OBJECTIVE : To prepare the sustained release tablets of salbutamol sulfate,and to establish the method of quality control.METHODS: The sustained release tablets were prepared by using salbutamol sulfate, lactose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, HPMC, EC, and MCC and coated with enteric soluble acrylic resin.HPLC was employed to determine the content of salbutamol sulfate, while at the same time dissolution grade in vitro was determined, and stability was investigated.RESULTS: : The detectable concentration of salbutamol sulfate showed a good linear correlation with peak area in the range of 1.25～20.00?g/ml.The average recovery of salbutamol sulfate was 98.60% (RSD=0.66%).The prepared tablets showed a timing release 5 hours after administration.No evident changes in dissolution were found in all tests of stability.CONCLUSION: The formulation of the preparation is reasonable; the preparation technique is simple and feasible, and the quality is stable and controllable.

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of D-dimer(DD),hs-CRP and IL-6 with the infarction severity and prognosis in the patients with cerebral infarction(CI),and to analyze the influencing factors of prognosis for screening the independent risk factors affecting prognosis.Methods Eighty-one patients with CI in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as research subjects.All patients were treated with the CI routine treatment after admission.On admission,the CI severity was assessed by NIHSS,the serum levels of DD,hs-CRP and IL-6 were detected.After discharge,following up lasted for 12 months,the prognosis was assessed by MRS scale.The correlation between DD,hs-CRP and IL-6 with the infarction severity and prognosis was analyzed.The prognostic influencing factors were analyzed by adopting the univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results On admission,the levels of DD,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the moderate group(q=5.736,7.772,4.757,P<0.05) and the mild group(q=11.094,16.920,12.255,P<0.05),while the moderate group was significantly higher than the mild group(q=5.783,9.870,8.049,P<0.05).Pearson′s analysis showed that the levels of DD,hs-CRP and IL-6 were positively correlated with the CI severity(r=0.603,0.457,0.394,P<0.05).After following up for 12 months,the levels of DD,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the good prognosis group were significantly lower than those in the poor prognosis group(t=4.775,3.101,2.910,P<0.05).Pearson′s analysis showed that DD,hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were positively correlated with poor prognosis(r=0.584,0.513,0.432,P<0.05).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that infarct volume,NIHSS score,DD,hs-CRP and IL-6 were the independent risk factors for poor prognosis in the patients with CI(P<0.05).Conclusion The infarct volume,NIHSS score,DD,hs-CRP and IL-6 are the independent risk factors for poor prognosis in the patients with CI,which provide a certain reference for judging the prognosis in CI patients.

Objective To assess the association between serum levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and the heart function in the elderly with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods CA125, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) ,alpha-fetoprotein ( AFP), CA199, CA15-3, CA724, liver and kidney function and NT-proBNP were measured in 178 patients with heart failure. Ve, Va, Ve/Va, left ventricular end-diastolic diamete ( LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diamete ( LVESD ), left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ) and time were measured using echocardiograph. All patients were classified as Ⅰ + Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ level according to the criteria of New York Heart Assocation ( NYHA), and the incidence of pleural effusion, peripheral edema,atrial fibrillation were observed. Results Among the 178 patients,serum CA125 were ≤35 U/ml in 91 patients with median of 9.9( 3.4 - 33.7 ) U/ml, ＞ 35 U/ml in 87 patients with median of 64. 4 ( 20. 2 - 462. 1 ) U/ml.Among those patients with CA125 ＞ 35 U/ml ,heart function was classified as level Ⅲ + Ⅳ in 82 patients,and level Ⅰ + Ⅱ in 5 patients. Among the patients with CA125 ≤35 U/ml,heart function was classified as level Ⅲ + Ⅳin 7 patients,and level Ⅰ + Ⅱ in 84 patients. Heart function was significantly different between the two CA125 groups( x2= 133. 3 ,P ＜0. 001 ). The incidence of pleural effusion,atrial fibrillation ,peripheral edema in the higher CA125 group were 32. 2%, 51.7% and 78. 2%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the normal CA 125 group ( 5.5 %, 9. 9% and 19. 8 %, repactively ) ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). NT-proBNP, LVESD,LVEF and time in the higher CA125 group were 2524. 0( 104.0 - 19 308. 0) ng/L,35 (27 -55) mm,49% (23%-66% ) and 268 (210 -312)ms, which were significantly differenct from those in the normal CA125 group [356.0 ( 32.0 - 5201.0) ng/L, 32 ( 26 - 53 ) mm, 59% ( 42% - 69% ) and 290 ( 260 - 340 ) ms, respectively](Ps ＜0. 05). The linear regression showed that serum CA125 was positively correlated with NT-ProBNP and urea nitrogen ( BUN ) ( r= 0. 3326 and 0. 3430, Ps= 0. 002 ) , as well as negtively correlated with LVEF and time (r= -0. 3016,P =0. 006;r = -0. 336,P =0. 004). Conclusion Serum CA125 in the elderly with congestive heart failure increased with the worsing of heart function, and correlated with the level of NT-proBNP, LVEF and time,as well as pleural effusion, atrial fibrillation, peripheral edema.

