1.Effects of preoperative psychological state on the results of general anesthesia
Cancer Research and Clinic 2007;19(z1):66-67
Objective To study the effects of preoperative psychological state on calm time、recovery time and the level of pain about female tumer patients with general anesthesia. Methods We selected 105 female tumer patients whose ages were from 39 years to 66 years. They were divided into two groups according to SAS grade. We observed the calm time, recovery time and the VAS about the two groups. Results The calm time and reeovery time in disquieting group was significant longer than that of the normal group. There was a significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.01).Otherwise the grade of VAS after operation was significant greater than that of the normal group. Conclusion The disquieting preoperative psychological state would effect the results of general anesthesia. The anesthetist should pay attention to the visiting patients before operation.

The clinical data of 4 children with congenital absence of tracheal cartilage ring in Qilu Children′s Hospital of Shandong University from November 2017 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The age of the 4 cases was from 2 months to 1 year. One case had no obvious symptoms after birth, and then had repeated wheezing attacks for 3 times.Another 3 cases had symptoms after birth, such as throat ringing, repeated cough and asthma.Bronchoscopy in 4 cases indicated that the local lumen of trachea was round and centripetal stenosis, but the body of bronchoscope could pass smoothly, and no cartilage structure was found in the wall of trachea.Among them, 3 cases of chest enhanced CT examination displayed local and hourglass-like tracheal stenosis, without vascular ring malformation. All the 4 cases were treated by operation, of which 3 cases recovered well and 1 case died of severe infection after operation.

Objective To investigate the expression of CD27-CD70 co-stimulatory pathway in peripheral circulation and intestinal mucosa of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, and to find the difference between the expression of CD27-CD70 in patients with inflammatory bowel disease and in healthy controls. Methods A total of 62 patients with Crohn's disease, 64 patients with ulcerative colitis and 56 healthy controls were enrolled. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was applied to evaluate plasma CD27-CD70 protein expression in patients with inflammatory bowel disease and healthy controls. SYBR-green real time PCR was applied to access CD27-CD70 mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with inflammatory bowel disease and healthy controls. And CD27-CD70 protein expression in intestinal mucosa was determined by immunohitochemistry. Results Plasma levels of CD27 (P=0. 025) and CD70 (P=0. 000) were significantly higher in patients with Crohn's disease than in healthy controls. However, CD27 (r= 0. 055, P= 0. 673) and CD70 (r= 0. 024, P = 0. 852) were not significantly associated with endoscopic disease activity in patients with Crohn's disease. Similarly, CD27 (P=0. 001) and CD70 (P=0. 000) were significantly higher in patients with ulcerative colitis than in healthy controls. And CD27 (r=0. 077, P=0. 547)and CDT0 (r=0.021, P=0. 869) were not significantly associated with endoscopic disease activity in patients with ulcerative colitis. Moreover, CD27 and CD70 mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were significantly higher in patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis than in healthy controls (all P=0. 000), and immunostaining indicated that CD27 and CD70 expression in intestinal mucosa were significantly higher in patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis than in healthy controls (all P=0. 000). Conclusions CD27-CD70 pathway activated in plasma, peripheral blood mononuclear cells and intestinal mucosa of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. However, plasma levels of CD27 and CD70 can not reflect endoscopic disease activity.

Objective To investigate antimicrobial resistance and pathogen in hebei antibacterial resistance investigation net in 2012.Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility test was detected by Kirby-Bauer method or broth dilution test. Results were analyzed according to CLSI 2010 breakpoints.WHONET 5.5 software was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 10 504 clinical isolates were collected in 2012,of which gram negative bacilli and gram positive cocci accounted for 76.2%, 23.8%,respectively.The most common pathogen in gram-negative rod was E.coli,K.pneumoniae,P.aeruginosa, A.baumanii and E.cloacae respectively. The most common pathogen in gram-positive cocci was S.aureus,E.facium,E-.faecalis,S.pneumoniae and S.epidermidis.ESBL rate of E.coli and K.pneumoniae was 66.5 and 46.7%.The resistant rate of E.coli,K.pneumoniae,E.cloacae to imipenem was 0.1%,0.5%,8.9% and to meropenem was 0.1%,0.6%,4.2%, respectively.P.aeruginosa was resistant to imipenem and meropenem were 38.9% and 32.3%.A.baumanii was resistant to imipenem and meropenem were 5 6.5% and 5 9.7%.Methicillin-resistant strains accounted for an average of 5 7.5% in S.aureus and 87.3% in coagulase negative staphylococcus.Staphylococcus was still susceptible to minocycline and chloram-phenicol.No staphylococcal strains were found resistant to vancomycin, linezolid. But a few coagulase negative staphylococcal strains were resistant to teicoplanin. Conclusion Surveillance of antimicrobial agents played an important role in controlling hospital infection.
