0.05).The Logisitc regression showed that favoring meat and poultry,long time watching television and addiction to TV ads had significant differences among precocious puber -ty children(The Wald′s Value were 4.846,6.850,5.662 respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion favoring meat and poultry,long time watching television and addiction to TV play an important roles in precocious puberty .