Objective　To explore the effects of treatment and mechanism of sodium salicylate on blast deafness. Methods　Guinea pigs were divided into blast group, blast plus sodium Salicylate group and sodium solicylate group. The animals in the blast group were exposed to blast average peak pressure 176.7 dB(SPL); sodium salicylate was injected IP 400 mg/kg,1/d. Monitoring ABR threshold, the value of MDA of and counting the number of hair cells on the cochlea preparation, SEM for hair cells was observed. Results　The ABR threshold shift in the blast group was 46.75±13.56 dB，38.0±12.4 dB,35.5±10.67 dB，41.5±12.57 dB,33.75±8.42 dB, post-blast 1 d，3 d，1 w，2 w,4 w respectively. And that of the blast plus sodium salicylate was 46.65±11.7 dB，38.25±9.52 dB,30.5±9.17 dB,30.0±9.17 dB,23.0±6.57 dB. The two groups differed significantly at 1 w，2 w，4 w(P＜0.05). The value of MDA differed significantly at 2 w,4 w(P＜0.05). And the hair cells lost also differed significantly. It was observed that sodium salicylated can raise the ABR thresbold temporarily 24 hrs during simple sodium salicylate adminastration. However it recovered 14 hrs after the injection.Conclusion　Sodium salicylate can partially attenuate the hearing loss caused by blast. It is probable that sodium salicylate can clear peroxicative produced during blast and therefore protect hair cells and make hearing loss partially recover.

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of adult form nemaline myopathy. Methods Biopsied muscle specimens from two patients were observed using enzymatic histochemical method and electron microscope. Results These two patients were found with an initial onset from neck muscle weakness at the age of 52 and 36 years respectively, followed by trunk and limb muscle involvement to a variant degree. Type Ⅰ fiber atrophy and numerous granules (rod) were found in both patients in light microscopy. In case 1, the centralized nuclei were seen almost in all normal sized muscle fibers. Electron microscopic observation showed marked myofibril disorganization and numerous rod-like formations. Two inclusion-carrying nuclei were detected in case 1. The intranuclear inclusion showed a lattice pattern of Z-disc line or sarcoplasmic rod. Conclusions Adult form nemaline myopathy is clinically nonspecific. Rod-like structures might be found either in sarcoplasma or in nucleus. Centralized nuclei might coexist with rods in adult form nemaline myopathy. As compared to the child form, the adult one might often show a marked muscle fiber atrophy.

Objective To develop the contents of Family Type Integration of Medical Care and Health Services in Hangzhou based on the Guiding Opinion on Promoting Integration of Medical Care and Pension issued by the State Council,Promotion Measures of Integration of Medical Care and Health Services in Hangzhou issued by the municipal government,and needs of health services for the elderly living in community.Methods The draft was formulated based on literature review,semi-structured interviews and expert meeting.Then,Delphi technique was used to identify the indicators through two rounds of expert consultation among 16 experts.Results The experts' authority coefficient was 0.790,the coefficient of determination was 0.906,and the familiar coefficient was 0.675.The contents of the Family Type Integration of Medical Care and Health Services in Hangzhou consisted of 8 firstlevel indicators,47 second-level indicators.The coordination coefficients of indicators were 0.341,0.222,and 0.426.Coordination of experts opinion had statistical significance (P＜0.01).Conclusion The contents of the Family Type Integration of Medical Care and Health Services in Hangzhou is reliable and scientific,which can be used as a basis for the formulation of items of the family type integration of medical care and health services in Hangzhou.

Objective To develop autosomal SNP fluorescent-multiplex PCR system,and investigate the allele frequencies of these 13 SNP loci in Southern Liaoning Han population.Methods After selected 13 autosomal SNP loci,SNP fluorescent-multiplex system was developed based on the principle of fragment length discrepant allele specific PCR,and the allele frequencies of these SNP loci in Southern Liaoning Han population were investigated using the established system.Results For the same SNP locus,the homozygote showed a single product peak,and the heterozygote showed two product peaks with different length.For the different SNP loci,the lengths of their PCR products were different.Therefore,we could genotype the 13 SNP loci simultaneously according to the length of products and the amount of product peaks,and the results were in accordance with that of direct sequencing.In the meanwhile,the allelic frequencies of these 13 SNP loci in Southern Liaoning Han population were obtained.Conclusion The SNP fluorescent-multiplex system based on the fragment length discrepant allele specific PCR strategy is simple and economical,and is of a high application value in forensic medicine.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for standardized dispensation of chemotherapy drugs in PIVAS.METHODS:Cautions for the dispensation of chemotherapy drugs and process steps of emergency were introduced as well as the disposal of waste and liquid after dispensing.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Centralized and standardized dispensation of chemotherapy drugs in PIVAS improves the quality of the dispensation of chemotherapy drugs.And it ensures the safety of drug use and strengthens the occupational protection of staff.

Objective To avoid the adverse reactions resulted from scalp scar, alopecia, operation trauma and the length of recovery and other syndromes in the traditional frontotemporal-face lifting. Methods The small incision to dissect the tissue at the frontoparietal and temporal part was used. And the muscle that caused the wrinkle was cut before lifting the dissected tissue and skin while smoothing the wrinkles on the face. Results Of 68 cases in the clinic, 11 cases were with temporal lifting by embedding suturing; 25 with temporal lifting with mini incision by embedding suturing; 32 with frontotemporal lifting with mini incision by embedding suturing. The follow up showed that the result of such operation method was satisfactory. No scalp scar, alopecia and other syndromes occurred. Conclusions This method of frontotemporal lifting with mini incision by embedding suturing has such advantages as: operating process is simple and can be done in the operating room of the Out patient Department, the trauma is not so serious that it takes little time to recover, the cut is so small that the scar is invisible, frontotemporal face lifting is very positive and satisfactory.
